Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车齿轮用抗氧化抗磨防锈于一体的润滑油;其特征在于由原料制备而成:基础油,清净剂、分散剂、防腐剂、极压抗磨剂、油性剂、抗氧剂、粘度指数改进剂、防锈剂、降凝剂、抗泡剂;所述润滑油基油,使用100℃下运动粘度为1.5 ~ 40mm2/s、粘度指数为100 以上、倾点为‑25℃以下以及硫含量为0.01 质量%以下的润滑油基油。该发明的有益效果在于:汽车齿轮用润滑油,组分简单,成本低,有较好的粘度指数和高抗磨性能;使用寿命长;润滑油添加剂与基础油相容性较好,润滑油稳定性较高;与现有汽车用润滑油相比本汽车用润滑油防腐蚀性优良,润滑油制备工艺方法简单,步骤简单环保,易于实施。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油技术,特别是涉及一种汽车齿轮用抗氧化抗磨防锈于一体的润滑油及其制备方法。
背景技术
润滑油主要用于减少运动部件表面间的摩擦,具有润滑作用,同时对机器设备还具有防锈、防腐、绝缘、功率传送、冷却、密封、清洗杂质和缓冲等功能,是一类在机械工业、汽车工业、精密仪器、电力工业、冶金工业、模具制造与应用工业、钢铁工业、机床工业等工业领域不可或缺的化工产品,在上述工业领域具有重要的作用。随着工业的飞速发展,装备技术的不断提升,我国对各种润滑油产品的需求量持续增长,且已成为全球第二大润滑油市场。在润滑油需求量不断上升的同时,也要求润滑油产品质量不断提高。因此,具有多功能的新型润滑剂已成为研究热点。
润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成。基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。润滑油基础油主要分矿物基础油、合成基础油以及生物基础油三大类。矿物基础油,应用广泛,用量很大(约95%以上),但有些应用场合则必须使用合成基础油和生物油基础油调配的产品,因而使这两种基础油得到迅速发展。
矿物基础油由原油提炼而成。润滑油基础油主要生产过程有:常减压蒸馏、溶剂脱沥青、溶剂精制、溶剂脱蜡、白土或加氢补充精制。1995 年修订了中国现行的润滑油基础油标准,主要修改了分类方法,并增加了低凝和深度精制两类专用基础油标准。矿物型润滑油的生产,最重要的是选用最佳的原油。
矿物基础油的化学成分包括高沸点、高分子量烃类和非烃类混合物。其组成一般为烷烃(直链、支链、多支链)、环烷烃(单环、双环、多环)、芳烃(单环芳烃、多环芳烃)、环烷基芳烃以及含氧、含氮、含硫有机化合物和胶质、沥青质等非烃类化合物。生物基础油(植物油)正越来越受欢迎,它可以生物降解而迅速的降低环境污染。由于当今世界上所有的工业企业都在寻求减少对环境污染的措施,而这种”天然”润滑油正拥有这个特点,虽然植物油成本高,但所增加的费用足以抵消使用其它矿物油、合成润滑油所带来的环境治理费用。
添加剂是近代高级润滑油的精髓,正确选用合理加入,可改善其物理化学性质,对润滑油赋予新的特殊性能,或加强其原来具有的某种性能,满足更高的要求。根据润滑油要求的质量和性能,对添加剂精心选择,仔细平衡,进行合理调配,是保证润滑油质量的关键。一般常用的添加剂有:粘度指数改进剂,倾点下降剂,抗氧化剂,清净分散剂,摩擦缓和剂,油性剂,极压剂,抗泡沫剂,金属钝化剂,乳化剂,防腐蚀剂,防锈剂,破乳化剂等。
汽车齿轮油是以石油润滑油基础油或合成润滑油为主,加入极压抗磨剂和油性剂调制而成的一种重要的润滑油。用于各种齿轮传动装置,以防止齿面磨损、擦伤、烧结等,延长其使用寿命,提高传递功率效率。现有的齿轮润滑油,成分复杂,制备成本高,使用寿命短,还不能完全满足使用需求。
发明内容
针对现有润滑技术不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车齿轮用抗氧化抗磨防锈于一体的润滑油及其制备方法,使其能适用于转速高而且高性能的齿轮,以实现润滑油能够达到耐高温润滑,耐磨,减摩,节能的效果,给齿轮最大的保护,延长齿轮的使用寿命。从而提高润滑油品质以保证汽车齿轮的安全性和流畅性。
本发明采用如下的技术方案:一种汽车齿轮用抗氧化抗磨防锈于一体的润滑油;其特征在于由以下重量的原料制备而成:基础油200份~250份,清净剂10份~30份、分散剂10份~20份、防腐剂5份~10份、极压抗磨剂10份~15份、油性剂10份~15份、抗氧剂10份~15份、粘度指数改进剂10份~30份、防锈剂5份~10份、降凝剂10份~15份、抗泡剂5份~10份;所述润滑油基油,使用100℃下运动粘度为1.5 ~ 40mm2/s、粘度指数为100 以上、倾点为-25℃以下以及硫含量为0.01 质量%以下的润滑油基油。
本发明优选以下原料份数制备而成,基础油125份,清净剂20份、分散剂25份、防腐剂7.5份、极压抗磨剂12.5份、油性剂12.5份、抗氧剂12.5份、粘度指数改进剂20份、防锈剂7.5份、降凝剂12.5份、抗泡剂7.5份。
本发明所述在此基础上还可以添加工业酒精5-10份,优选7份,蜡粉5-10份,优选7份、刚玉粉5-10份,优选7份,硼酸锌5-10份,优选7份、氧化铝粉末5-10份,优选7份、花岗岩粉末5-10份,优选7份。
本发明所述清净剂是石油磺酸钙、石油磺酸镁、硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐、烷基水杨酸钙、环烷酸镁、环烷酸钙和硫化烷基酚钙中的任一种或多种;分散剂是单烯基丁二酰亚胺、双烯基丁二酰亚胺、多烯基丁二酰亚胺和聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺中的任一种或多种。
本发明所述防腐剂是硫磷烷基酚锌盐、硫磷丁辛基锌盐、硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐和硫磷二烷基锌盐中的任一种或多种;极压抗磨剂是氯化石蜡、酸性亚磷酸二丁酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、硫代磷酸胺盐、异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八胺盐、硫化异丁烯、二苄基二硫化物、环烷酸铅、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锑、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸铅和硼化油酰胺中的任一种或多种。
本发明所述油性剂是硫化鲸鱼油、油酸乙二醇酯、硫化棉籽油、苯并三氮唑脂肪酸胺盐、亚磷酸三苯脂、磷酸三乙酯、油酸丁酯、硬脂酸丁脂、苯二甲酸二辛酯和油酸中的任一种或多种;抗氧剂是2,6- 二叔丁基对甲酚、4,4- 亚甲基双(2,6- 二叔丁基苯酚)、2,6- 二叔丁基-α- 二甲氨基对甲酚、N- 苯基-α- 萘胺、二丁基二硫化氨基甲酸锌和二酚基丙烷中的任一种或多种。
本发明所述粘度指数改进剂是聚乙烯基正丁基醚、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯、聚丙烯酸酯、丁二酰亚胺乙丙共聚物和苯乙烯-双烯共聚物中的任一种或多种;防锈剂是石油磺酸钡、石油磺酸钠、环烷酸锌、二壬基萘磺酸钡、苯并三氮唑、合成磺酸镁、烷基磷酸咪唑啉盐、羊毛脂镁皂、失水山梨糖醇单油酸酯、油酸三乙醇胺酯、磺化蓖麻油和羊毛脂中的任一种或多种。
本发明所述降凝剂是聚丙烯酸酯、聚α- 烯烃和烷基萘中的任一种或多种;抗泡剂是二甲基硅油、丙烯酸酯与乙烯基醚共聚物和蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚中的任一种或多种。
本发明所述一种汽车齿轮用抗氧化抗磨防锈于一体的润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将配置好重量的基础油、清净剂、分散剂、防腐剂、极压抗磨剂、油性剂、抗氧剂、粘度指数改进剂、防锈剂、降凝剂、抗泡剂、工业酒精、蜡粉、硼酸锌、花岗岩粉末予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度4500-5000r/min,分散时间为35-55min;
(2)加入配置好重量的刚玉粉,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度1600-4900r/min,分散时间为35~50min;
(3)加入配置好重量的氧化铝粉末,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度4700~4800r/min,分散时间为25~35min;混合均匀后制得本品。
本发明原料的优点有:蜡粉:超细改性微粉化PE蜡,提供极佳的抗刮伤和优良的消光性、透明性和手感。用于溶剂型木器润滑油体系、油墨、工业烤漆、聚酯烤漆;刚玉粉:纯度高、自锐性好、耐酸碱腐蚀、耐高温、热态性能稳定,它硬度略高于棕刚玉,韧性稍低,磨削能力强、发热量小、效率高。用其可制成磨具,可适用于磨削高碳钢、高速钢及不锈钢等细粒度磨料;还可以用于精密铸造和高级耐火材料;硼酸锌:一种环保型的非卤素阻燃剂,无毒、低水溶性、高热稳定性、粒度小、比重小、分散性好等特点,作为一种高效阻燃剂被广泛应用在塑料、橡胶、润滑油等领域;氧化铝粉末:难溶于水的白色固体,无臭、无味、质极硬,易吸潮而不潮解。两性氧化物,能溶于无机酸和碱性溶液中,几乎不溶于水及非极性有机溶剂。用作分析试剂、有机溶剂的脱水、吸附剂、有机反应催化剂、研磨剂、抛光剂、冶炼铝的原料、耐火材料;花岗岩粉末:质地坚硬致密、强度高、抗风化、耐腐蚀、耐磨损、吸水性低。
该发明的有益效果在于:汽车齿轮用润滑油,组分简单,成本低,有较好的粘度指数和高抗磨性能;使用寿命长;润滑油添加剂与基础油相容性较好,润滑油稳定性较高;与现有汽车用润滑油相比本汽车用润滑油防腐蚀性优良,耐磨性能提高25%~30%,抗压能力提高50%~60%,润滑油制备工艺方法简单,步骤简单环保,易于实施。

一种汽车齿轮用抗氧化抗磨防锈于一体的润滑油;其特征在于由以下重量的原料制备而成:基础油125份,清净剂20份、分散剂25份、防腐剂7.5份、极压抗磨剂12.5份、油性剂12.5份、抗氧剂12.5份、粘度指数改进剂20份、防锈剂7.5份、降凝剂12.5份、抗泡剂7.5份;所述润滑油基油,使用100℃下运动粘度为1.5 ~ 40mm2/s、粘度指数为100 以上、倾点为-25℃以下以及硫含量为0.01 质量%以下的润滑油基油。
本发明所述在此基础上还可以添加工业酒精7份,蜡粉7份、刚玉粉7份,硼酸锌7份、氧化铝粉末7份、花岗岩7份。
本发明所述清净剂是石油磺酸钙、石油磺酸镁、硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐、烷基水杨酸钙、环烷酸镁、环烷酸钙和硫化烷基酚钙中的任一种或多种;分散剂是单烯基丁二酰亚胺、双烯基丁二酰亚胺、多烯基丁二酰亚胺和聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺中的任一种或多种。
本发明所述防腐剂是硫磷烷基酚锌盐、硫磷丁辛基锌盐、硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐和硫磷二烷基锌盐中的任一种或多种;极压抗磨剂是氯化石蜡、酸性亚磷酸二丁酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、硫代磷酸胺盐、异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八胺盐、硫化异丁烯、二苄基二硫化物、环烷酸铅、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锑、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸铅和硼化油酰胺中的任一种或多种。
本发明所述油性剂是硫化鲸鱼油、油酸乙二醇酯、硫化棉籽油、苯并三氮唑脂肪酸胺盐、亚磷酸三苯脂、磷酸三乙酯、油酸丁酯、硬脂酸丁脂、苯二甲酸二辛酯和油酸中的任一种或多种;抗氧剂是2,6- 二叔丁基对甲酚、4,4- 亚甲基双(2,6- 二叔丁基苯酚)、2,6- 二叔丁基-α- 二甲氨基对甲酚、N- 苯基-α- 萘胺、二丁基二硫化氨基甲酸锌和二酚基丙烷中的任一种或多种。
本发明所述粘度指数改进剂是聚乙烯基正丁基醚、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯、聚丙烯酸酯、丁二酰亚胺乙丙共聚物和苯乙烯-双烯共聚物中的任一种或多种;防锈剂是石油磺酸钡、石油磺酸钠、环烷酸锌、二壬基萘磺酸钡、苯并三氮唑、合成磺酸镁、烷基磷酸咪唑啉盐、羊毛脂镁皂、失水山梨糖醇单油酸酯、油酸三乙醇胺酯、磺化蓖麻油和羊毛脂中的任一种或多种。
本发明所述降凝剂是聚丙烯酸酯、聚α- 烯烃和烷基萘中的任一种或多种;抗泡剂是二甲基硅油、丙烯酸酯与乙烯基醚共聚物和蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚中的任一种或多种。
本发明所述一种汽车齿轮用抗氧化抗磨防锈于一体的润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将配置好重量的基础油、清净剂、分散剂、防腐剂、极压抗磨剂、油性剂、抗氧剂、粘度指数改进剂、防锈剂、降凝剂、抗泡剂、工业酒精、蜡粉、硼酸锌、花岗岩粉末予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度4500-5000r/min,分散时间为35-55min;
(2)加入配置好重量的刚玉粉,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度1600-4900r/min,分散时间为35~50min;
(3)加入配置好重量的氧化铝粉末,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度4700~4800r/min,分散时间为25~35min;混合均匀后制得本品。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (9)
1.一种汽车齿轮用抗氧化抗磨防锈于一体的润滑油;其特征在于由以下重量的原料制备而成:基础油200份~250份,清净剂10份~30份、分散剂10份~20份、防腐剂5份~10份、极压抗磨剂10份~15份、油性剂10份~15份、抗氧剂10份~15份、粘度指数改进剂10份~30份、防锈剂5份~10份、降凝剂10份~15份、抗泡剂5份~10份;所述润滑油基油,使用100℃下运动粘度为1.5 ~ 40mm2/s、粘度指数为100 以上、倾点为-25℃以下以及硫含量为0.01质量%以下的润滑油基油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车齿轮用抗氧化抗磨防锈于一体的润滑油;其特征在于:优选以下原料份数制备而成,基础油125份,清净剂20份、分散剂25份、防腐剂7.5份、极压抗磨剂12.5份、油性剂12.5份、抗氧剂12.5份、粘度指数改进剂20份、防锈剂7.5份、降凝剂12.5份、抗泡剂7.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车齿轮用抗氧化抗磨防锈于一体的润滑油;其特征在于:所述在此基础上还可以添加工业酒精5-10份,优选7份,蜡粉5-10份,优选7份、刚玉粉5-10份,优选7份,硼酸锌5-10份,优选7份、氧化铝粉末5-10份,优选7份、花岗岩粉末5-10份,优选7份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车齿轮用抗氧化抗磨防锈于一体的润滑油;其特征在于:所述清净剂是石油磺酸钙、石油磺酸镁、硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐、烷基水杨酸钙、环烷酸镁、环烷酸钙和硫化烷基酚钙中的任一种或多种;分散剂是单烯基丁二酰亚胺、双烯基丁二酰亚胺、多烯基丁二酰亚胺和聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺中的任一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车齿轮用抗氧化抗磨防锈于一体的润滑油;其特征在于:所述防腐剂是硫磷烷基酚锌盐、硫磷丁辛基锌盐、硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐和硫磷二烷基锌盐中的任一种或多种;极压抗磨剂是氯化石蜡、酸性亚磷酸二丁酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、硫代磷酸胺盐、异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八胺盐、硫化异丁烯、二苄基二硫化物、环烷酸铅、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锑、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸铅和硼化油酰胺中的任一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车齿轮用抗氧化抗磨防锈于一体的润滑油;其特征在于:所述油性剂是硫化鲸鱼油、油酸乙二醇酯、硫化棉籽油、苯并三氮唑脂肪酸胺盐、亚磷酸三苯脂、磷酸三乙酯、油酸丁酯、硬脂酸丁脂、苯二甲酸二辛酯和油酸中的任一种或多种;抗氧剂是2,6- 二叔丁基对甲酚、4,4- 亚甲基双(2,6- 二叔丁基苯酚)、2,6- 二叔丁基-α-二甲氨基对甲酚、N- 苯基-α- 萘胺、二丁基二硫化氨基甲酸锌和二酚基丙烷中的任一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车齿轮用抗氧化抗磨防锈于一体的润滑油;其特征在于:所述粘度指数改进剂是聚乙烯基正丁基醚、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯、聚丙烯酸酯、丁二酰亚胺乙丙共聚物和苯乙烯-双烯共聚物中的任一种或多种;防锈剂是石油磺酸钡、石油磺酸钠、环烷酸锌、二壬基萘磺酸钡、苯并三氮唑、合成磺酸镁、烷基磷酸咪唑啉盐、羊毛脂镁皂、失水山梨糖醇单油酸酯、油酸三乙醇胺酯、磺化蓖麻油和羊毛脂中的任一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车齿轮用抗氧化抗磨防锈于一体的润滑油;其特征在于:所述降凝剂是聚丙烯酸酯、聚α- 烯烃和烷基萘中的任一种或多种;抗泡剂是二甲基硅油、丙烯酸酯与乙烯基醚共聚物和蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚中的任一种或多种。
9.一种根据权利要求1所述汽车齿轮用抗氧化抗磨防锈于一体润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将配置好重量的基础油、清净剂、分散剂、防腐剂、极压抗磨剂、油性剂、抗氧剂、粘度指数改进剂、防锈剂、降凝剂、抗泡剂、工业酒精、蜡粉、硼酸锌、花岗岩粉末予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度4500-5000r/min,分散时间为35-55min;
(2)加入配置好重量的刚玉粉,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度1600-4900r/min,分散时间为35~50min;
(3)加入配置好重量的氧化铝粉末,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度4700~4800r/min,分散时间为25~35min;混合均匀后制得本品。
