发明内容:本发明的目的在于,调制出一种属纯天然、无污染、风味独特、即可解渴,又能强身健体的山野菜汁饮料,其技术内容是,山野菜汁饮料及其制备工艺,由刺五加嫩茎叶、龙芽葱木嫩茎叶、白砂糖、柠檬酸、果胶酶、香料、水配制而成,其特征是,其含量按一吨计:刺五加嫩茎叶、龙芽葱木嫩茎叶3-4吨,白砂糖40-80公斤,柠檬酸1-3公斤,果胶酶16-36公斤,香料1-10公斤,其余为水。其制备工艺是,将选好的刺五加嫩茎叶、龙芽葱木嫩茎叶用机器破碎后,用果胶酶酶解,浸泡4-12小时,过滤后的菜汁浸提液经24小时8°以下低温处理后,在经4个小时60°的高温热处理,过滤,加水进行稀释后,按比例加上配料白砂糖、柠檬酸、香料,过滤、灌装、杀菌、质检、包装、成品。本发明和现有技术相比其先进之处在于,山野菜汁饮料,采用酶解法和冷热处理新工艺,即可以有效地除去全部杂质和保留营养成分,而且还保留了山野菜独特的自然芳香。此外,山野菜汁饮料,还具有成本低、纯绿色、无污染、营养价值高的特点,从而克服了现有饮料不属纯绿色、功效单一的不足之处。
具体实施方式:其制备工艺是,将选好的刺五加嫩茎叶、龙芽葱木嫩茎叶用机器破碎后,用果胶酶酶解,浸泡4-12小时,过滤后的菜汁浸提液经24小时8°以下低温处理后,在经4个小时60°的高温热处理,过滤,加水进行稀释后,按比例加上配料白砂糖、柠檬酸、香料,过滤、灌装、杀菌、质检、包装、成品,以上便构成本发明。

1.山野菜汁饮料及其制备工艺,由刺五加嫩茎叶、龙芽葱木嫩茎叶、白砂糖、柠檬酸、果胶酶、香料、水配制而成,其特征是,其含量按一吨计:刺五加嫩茎叶、龙芽葱木嫩茎叶3-4吨,白砂糖40-80公斤,柠檬酸1-3公斤,果胶酶16-36公斤,香料1-10公斤,其余为水。
