Abstract
一种润滑油组合物,其含有润滑油基油、和0.5~10质量%的(A)数均分子量为2800~8000的乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物,并且作为所述润滑油基油,使用100℃下运动粘度为1.5~40mm2/s、粘度指数为100以上、倾点为-25℃以下以及硫含量为0.01质量%以下的润滑油基油。该润滑油组合物粘度低、且低温流动性和氧化稳定性优异、同时金属疲劳寿命长、特别适合用作汽车的变速器用润滑油等。

本申请是申请号为200780028774.3、申请日为2007年7月31日、发明名称为“润滑油组合物”的中国专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑油组合物,更详细地,涉及一种粘度低,而且低温流动性、氧化稳定性优异,同时金属疲劳寿命长,特别适合作为汽车的变速器用润滑油等的润滑油组合物。
背景技术
近年来,针对环境问题,汽车以及施工机械、农业机械等的节能化,即省燃耗化成为当务之急,非常需要有助于节能的发动机、变速器、末级减速机、压缩机、油压装置等装置。因此,对于这些装置所使用的润滑油,比以往更加需要减少搅拌阻力和摩擦阻力。
例如,作为变速器和末级减速机的省燃耗化方法之一,可列举使润滑油低粘度化的方法。在变速器中汽车用的自动变速器或无级变速器具有转矩变换机、浸油离合器、齿轮轴承机构、油泵、油压控制机构等,此外,手动变速器或末级减速机具有齿轮轴承机构,通过使这些装置所使用的润滑油更低粘度化,来降低转矩变换机、浸油离合器、齿轮轴承机构和油泵等的搅拌阻力和摩擦阻力,提高动力的转换效率,从而提高汽车的燃料消耗率。
然而,特别是在高湿度环境下使用低粘度化的润滑油时,容易引起润滑油的蒸发损失,并且随着低粘度化,反而会产生润滑油膜的摩擦系数增大等问题。其结果有时造成疲劳寿命大幅降低,产生烧粘等现象,导致变速器等状态不佳。特别是为了提高低粘度油的极压性而配合磷类极压添加剂时,会导致疲劳寿命显著恶化,通常难以进行低粘度化。
例如,对于以往的汽车用变速器油,作为能长时间维持变速特性等各种性能的汽车用变速器油,公开了将合成油和/或矿物油类的润滑油基油、抗磨剂、极压添加剂、金属类清净剂、无灰分散剂、摩擦调整剂、粘度指数改进剂等进行最佳配合后形成的物质(例如,参照专利文献1和2)。然而,所有这些组合物在使润滑油低粘度化时对疲劳寿命的影响,则完全没有讨论。

发明内容
在这种情况下,本发明的目的在于提供一种粘度低、且低温流动性和氧化稳定性优异,同时金属疲劳寿命长,特别适合作为汽车的变速器用润滑油的润滑油组合物。
本发明人等为了开发具有上述优良性能的润滑油组合物而进行了深入研究,结果发现,通过对具有特定性状的基油以规定的比例配合具有特定范围的分子量的乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物,能够实现该目的。本发明正是基于上述发现而完成的。
即,本发明提供:
(1)润滑油组合物,其特征在于:含有润滑油基油、和0.5~10质量%的(A)数均分子量为2800~8000的乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物,并且作为所述润滑油基油,使用100℃下运动粘度为1.5~40mm2/s、粘度指数为100以上、倾点为-25℃以下、以及硫含量为0.01质量%以下的润滑油基油;
(2)上述(1)项所述的润滑油组合物,其中,进一步含有(B)磷类极压添加剂和/或硫类极压添加剂0.01~2.0质量%,并且硫总含量为0.15质量%以下;
(3)上述(1)或(2)项所述的润滑油组合物,其进一步含有(C)选自抗氧化剂、其它极压添加剂、耐磨剂、油性剂、清净分散剂和倾点降低剂中的至少一种添加剂;以及,
(4)上述(1)至(3)中任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其用作汽车的变速器用润滑油。
根据本发明,可提供一种粘度低、且低温流动性和氧化稳定性优异,同时金属疲劳寿命长,特别适合作为汽车的变速器用润滑油等的润滑油组合物。
具体实施方式
本发明的润滑油组合物中,作为基油,可以使用具有如下所示性状的基油。
该基油100℃下的运动粘度必需在1.5~40mm2/s的范围内。如果该运动粘度为1.5mm2/s以上,则蒸发损失少;另一方面如果运动粘度为40mm2/s以下,则由粘滞阻力造成的动力损失也不会太大,能够得到燃料消耗率(燃費)的改善效果。运动粘度优选为2~25mm2/s,特别优选为2~10mm2/s。
该基油的粘度指数必需在100以上,倾点必需在-25℃以下。如果粘度指数为100以上,则由温度变化引起的粘度变化小。该粘度指数优选为105以上,更优选为110以上。此外,如果倾点为-25℃以下,则所得的润滑油组合物即使在低温环境下也具有充分的流动性。该倾点优选为-30℃以下,更优选为-40℃以下。
另外,上述运动粘度和粘度指数为依照JIS K 2283而测定的值,倾点为依照JIS K 2265而测定的值。
此外,该基油的硫含量必需在0.01质量%以下。如果该硫含量为0.01质量%以下,则所得的润滑油组合物的氧化稳定性良好。另外,该硫含量为依照JIS K 2541而测定的值。
作为该基油,对其种类没有特别限制,可使用矿物油和合成油的任一种。其中作为矿物油,可以使用现有技术公知的各种矿物油,例如可列举:石蜡基类矿物油、中间基类矿物油、环烷基类矿物油等,作为具体例,可列举通过溶剂精制、加氢精制等而得到的轻质中性油、中质中性油、重质中性油或光亮油(bright stock),以及通过蜡的异构化而得到的矿物油等。
此外,作为合成油,同样可以使用现有技术公知的各种合成油,例如可以使用:聚α-烯烃、聚丁烯、多元醇酯、二元酸酯、磷酸酯、聚苯醚、烷基苯、烷基萘、聚氧亚烷基二醇、新戊二醇、硅油、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇、以及受阻酯(Hindered ester)等。这些基油可以单独使用或两种以上组合使用,还可以将矿物油和合成油组合使用。
本发明的润滑油组合物的特征为,含有具有上述性状的基油、以及(A)0.5~10质量%的数均分子量为2800~8000的乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物。
本发明的润滑油组合物中,作为(A)成分使用的乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物,其数均分子量在2800~8000的范围内,如果该数均分子量为2800以上,则可发挥使所得的润滑油组合物的粘度指数提高的效果;另一方面,如果数均分子量为8000以下,则所得的润滑油组合物的剪切稳定性良好。从粘度指数提高效果以及赋予良好的剪切稳定性的观点出发,该数均分子量优选为3000~7000。
另外,上述数均分子量为采用蒸气压力渗透压测量法测得的值。
作为构成该乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物的α-烯烃,可使用碳原子数优选为3~20,更优选为3~10的α-烯烃。作为这样的α-烯烃,例如可列举:丙烯、1-丁烯、异丁烯、1-戊烯、1-己烯、1-辛烯、1-癸烯等。这些α-烯烃可以使用一种,也可以将两种以上组合使用,从性能方面考虑特别优选使用丙烯。
此外,从性能方面考虑,该乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物中乙烯单元的含量优选为15~85摩尔%,更优选为20~80摩尔%。对于共聚形态没有特别限制,无规共聚和嵌段共聚均可。
本发明的润滑油组合物中,作为(A)成分,可以使用一种上述的乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物,也可以将两种以上组合使用。该(A)成分是为了达到下述目的而配合到基油中的成分:即为了使本发明的润滑油组合物具有粘度低、且低温流动性和氧化稳定性优异、同时金属疲劳寿命长的性能。
因此,从上述性能的观点出发,上述(A)成分的含量,以组合物总量为基准,为0.5~10质量%,优选为0.5~6质量%,更优选为0.5~4.5质量%。
本发明的润滑油组合物中,可以进一步含有磷类极压添加剂和/或硫类极压添加剂作为(B)成分。
作为上述磷类极压添加剂,例如可列举:磷酸酯、酸性磷酸酯、酸性磷酸酯胺盐、亚磷酸酯、酸性亚磷酸酯和酸性亚磷酸酯胺盐等。
作为磷酸酯,例如有磷酸三芳基酯、磷酸三烷基酯、磷酸三烷基芳基酯、磷酸三芳基烷基酯、磷酸三烯基酯等,例如可列举:磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三甲苯酯、磷酸苄基二苯酯、磷酸乙基二苯酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸乙基二丁酯、磷酸甲酚二苯酯、磷酸二甲酚苯酯、磷酸乙基苯基二苯酯、磷酸二(乙基苯基)苯酯、磷酸丙基苯基二苯酯、磷酸二(丙基苯基)苯酯、磷酸三乙基苯酯、磷酸三丙基苯酯、磷酸丁基苯基二苯酯、磷酸二(丁基苯基)苯酯、磷酸三丁基苯酯、磷酸三己酯、磷酸三(2-乙基己基)酯、磷酸三癸酯、磷酸三月桂基酯、磷酸三肉豆蔻基酯、磷酸三棕榈基酯、磷酸三硬脂基酯、磷酸三油烯基酯等。
作为酸性磷酸酯,例如可列举:酸式磷酸二-2-乙基己酯、酸式磷酸二癸基酯、酸式磷酸二(十二烷基)酯(酸式磷酸二月桂基酯)、酸式磷酸三癸基酯、酸式磷酸二(十八烷基)酯(酸式磷酸二硬酯基酯)、酸式磷酸二-9-十八碳烯基酯(酸式磷酸二油烯基酯)等;作为亚磷酸酯,例如可列举:亚磷酸三乙酯、亚磷酸三丁酯、亚磷酸三苯酯、亚磷酸三甲苯酯、亚磷酸三(壬基苯基)酯、亚磷酸三(2-乙基己基)酯、亚磷酸三癸酯、亚磷酸三月桂基酯、亚磷酸三异辛基酯、亚磷酸二苯基异癸基酯、亚磷酸三硬脂基酯、亚磷酸三油烯基酯等。
作为酸性亚磷酸酯,例如可列举:亚磷酸氢(hydrogen phosphite)二-2-乙基己酯、亚磷酸氢二癸基酯、亚磷酸氢二(十二烷基)酯(亚磷酸氢二月桂基酯)、亚磷酸氢二(十八烷基)酯(亚磷酸氢二硬酯基酯)、亚磷酸氢二-9-十八碳烯基酯(亚磷酸氢二油烯基酯)、亚磷酸氢二苯酯等。
作为酸性磷酸酯胺盐和酸性亚磷酸酯胺盐,可列举上述酸性磷酸酯和酸性亚磷酸酯分别与下述胺类所形成的盐。作为胺类,可以使用单取代胺、二取代胺或三取代胺。
作为单取代胺的例子,可列举:丁胺、戊胺、己胺、环己胺、辛胺、月桂胺、硬脂胺、油胺、苄胺等;作为二取代胺的例子,可列举:二丁胺、二戊胺、二己胺、二环己胺、二辛胺、二月桂胺、二硬脂胺、二油胺、二苄胺、硬脂基-单乙醇胺、癸基-单乙醇胺、己基-丙醇胺、苄基-单乙醇胺、苯基-单乙醇胺、甲苯基-单丙醇胺等;作为三取代胺的例子,可列举:三丁胺、三戊胺、三己胺、三环己胺、三辛胺、三月桂胺、三硬脂胺、三油胺、三苄胺、二油烯基-单乙醇胺、二月桂基-单丙醇胺、二辛基-单乙醇胺、二己基-单丙醇胺、二丁基-丙醇胺、油烯基-二乙醇胺、硬脂基-二丙醇胺、月桂基-二乙醇胺、辛基-二丙醇胺、丁基-二乙醇胺、苄基-二乙醇胺、苯基-二乙醇胺、甲苯基-二丙醇胺、二甲苯基-二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、三丙醇胺等。
此外,作为酸性磷酸酯胺盐,可以使用磷酸氢(hydrogen phosphate)单甲酯、磷酸氢单乙酯、磷酸氢单丙酯、磷酸氢单丁酯、磷酸氢单-2-乙基己酯等酸性磷酸单酯与上述胺类所形成的盐。
本发明中,这些磷酸酯类化合物可以单独使用一种,也可以将两种以上组合使用。
另一方面,作为硫类极压添加剂,只要是分子内具有硫原子,可溶解或均匀分散在润滑剂基油中,可以发挥极压添加剂及优异的摩擦特性即可。作为这样的硫类极压添加剂,例如可列举:硫化油脂、硫化脂肪酸、硫化酯、硫化烯烃、二烃基聚硫化物、噻二唑化合物、硫代磷酸酯(硫代亚磷酸酯、硫代磷酸酯)、烷基硫代氨基甲酰化合物、硫代氨基甲酸酯(盐)化合物、硫代萜烯化合物、二烷基硫代二丙酸酯(盐)化合物等。这里,硫化油脂是通过硫或含硫的化合物与油脂(猪油、鲸油、植物油、鱼油等)进行反应而得到的,该硫的含量没有特别的限制,一般优选为5~30质量%。作为其具体例,可列举:硫化猪油、硫化菜籽油、硫化蓖麻籽油、硫化大豆油、硫化米糠油等。作为硫化脂肪酸的例子,可列举硫化油酸等;作为硫化酯的例子,可列举:硫化油酸甲酯、硫化米糠脂肪酸辛酯等。
作为硫化烯烃,例如,可以列举由下述通式(I)表示的化合物等:

(式中,R1表示碳原子数为2~15的烯基,R2表示碳原子数为2~15的烷基或烯基;q表示1~8的整数。)。该化合物通过使碳原子数2~15的烯烃或其二~四聚体与硫、氯化硫等硫化剂反应而制得,作为该烯烃,优选丙烯、异丁烯、二异丁烯等。
作为二烃基聚硫化物,例如,可以列举由下列通式(II)表示的化合物:

(式中,R3和R4分别表示碳原子数1~20的烷基或环烷基、碳原子数6~20的芳基、碳原子数7~20的烷基芳基、或碳原子数7~20的芳基烷基,二者可以相同或不同;r表示1~8的整数。)。其中,当R3和R4为烷基时,称为烷基硫(alkyl sulfide)。
作为由上述通式(II)表示的二烃基聚硫化物,例如可优选列举:二苄基聚硫化物、各种二壬基聚硫化物、各种二(十二烷基)聚硫化物、各种二丁基聚硫化物、各种二辛基聚硫化物、二苯基聚硫化物、二环己基聚硫化物等。
作为噻二唑化合物,例如可优选列举:2,5-双(正己基二硫代)-1,3,4-噻二唑、2,5-双(正辛基二硫代)-1,3,4-噻二唑、2,5-双(正壬基二硫代)-1,3,4-噻二唑、2,5-双(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基二硫代)-1,3,4-噻二唑、3,5-双(正己基二硫代)-1,2,4-噻二唑、3,6-双(正辛基二硫代)-1,2,4-噻二唑、3,5-双(正壬基二硫代)-1,2,4-噻二唑、3,5-双(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基二硫代)-1,2,4-噻二唑、4,5-双(正辛基二硫代)-1,2,3-噻二唑、4,5-双(正壬基二硫代)-1,2,3-噻二唑、4,5-双(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基二硫代)-1,2,3-噻二唑等。
作为硫代磷酸酯,可列举:烷基三硫代亚磷酸酯、芳基或烷基芳基硫代磷酸酯、二月桂基二硫代磷酸锌等,特别优选月桂基三硫代亚磷酸酯、三苯基硫代磷酸酯。
作为烷基硫代氨基甲酰化合物,例如可优选列举:双(二甲基硫代氨基甲酰基)单硫化物、双(二丁基硫代氨基甲酰基)单硫化物、双(二甲基硫代氨基甲酰基)二硫化物、双(二丁基硫代氨基甲酰基)二硫化物、双(二戊基硫代氨基甲酰基)二硫化物、双(二辛基硫代氨基甲酰基)二硫化物等。
另外,作为硫代氨基甲酸酯(盐)化合物,例如可列举二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌;作为硫代萜烯化合物,例如可列举五硫化磷和蒎烯的反应物;作为二烷基硫代二丙酸酯(盐)化合物,例如可列举:二月桂基硫代二丙酸酯、二硬脂基硫代二丙酸酯等。其中,从极压性、摩擦特性、热的氧化稳定性等方面考虑,优选噻二唑化合物、苄基硫化物。
这些硫类极压添加剂可单独使用一种,也可两种以上组合使用。
本发明的润滑油组合物中,作为(B)成分,可以只使用上述磷类极压添加剂,还可以只使用硫类极压添加剂,或者还可以将磷类极压添加剂和硫类极压添加剂组合使用。
从作为极压添加剂的效果和经济性的平衡等观点出发,该(B)成分的含量,以润滑油组合物总量为基准,通常为0.01~2.0质量%,优选为0.05~1.5质量%。
另外,当使用硫类极压添加剂时,从防腐蚀的观点出发,优选调整配合量以使组合物中的硫总含量优选为0.15质量%以下,更优选为0.10质量%以下。
本发明的润滑油组合物中,进一步的,作为(C)成分,可以含有选自抗氧化剂、其它的极压添加剂、耐磨剂、油性剂、清净分散剂和倾点下降剂中的至少一种添加剂。
作为抗氧化剂的例子,可列举:胺类抗氧化剂、苯酚类抗氧化剂以及硫类抗氧化剂等。
作为胺类抗氧化剂,例如可列举:单辛基二苯胺、单壬基二苯胺等单烷基二苯胺类;4,4’-二丁基二苯胺、4,4’-二戊基二苯胺、4,4’-二己基二苯胺、4,4’-二庚基二苯胺、4,4’-二辛基二苯胺、4,4’-二壬基二苯胺等二烷基二苯胺类;四丁基二苯胺、四己基二苯胺、四辛基二苯胺、四壬基二苯胺等多烷基二苯胺类;α-萘胺、苯基-α-萘胺、丁基苯基-α-萘胺、戊基苯基-α-萘胺、己基苯基-α-萘胺、庚基苯基-α-萘胺、辛基苯基-α-萘胺、壬基苯基-α-萘胺等萘胺类,其中优选二烷基二苯胺类。
作为苯酚类抗氧化剂,例如可列举:2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-乙基苯酚等单苯酚类;4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)、2,2’-亚甲基双(4-乙基-6-叔丁基苯酚)等二苯酚类。
作为硫类抗氧化剂,例如可列举:吩噻嗪、季戊四醇-四-(3-月桂基硫代丙酸酯)、双(3,5-叔丁基-4-羟苄基)硫化物、硫代二亚乙基双(3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟苯基))丙酸酯、2,6-二叔丁基-4-(4,6-双(辛基硫代)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-甲胺)苯酚等。
这些抗氧化剂可以单独使用一种,也可以两种以上组合使用。另外,其配合量,以润滑油组合物总量为基准,通常选定为0.01~10质量%,优选选定为0.03~5质量%的范围。
作为其它的极压添加剂、耐磨剂、油性剂,例如可列举:二硫代磷酸锌(ZnDTP)、二硫代氨基甲酸锌(ZnDTC)、二硫代有机磷酸硫化氧钼(硫化才キシモリブデンォルガノホスホロジチオエ一ト)(MoDTP)、二硫代氨基甲酸硫化氧钼(MoDTC)等有机金属类化合物。这些化合物的配合量以润滑油组合物总量为基准,通常为0.05~5质量%,优选为0.1~3质量%。
此外,油性剂可列举:硬脂酸、油酸等脂肪族饱和以及不饱和单羧酸;二聚酸、氢化二聚酸等聚合脂肪酸;蓖麻油酸、12-羟基硬脂酸等羟基脂肪酸;月桂醇、油醇等脂肪族饱和以及不饱和单醇;硬脂胺、油胺等脂肪族饱和以及不饱和单胺;月桂酸酰胺、油酸酰胺等脂肪族饱和以及不饱和单羧酸酰胺等。
这些油性剂的优选配合量,以润滑油组合物总量为基准,为0.01~10质量%的范围,特别优选0.1~5质量%的范围。
作为清净分散剂,例如可列举:琥珀酰亚胺类、含硼的琥珀酰亚胺类、苄胺类、含硼的苄胺类、琥珀酸酯类、以脂肪酸或琥珀酸为代表的一价或二价羧酸酰胺类等无灰类分散剂;中性金属磺酸盐、中性金属酚盐、中性金属水杨酸盐、中性金属膦酸盐、碱性磺酸盐、碱性酚盐、碱性水杨酸盐、高碱性磺酸盐、高碱性水杨酸盐、高碱性膦酸盐等金属类清净剂。其配合量,以润滑油组合物总量为基准,通常为0.1~20质量%,优选为0.5~10质量%。
作为倾点下降剂,可以使用重均分子量为5万~15万左右的聚甲基丙烯酸酯等。
根据需要,本发明的润滑油组合物中可以含有除上述添加剂以外的添加剂,例如防锈剂、金属钝化剂、消泡剂、表面活性剂等。
作为防锈剂,例如可以使用烯基琥珀酸或其部分酯等;作为金属防蚀剂,例如可以使用:苯并三唑类、苯并咪唑类、苯并噻唑类、噻二唑类等;作为金属钝化剂,例如可以使用:苯并三唑、苯并三唑衍生物、苯并噻唑、苯并噻唑衍生物、三唑、三唑衍生物、二硫代氨基甲酸酯(盐)、二硫代氨基甲酸酯(盐)衍生物、咪唑、咪唑衍生物等。作为消泡剂,例如可以使用二甲基聚硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸酯等;作为表面活性剂,例如可以使用聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚等。
本发明的润滑油组合物具有粘度低、且低温流动性和氧化稳定性优异、同时金属疲劳寿命长等特征,可适用于例如汽车的变速器用油、动力转向装置油、减震器油、发动机油以及汽车-工业用齿轮油、油压油、轴承油等,特别适合用作汽车的自动变速器、手动变速器、无级变速器等变速器用油。
实施例
以下,通过实施例对本发明进行更详细的说明,但本发明并不受这些实施例的限定。
另外,根据下列方法求出基油和润滑油组合物的物性。
<基油和润滑油组合物>
(1)运动粘度(40℃、100℃)
依照JIS K 2283进行测定。
(2)粘度指数(VI)
依照JIS K 2283进行测定。
(3)硫含量
依照JIS K 2541进行测定。
<基油>
(4)倾点
依照JIS K 2265进行测定。
<润滑油组合物>
(5)低温粘度(-40℃)
依照ASTM D 2983,测定-40℃下的布鲁克菲尔德粘度。
(6)疲劳寿命
使用四球转动(四球転動)疲劳试验机,按照下列要点测定疲劳寿命。
(轴承)
材质:轴承钢
试样:φ60×厚度5mm
试验钢球尺寸:φ3/8英寸(3/8×2.54cm)
(试验条件)
载荷:147N
旋转速度:2200rpm
油温:120℃
将到试样发生剥离为止的时间作为疲劳寿命,从6次试验的结果计算出L50(平均值)。
(7)氧化稳定性
依照JIS K 2514,通过ISOT试验(150℃)使试验油强制劣化,测定144小时后的粘度变化率(40℃、100℃)、酸值增加总量、碱值、正庚烷不溶解量和铜元素增加量。
用于配制润滑油组合物的各成分的种类如下所述。
·基油A~F
性状如表1所示。

三井化学社制、商品名“ル一カントHC600”、数均分子量为2600、100℃下运动粘度为600mm2/s、粘度指数为240、硫含量为不足0.1质量%
·乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物II
三井化学社制、商品名“ル一カントHC2000”、数均分子量为3700、100℃下运动粘度为2000mm2/s、粘度指数为300、硫含量为不足0.1质量%
·乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物III(包含浓度为50质量%的稀释油)
三井化学社制、商品名“ル一カントHS4010M”、数均分子量为6600、100℃下运动粘度为2000mm2/s、粘度指数为335、硫含量为不足0.1质量%
·粘度指数改进剂I
Romax社制、商品名“VISCOPLEX 0-050”、聚甲基丙烯酸酯类数均分子量为18000、100℃下运动粘度为450mm2/s
·粘度指数改进剂II
三洋化成社制、商品名“アクル一ブC728”、聚甲基丙烯酸酯类数均分子量为45000、100℃下运动粘度为852mm2/s
·倾点下降剂
三洋化成社制、商品名“アクル一ブC728”、聚甲基丙烯酸酯类·极压添加剂:噻二唑
·ATF添加剂包装(パツケ一ジ)
インフイニアム社制、商品“Infineum T4261”,含有磷类极压添加剂、硫类极压添加剂、清净分散剂、摩擦调制剂(摩擦調製剤)、抗氧化剂实施例1~4和比较例1~6
配制具有如表2所示成分的润滑油组合物,评价除氧化稳定性以外的物性。其结果如表2所示。
针对实施例1和比较例1评价氧化稳定性。其结果如表3所示。

表2结果表明,本发明的润滑油组合物(实施例1~4)的低温粘度(-40℃)均不足10000,且疲劳寿命[L50]超过150分钟,低温流动性良好,金属疲劳寿命长。与之相对,比较例1~4以及比较例6的疲劳寿命[L50]均不足150,金属疲劳寿命短;并且比较例1、4以及6的低温粘度(-40℃)超过10000,低温流动性差。
另一方面,比较例5的疲劳寿命[L50]超过150,金属疲劳寿命长,但低温流动性极差;此外,表3结果表明,与实施例1相比,比较例5的氧化稳定性差。
工业适用性
本发明的润滑油组合物粘度低、且低温流动性和氧化稳定性优异、同时金属疲劳寿命长,可适用于例如汽车的变速器用油、动力转向装置油、减震器油、发动机油、汽车-工业用齿轮油、油压油以及轴承油等。
Claims (4)
1.润滑油组合物,其特征在于:含有润滑油基油、和0.5~10质量%的(A)数均分子量为2800~8000的乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物,并且作为所述润滑油基油,使用100℃下运动粘度为1.5~40mm2/s、粘度指数为100以上、倾点为-25℃以下以及硫含量为0.01质量%以下的润滑油基油。
2.权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,其中,进一步含有(B)磷类极压添加剂和/或硫类极压添加剂0.01~2.0质量%,并且硫总含量为0.15质量%以下。
3.权利要求2所述的润滑油组合物,其进一步含有(C)选自抗氧化剂、其它极压添加剂、耐磨剂、油性剂、清净分散剂和倾点降低剂中的至少一种添加剂。
4.权利要求1至3中任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其用作汽车的变速器用润滑油。
