一种全自动高速自定位集装箱总装方法，包括如下步骤：步骤一，利用多个输送车分别将底架、前端、门端、左侧墙、右侧墙以及顶板输送至总装台并定位在总装台的各设定位置；步骤二，通过焊枪自动焊接底架、侧墙、前端、门端以及顶板相互之间的连接位置以连接成集装箱箱体，之后，松开相应输送车对侧墙、前端、门端以及顶板的定位；步骤三，将集装箱箱体移出总装台，使各输送车分别回到各自的初始位置。本发明的全自动高速自定位集装箱总装方法，改善了集装箱组装的工作环境，组装过程无需吊装设备，避免工件磕碰，全自动定位，连续无间断作业，提高了生产效率，一个工位完成包括顶板在内的全部总装装配工作，极大地提高了生产效率和产品质量。
