Abstract
本发明涉及一种车辆板件的折边系统,通过使用由运载装置互相连接的双转台进行车辆板件的装载、折边和卸载,对不同类型车辆的板件折边。车辆板件的折边系统包括:可旋转的第一转台;和可旋转的第二转台,其中第一转台和第二转台经导轨互相连接。因此,折边系统通过自动重复板件的装载、折边和卸载以及使用台车输送模具来提高生产率、减少作业时间,并且通过提高折边板件的质量来增加产品的商业价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆板件的折边系统,且更具体地,涉及一种车辆板件的折边系统,其可用于不同类型的车辆,并且通过自动重复板件的装载、折边和卸载以及使用台车输送模具来提高板件折边的质量。
背景技术
一般地,折边系统可通过用于生产车辆的前/后车门、发动机罩、行李箱盖等的移动组装工艺,在内板和外板上形成折边部。这些折边系统通过在压力机上装载一对模具,在模具之间插入内板和外板,并且竖直滑动进行折边,来形成折边部。
如图1A中所示,根据现有技术的车辆板件的折边系统通过第一夹具10将外板和内板设置在工作台上,利用多个机器人30对板件折边,并且通过第二夹具20装载该板件,从而完成车辆板件的折边工序。
然而,根据现有技术的车辆板件的折边系统具有这样的问题:可装载至工作台上的板件是有限的。因此,因为板件的装载、折边和卸载的工艺不稳定,所以难以对不同类型车辆的板件折边,并且板件折边的质量下降。
发明内容
因此,已做出本发明解决现有技术中出现的上述问题,同时使现有技术实现的优点保持不变。本发明要实现的一个目的是提供车辆板件的折边系统,可用于不同类型或型号的车辆,并且通过自动重复板件的装载、折边和卸载以及使用台车输送模具来提高板件折边的质量。
在本发明的一个方面,提供了一种车辆板件的折边系统,通过使用由导轨连接的双转台进行车辆板件的装载、折边和卸载而对车辆板件折边。双转台可包括可旋转的第一转台和第二转台。第一转台可具有设置于其上的台车。
还可在双转台的外侧与导轨平行地设置第一托架和第二托架。可设置配置用于装载车辆板件的装载构件,并且装载构件可以可移动地设置在设置第一转台的第一托架上。第一转台和第二转台之间可具有配置用于对车辆板件折边的折边构件。
该系统还可包括运载装置,其设置在导轨上,并且配置用于将台车从第一转台运送至折边构件。因此,运载装置、第一托架和第二托架可构造为导轨。
此外,在本发明的一些示例性实施例中,可设置配置用于卸载车辆板件的卸载构件,并且卸载构件可以可移动地设置在设置第二转台的第二托架上。

具体实施方式
下文将参照附图详细说明本发明的实施例。
如图2至图9中所示,根据本发明的车辆板件的折边系统包括由导轨200连接的双转台100,并且对车辆板件折边。如图2至图4中所示,双转台100是可旋转的第一转台110和第二转台120。第一转台110包括台车111,能够将固定于其上的车辆板件输送至下一工序。
台车111如图5中所示输送板件或折边模具,并且包括防止板件或折边模具移动的固定夹具(未示出)。由于安装台车111的第一转台110可旋转,因此可通过操作第一转台110来移动台车111。
此外,在双转台100的外侧,与连接第一转台110和第二转台120的导轨200平行地设置第一托架220和第二托架230,使得下述装载构件221和卸载构件231可移动。
如图2、图3和图7中所示,在设置第一转台110的第一托架220上,将车辆板件装载至折边模具上的装载构件221被设置成可移动。在第一转台110与第二转台120之间设置对车辆板件折边的折边构件130。在一些示例性实施例中,如图2、图3和图9中所示,可设置多个折边构件130以便提高折边的精度。
在连接第一转台110和第二转台120的导轨200上设置运载装置210,以使第一转台110上的台车111能够输送至折边构件130。如图6中所示,该运载装置210可通过电机M的操作运送台车111。
如图2、图3和图8中所示,在设置第二转台120的第二托架230上,卸载已折边板件的卸载构件231被设置成可移动。第一托架220和第二托架230可构造为导轨,使得第一托架220上的装载构件221和第二托架230上的卸载构件231在装载和卸载板件时可容易地移动。
设置用于自动装载、卸载和对板件折边的装载构件221、卸载构件231和折边构件130通常被实施为机器人,但是根据工艺可使用机器人以外的结构。
即,根据本发明,在由导轨200连接的第一转台110和第二转台120中,在通过装载构件221将板件装载至第一转台110上之后,转动第一转台110,通过运载装置210将第一转台110上的板件运送至折边构件130并进行折边,并且当折边完成时,通过运载装置210将已折边板件运送至第二转台120,以便可通过卸载构件231将其卸载。
因此,根据本发明,与现有技术相比,因为运载装置210可在双转台100之间移动,并可自动执行板件的装载、折边和卸载,所以可对不同类型车辆的板件折边,以简化设备和作业,并可通过减少作业时间而提高生产率以及提高折边板件的质量来增加产品的商业价值。
如上所述,根据本发明,可对不同类型车辆的板件折边,使得通过自动重复板件的装载、折边和卸载以及使用台车输送模具来提高生产率、减少作业时间,并且通过提高折边板件的质量来增加产品的商业价值。

Claims (4)
1.一种车辆板件的折边系统,包括:
可旋转的第一转台;和
可旋转的第二转台,
其中所述第一转台和第二转台经导轨互相连接,
所述折边系统还包括在两个转台的外侧与所述导轨平行设置的第一托架和第二托架,
其中设置有配置用于装载车辆板件的装载构件,所述装载构件可移动地设置在设置所述第一转台的第一托架上,
所述第一转台和所述第二转台具有折边构件,所述折边构件配置在所述第一转台和所述第二转台之间对车辆板件折边;并且
所述折边系统还包括配置成用于卸载由折边构件折边的车辆板件的卸载构件,所述卸载构件可移动地设置在设置所述第二转台的第二托架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的折边系统,其中所述第一转台具有设置于其上的台车。
3.根据权利要求2所述的折边系统,还包括运载装置,其设置在所述导轨上,并且配置用于将所述台车从所述第一转台运送至所述折边构件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的折边系统,其中所述第一托架和所述第二托架是导轨。
