背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。但是机械传动种类很多,对润滑油的要求也不相同。目前市场上生产的润滑油粘度性能不符合标准,而且多数润滑油不具备针对性,因为对于不同品牌不同类型车辆,其对润滑油的要求截然不同,汽车用润滑油不仅要求能够最大限度减少摩擦,减少废气排放,同时要求依赖于润滑油来延长汽车各机件的使用寿命。

本发明性能稳定,防锈、防腐蚀性能好,可以提高汽车润滑油的减摩抗磨性能,同时还能有效改善抗氧化性能,减少润滑油高温沉积物生成,抑制油品温度升高,降低发动机过热,有效控制高温氧化状况。本发明制备工艺方法简单、易操作,生产成本低,适合在汽车领域使用。

将聚二甲基硅氧烷、十二烷基酸性亚磷酸酯、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮、四氯化碳、烯基丁二酸酯、硫化烷基酚钙、苯并三氮唑、环烷酸锌、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯、氧化石油脂、尿嘧啶、硫酸丁辛醇锌盐、蜡粉、抗磨剂、硼酸锌、花岗岩粉末、防锈剂、降凝剂按照重量份称取后,混合搅拌60min,即得具有减摩效果的汽车专用润滑油。

将聚二甲基硅氧烷、十二烷基酸性亚磷酸酯、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮、四氯化碳、烯基丁二酸酯、硫化烷基酚钙、苯并三氮唑、环烷酸锌、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯、氧化石油脂、尿嘧啶、硫酸丁辛醇锌盐、蜡粉、抗磨剂、硼酸锌、花岗岩粉末、防锈剂、降凝剂按照重量份称取后,混合搅拌140min,即得具有减摩效果的汽车专用润滑油。

1.一种具有减摩效果的汽车专用润滑油,其特征在于,按照重量份的原料包括:聚二甲基硅氧烷25-45份、十二烷基酸性亚磷酸酯0.2-6份、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮20-40份、四氯化碳5-25份、烯基丁二酸酯20-40份、硫化烷基酚钙1-10份、苯并三氮唑20-45份、环烷酸锌0.2-10份、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯20-45份、氧化石油脂1-10份、尿嘧啶20-40份、硫酸丁辛醇锌盐0.1-3份、蜡粉20-40份、抗磨剂0.1-5份、硼酸锌20-45份、花岗岩粉末20-40份、防锈剂0.1-4份、降凝剂0.1-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有减摩效果的汽车专用润滑油,其特征在于,按照重量份的原料包括:聚二甲基硅氧烷30-40份、十二烷基酸性亚磷酸酯0.5-5份、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮25-35份、四氯化碳8-20份、烯基丁二酸酯25-35份、硫化烷基酚钙1-6份、苯并三氮唑25-40份、环烷酸锌0.5-8份、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯25-40份、氧化石油脂1-8份、尿嘧啶25-35份、硫酸丁辛醇锌盐0.2-2份、蜡粉25-35份、抗磨剂0.2-3份、硼酸锌25-40份、花岗岩粉末25-35份、防锈剂0.2-2份、降凝剂0.2-3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有减摩效果的汽车专用润滑油,其特征在于,按照重量份的原料包括:聚二甲基硅氧烷34-38份、十二烷基酸性亚磷酸酯1-3份、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮28-32份、四氯化碳10-15份、烯基丁二酸酯28-32份、硫化烷基酚钙2-4份、苯并三氮唑30-34份、环烷酸锌1-4份、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯30-34份、氧化石油脂2-5份、尿嘧啶28-32份、硫酸丁辛醇锌盐0.5-1份、蜡粉30-34份、抗磨剂0.3-0.5份、硼酸锌34-38份、花岗岩粉末28-32份、防锈剂0.5-0.7份、降凝剂0.5-1.5份。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的具有减摩效果的汽车专用润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,将聚二甲基硅氧烷、十二烷基酸性亚磷酸酯、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮、四氯化碳、烯基丁二酸酯、硫化烷基酚钙、苯并三氮唑、环烷酸锌、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯、氧化石油脂、尿嘧啶、硫酸丁辛醇锌盐、蜡粉、抗磨剂、硼酸锌、花岗岩粉末、防锈剂、降凝剂按照重量份称取后,混合搅拌20-150min,即得。
