本发明涉及一种紫薯春卷皮配方。
背景技术
紫薯,又名紫甘薯、黑薯等,薯肉呈紫色至深紫色。其营养丰富,由蛋白质、淀粉、果胶、纤维素、氨基酸、维生素和多种矿物质等成分组成,同时还含大量的有“抗癌大王”之称的硒元素和天然强效的自由基清除剂——花青素。研究发现,紫薯具有特殊的保健功能,具有高食用、高药用价值,且防癌抗癌能力均居各种食物之首,是一种纯天然的保健食品。因此,紫薯是当前绿色、无公害、有机食品中的首推保健食品,在国际、国内市场上十分走俏,发展前景非常广阔。
春卷,又称春饼、薄饼,是指用麦面烙制或蒸制的很薄的面饼(即春卷皮),包裹用豆芽、菠菜、韭黄、粉线等制成的馅料的一种汉族传统食品,除了供自己家食用外,常用于待客。这一家喻户晓的美食,不仅在国内十分受大众的喜爱青睐,也越来越多的走出国门,出口到亚洲、欧洲等国家。传统的春卷皮是由高筋面粉和水按一定比例混合均匀后,使用制皮机经加热熟制—裁切—冷却而成,食用时包入馅料后油炸至表面呈金黄色即可。但现有技术制得的春卷皮不够细腻,且口味单一,品种相对单调,因此开发新一类型的春卷皮显得十分有意义。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种紫薯复合南瓜春卷皮配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种紫薯春卷皮配方,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的物质:紫薯26-31份,燕麦粉25-30份,荞麦粉15-25份,糙米粉10-13份,蜂蜜2-3份,糖1-2份,甘草2-5份,西洋参2-6份,鸡精1-2份,食用盐2-3份,香油11-2份,耗油2-3份,芝麻油1-2份。
