本发明公开了一种猪肝米粉养阴糕,由下列重量份的原料制成:糯米粉250-260、燕麦粉60-70、营养添加剂9-10、蓝莓果酱10-12、南瓜饼10-20、啤酒3-4、猪肝12-16、鳗鱼10-15、小米粉10-12、杨梅果肉15-16、甲鱼肉15-20、玉米油1-2、烤蒜头4-5、曲奇饼干4-6、不老草1.5-2.3、合萌2-3、溪黄草1-1.5、马耳草2-2.5、生地2-3.3;本发明的糕口感丰富,还含有多种保健成分,加入了不老草、溪黄草、生地等成分,具有很好的补肾壮阳、润肠通便、清热利湿、养阴生津等作用,赋予了本发明糕很好的保健作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健香糕,尤其涉及一种猪肝米粉养阴糕及其制备方法。
背景技术
糕是我国的传统食品,多采用蒸熟米粉、糯米粉作为原料。但现有糕存在原料单一、工艺单一、口感单一、保健功能单一的缺陷,只是单纯的一种食品,无法迎合市场和消费者的需求,因此增加糕所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种猪肝米粉养阴糕及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种猪肝米粉养阴糕,由下列重量份的原料制成:
糯米粉250-260、燕麦粉60-70、营养添加剂9-10、蓝莓果酱10-12、南瓜饼10-20、啤酒3-4、猪肝12-16、鳗鱼10-15、小米粉10-12、杨梅果肉15-16、甲鱼肉15-20、玉米油1-2、烤蒜头4-5、曲奇饼干4-6、不老草1.5-2.3、合萌2-3、溪黄草1-1.5、马耳草2-2.5、生地2-3.3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
西洋参3.2-3.4、干花豆3.1-3.8、牛奶菜根2.9-3.4、灯心草2.4-3、鲜玫瑰花瓣9-13、山楂4-5、金橘4-5、香槟3-4、馒头4-5、鳖血旺8-9;
制备方法为:(1)西洋参、干花豆、牛奶菜根、灯心草洗净烘干研磨得粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(2)金橘、山楂加水用搅拌机混合搅拌成稀泥浆状,鳖血旺用纱布包裹,置于金橘山楂稀泥浆中,浸煮2-3小时,再倒入香槟,混合密封至自然冷却,取出纱布内鳖血旺;
(3)鲜玫瑰花瓣剁碎与中药粉兑少量水拌成泥状,馒头切丁喷水洒湿,用花瓣泥裹馒头丁丸成丸状,上炉烘烤5-8分钟,取出馒头丁,与鳖血旺混合剁碎即得。
一种猪肝米粉养阴糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将不老草、合萌、溪黄草、马耳草、生地用6-9 倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2)小米粉、杨梅果肉加水混匀共同熬煮8-10分钟,得杨梅米糊,取甲鱼肉切碎,挂杨梅米糊,玉米油入锅烧热,将挂糊的甲鱼肉煎炸20-30秒后取出待用;
(3)南瓜饼切碎,待用;猪肝刷蓝莓果酱,入烤炉一边喷洒啤酒,一边翻烤,8-10分钟后,取出,磨粉待用;
(4)鳗鱼去骨,均匀抹上中药粉,隔水蒸熟蒸透,取出与烤蒜头混合捣碎,曲奇饼干用水化开,与鳗鱼、烤蒜头混合均匀,得鱼酱,待用;
(5)将糯米粉、燕麦粉、营养添加剂以及步骤(2)(3)(4)所得物料,倒入适量水以及剩余各物料混合搅拌均匀,用传统工艺做成糕状,再置于沸水浴中蒸30-40 分钟后,刷鱼酱,取出晾干,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的糕口感丰富,还含有多种保健成分,加入了不老草、溪黄草、生地等成分,具有很好的补肾壮阳、润肠通便、清热利湿、养阴生津等作用,赋予了本发明糕很好的保健作用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种猪肝米粉养阴糕,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
糯米粉250、燕麦粉70、营养添加剂10、蓝莓果酱12、南瓜饼20、啤酒3、猪肝16、鳗鱼15、小米粉12、杨梅果肉16、甲鱼肉20、玉米油2、烤蒜头4、曲奇饼干6、不老草2.3、合萌3、溪黄草1.5、马耳草2.5、生地3.3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
西洋参3.2、干花豆3.1、牛奶菜根2.9、灯心草2.4、鲜玫瑰花瓣13、山楂4、金橘4、香槟3、馒头4、鳖血旺8;
制备方法为:(1)西洋参、干花豆、牛奶菜根、灯心草洗净烘干研磨得粉,用6倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(2)金橘、山楂加水用搅拌机混合搅拌成泥浆状,鳖血旺用纱布包裹,置于金橘山楂稀泥浆中,浸煮2小时,再倒入香槟,混合密封至自然冷却,取出纱布内鳖血旺;
(3)鲜玫瑰花瓣剁碎与中药粉兑少量水拌成泥状,馒头切丁喷水洒湿,用花瓣泥裹馒头丁丸成丸状,上炉烘烤5分钟,取出馒头丁,与鳖血旺混合剁碎即得。
一种猪肝米粉养阴糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将不老草、合萌、溪黄草、马耳草、生地用6倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2)小米粉、杨梅果肉加水混匀共同熬煮8分钟,得杨梅米糊,取甲鱼肉切碎,挂杨梅米糊,玉米油入锅烧热,将挂糊的甲鱼肉煎炸20秒后取出待用;
(3)南瓜饼切碎,待用;猪肝刷蓝莓果酱,入烤炉一边喷洒啤酒,一边翻烤,8-10分钟后,取出,磨粉待用;
(4)鳗鱼去骨,均匀抹上中药粉,隔水蒸熟蒸透,取出与烤蒜头混合捣碎,曲奇饼干用水化开,与鳗鱼、烤蒜头混合均匀,得鱼酱,待用;
(5)将糯米粉、燕麦粉、营养添加剂以及步骤(2)(3)(4)所得物料,倒入适量水以及剩余各物料混合搅拌均匀,用传统工艺做成糕状,再置于沸水浴中蒸30分钟后,刷鱼酱,取出晾干,即得。

1.一种猪肝米粉养阴糕,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
糯米粉250-260、燕麦粉60-70、营养添加剂9-10、蓝莓果酱10-12、南瓜饼10-20、啤酒3-4、猪肝12-16、鳗鱼10-15、小米粉10-12、杨梅果肉15-16、甲鱼肉15-20、玉米油1-2、烤蒜头4-5、曲奇饼干4-6、不老草1.5-2.3、合萌2-3、溪黄草1-1.5、马耳草2-2.5、生地2-3.3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
西洋参3.2-3.4、干花豆3.1-3.8、牛奶菜根2.9-3.4、灯心草2.4-3、鲜玫瑰花瓣9-13、山楂4-5、金橘4-5、香槟3-4、馒头4-5、鳖血旺8-9;
制备方法为:(1)西洋参、干花豆、牛奶菜根、灯心草洗净烘干研磨得粉,用6-7倍水浸煮后浓缩,滤得提取液,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(2)金橘、山楂加水用搅拌机混合搅拌成稀泥浆状,鳖血旺用纱布包裹,置于金橘山楂稀泥浆中,浸煮2-3小时,再倒入香槟,混合密封至自然冷却,取出纱布内鳖血旺;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种猪肝米粉养阴糕的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将不老草、合萌、溪黄草、马耳草、生地用6-9 倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2)小米粉、杨梅果肉加水混匀共同熬煮8-10分钟,得杨梅米糊,取甲鱼肉切碎,挂杨梅米糊,玉米油入锅烧热,将挂糊的甲鱼肉煎炸20-30秒后取出待用;
(3)南瓜饼切碎,待用;猪肝刷蓝莓果酱,入烤炉一边喷洒啤酒,一边翻烤,8-10分钟后,取出,磨粉待用;
(4)鳗鱼去骨,均匀抹上中药粉,隔水蒸熟蒸透,取出与烤蒜头混合捣碎,曲奇饼干用水化开,与鳗鱼、烤蒜头混合均匀,得鱼酱,待用;
(5)将糯米粉、燕麦粉、营养添加剂以及步骤(2)(3)(4)所得物料,倒入适量水以及剩余各物料混合搅拌均匀,用传统工艺做成糕状,再置于沸水浴中蒸30-40 分钟后,刷鱼酱,取出晾干,即得。
