Abstract

本发明公开了制备全氟-2-甲基-3-戊酮的方法,在氟化盐和醚类化合物存在下,全氟-2,3-环氧-2-甲基戊烷发生催化重排反应生成全氟-2-甲基-3-戊酮,具有反应条件温和、反应速率快、反应选择性高和收率高等特点。制备的全氟-2-甲基-3-戊酮可用作清洗剂、溶剂和灭火剂。其中全氟-2,3-环氧-2-甲基戊烷的制备是以全氟-2-甲基-2-戊烯为原料,与次氯酸钠反应制得,所述全氟-2-甲基-2-戊烯原料的制备是以全氟-4-甲基-2-戊烯原料经催化异构化反应制备。
