本发明公开了一种肉香米粉消食糕,由下列重量份的原料制成:糯米粉100-120、米粉10-12、营养添加剂5-6、南瓜籽14-15、菠萝果肉6-8、醋糟粉4-5、腊肉7-8、熟化海带粉8-9、韭菜6-7、薄荷糖2-3、蛎壳粉1-2、荷叶4-5、馒头11-12、花生油1-2、黑豆皮3-4、鲜牛肉14-15、椿树花2-2.6、密蒙花2-2.2、晚香玉1-2、佛手花1.2-2、鸡桑叶2-2.5、公丁香2-2.3;本发明工艺简单、生产成本低,添加的公丁香、晚香玉、佛手花等食材、药材,药效高,性味温和,营养丰富,能够增强免疫力,具有补肾助阳、清肝明目、健胃消食等功效,是老少皆宜的最佳保健食品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健香糕,尤其涉及一种肉香米粉消食糕及其制备方法。
背景技术
糕是我国的传统食品,多采用蒸熟米粉、糯米粉作为原料。但现有糕存在原料单一、工艺单一、口感单一、保健功能单一的缺陷,只是单纯的一种食品,无法迎合市场和消费者的需求,因此增加糕所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种肉香米粉消食糕及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种肉香米粉消食糕,由下列重量份的原料制成:
糯米粉100-120、米粉10-12、营养添加剂5-6、南瓜籽14-15、菠萝果肉6-8、醋糟粉4-5、腊肉7-8、熟化海带粉8-9、韭菜6-7、薄荷糖2-3、蛎壳粉1-2、荷叶4-5、馒头11-12、花生油1-2、黑豆皮3-4、鲜牛肉14-15、椿树花2-2.6、密蒙花2-2.2、晚香玉1-2、佛手花1.2-2、鸡桑叶2-2.5、公丁香2-2.3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
西洋参3.2-3.4、干花豆3.1-3.8、牛奶菜根2.9-3.4、灯心草2.4-3、鲜玫瑰花瓣9-13、山楂4-5、金橘4-5、香槟3-4、馒头4-5、鳖血旺8-9;
制备方法为:(1)西洋参、干花豆、牛奶菜根、灯心草洗净烘干研磨得粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,经喷雾干燥得中药粉; 
(2)金橘、山楂加水用搅拌机混合搅拌成稀泥浆状,鳖血旺用纱布包裹,置于金橘山楂稀泥浆中,浸煮2-3小时,再倒入香槟,混合密封至自然冷却,取出纱布内鳖血旺;
(3)鲜玫瑰花瓣剁碎与中药粉兑少量水拌成泥状,馒头切丁喷水洒湿,用花瓣泥裹馒头丁丸成丸状,上炉烘烤5-8分钟,取出馒头丁,与鳖血旺混合剁碎即得。
一种肉香米粉消食糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将椿树花、密蒙花、晚香玉、佛手花、鸡桑叶、公丁香用6-9 倍量的水浸提后浓缩,得到中药汁;
(2)醋糟粉、腊肉混合入锅隔水蒸20-25分钟,取出腊肉切丁,待用;花生油入锅烧至七成热,倒入黑豆皮以及蛎壳粉,混合翻炒1-2分钟后,出锅晾凉待用;
(3)南瓜籽、菠萝果肉混合入搅拌机搅成泥状,得酱,馒头切片涂酱,上烤炉烘烤4-5分钟,取出切碎,待用;韭菜切碎待用;
(4)薄荷糖用水化开,拌入米粉,小火加热,得薄荷米糊,鲜牛肉切片置于糊中,小煮10-15分钟,取出用荷叶包裹,入烤箱烘烤20-25分钟,取出切丁,待用;
(5)将糯米粉、营养添加剂以及步骤(2)(3)(4)所得物料,倒入适量水以及剩余各物料混合搅拌均匀,用传统工艺做成糕状,再用中药汁兑水熏蒸30-40 分钟后,取出,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明工艺简单、生产成本低,添加的公丁香、晚香玉、佛手花等食材、药材,药效高,性味温和,营养丰富,能够增强免疫力,具有补肾助阳、清肝明目、健胃消食等功效,是老少皆宜的最佳保健食品。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种肉香米粉消食糕,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
糯米粉120、米粉12、营养添加剂6、南瓜籽15、菠萝果肉8、醋糟粉5、腊肉8、熟化海带粉9、韭菜7、薄荷糖3、蛎壳粉2、荷叶5、馒头12、花生油2、黑豆皮4、鲜牛肉15、椿树花2.6、密蒙花2.2、晚香玉2、佛手花2、鸡桑叶2.5、公丁香2.3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
西洋参3.2、干花豆3.1、牛奶菜根2.9、灯心草2.4、鲜玫瑰花瓣13、山楂4、金橘4、香槟3、馒头4、鳖血旺8;
制备方法为:(1)西洋参、干花豆、牛奶菜根、灯心草洗净烘干研磨得粉,用6倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,经喷雾干燥得中药粉; 
(2)金橘、山楂加水用搅拌机混合搅拌成泥浆状,鳖血旺用纱布包裹,置于金橘山楂稀泥浆中,浸煮2小时,再倒入香槟,混合密封至自然冷却,取出纱布内鳖血旺;
(3)鲜玫瑰花瓣剁碎与中药粉兑少量水拌成泥状,馒头切丁喷水洒湿,用花瓣泥裹馒头丁丸成丸状,上炉烘烤5分钟,取出馒头丁,与鳖血旺混合剁碎即得。
一种肉香米粉消食糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将椿树花、密蒙花、晚香玉、佛手花、鸡桑叶、公丁香用9倍量的水浸提后浓缩,得到中药汁;
(2)醋糟粉、腊肉混合入锅隔水蒸20分钟,取出腊肉切丁,待用;花生油入锅烧至七成热,倒入黑豆皮以及蛎壳粉,混合翻炒2分钟后,出锅晾凉待用;
(3)南瓜籽、菠萝果肉混合入搅拌机搅成泥状,得酱,馒头切片涂酱,上烤炉烘烤5分钟,取出切碎,待用;韭菜切碎待用;
(4)薄荷糖用水化开,拌入米粉,小火加热,得薄荷米糊,鲜牛肉切片置于糊中,小煮10分钟,取出用荷叶包裹,入烤箱烘烤25分钟,取出切丁,待用;
(5)将糯米粉、营养添加剂以及步骤(2)(3)(4)所得物料,倒入适量水以及剩余各物料混合搅拌均匀,用传统工艺做成糕状,再用中药汁兑水熏蒸30分钟后,取出,即得。

Claims (2)

1.一种肉香米粉消食糕,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
糯米粉100-120、米粉10-12、营养添加剂5-6、南瓜籽14-15、菠萝果肉6-8、醋糟粉4-5、腊肉7-8、熟化海带粉8-9、韭菜6-7、薄荷糖2-3、蛎壳粉1-2、荷叶4-5、馒头11-12、花生油1-2、黑豆皮3-4、鲜牛肉14-15、椿树花2-2.6、密蒙花2-2.2、晚香玉1-2、佛手花1.2-2、鸡桑叶2-2.5、公丁香2-2.3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
西洋参3.2-3.4、干花豆3.1-3.8、牛奶菜根2.9-3.4、灯心草2.4-3、鲜玫瑰花瓣9-13、山楂4-5、金橘4-5、香槟3-4、馒头4-5、鳖血旺8-9;
制备方法为:(1)西洋参、干花豆、牛奶菜根、灯心草洗净烘干研磨得粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,经喷雾干燥得中药粉; 
(2)金橘、山楂加水用搅拌机混合搅拌成稀泥浆状,鳖血旺用纱布包裹,置于金橘山楂稀泥浆中,浸煮2-3小时,再倒入香槟,混合密封至自然冷却,取出纱布内鳖血旺;
(3)鲜玫瑰花瓣剁碎与中药粉兑少量水拌成泥状,馒头切丁喷水洒湿,用花瓣泥裹馒头丁丸成丸状,上炉烘烤5-8分钟,取出馒头丁,与鳖血旺混合剁碎即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉香米粉消食糕的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将椿树花、密蒙花、晚香玉、佛手花、鸡桑叶、公丁香用6-9 倍量的水浸提后浓缩,得到中药汁;
(2)醋糟粉、腊肉混合入锅隔水蒸20-25分钟,取出腊肉切丁,待用;花生油入锅烧至七成热,倒入黑豆皮以及蛎壳粉,混合翻炒1-2分钟后,出锅晾凉待用;
(3)南瓜籽、菠萝果肉混合入搅拌机搅成泥状,得酱,馒头切片涂酱,上烤炉烘烤4-5分钟,取出切碎,待用;韭菜切碎待用;
(4)薄荷糖用水化开,拌入米粉,小火加热,得薄荷米糊,鲜牛肉切片置于糊中,小煮10-15分钟,取出用荷叶包裹,入烤箱烘烤20-25分钟,取出切丁,待用;
(5)将糯米粉、营养添加剂以及步骤(2)(3)(4)所得物料,倒入适量水以及剩余各物料混合搅拌均匀,用传统工艺做成糕状,再用中药汁兑水熏蒸30-40 分钟后,取出,即得。
