本发明属于石油化工技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车机械齿轮润滑油及其制备方法。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。
近年来,随着我国经济的高速发展,润滑油已成为交通运输及工业机械设备必不可免的“保护液”。同时,机械齿轮油是以矿物基础油或合成基础油为主,加入抗磨剂和油性剂调制而成的一种重要的润滑油,用于各种齿轮传动装置,以防止齿面磨损、擦伤、烧结等,延长其使用寿命,提高传递功率效率,减少功率损失。齿轮油应具有良好的抗磨、耐负荷性能和合适的粘度。此外,还应具有良好的热氧化安定性、抗泡性、水分离性能和防锈性能,即使在很高的操作温度和负荷下,仍能保证传动系统的各个部件不受磨损。行业的高速发展与环保对润滑油性能提出了更加苛刻的要求。

具体的,本发明提供的汽车机械齿轮润滑油,由以下重量份数计的原料制成:基础油80-120份、抗氧化剂4-12份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-3份,高碳润滑石墨1-12份,抗结胶添加剂3-4份、清洁添加剂3-4份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚2-8份、柠檬酸钠1-9份、盐酸2-8份、硫酸丁辛醇锌盐1-6份、烯基二丁酸1-3份、牛脂4-9份,妥尔油8-15份,硼酸脂5-8份,土耳其油6-11份、磷酸二氢钾3-9份、二氯甲烷2-10份、单丁二酰亚胺3-8份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯1-3份、三乙醇胺3-9份、防锈剂4-12份。
优选地,所述基础油为聚а-烯烃、聚醚、硅油和磷酸酯的混合物。
更优选地,所述抗结胶添加剂和清洁添加剂的重量比为1:1,有效改善高温下或高负荷下,润滑油的抗磨性和抗乳化性。

其中,所述基础油由聚а-烯烃68份、聚醚3份、硅油3份、磷酸酯6份组成。
本发明提供的汽车机械齿轮润滑油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将配方量的基础油转入反应釜中,升温至40℃,匀速搅拌;然后依次加入配方量的抗氧化剂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠,高碳润滑石墨,抗结胶添加剂、清洁添加剂、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、柠檬酸钠、盐酸、硫酸丁辛醇锌盐、烯基二丁酸、牛脂,妥尔油,硼酸脂,土耳其油、磷酸二氢钾、二氯甲烷、单丁二酰亚胺、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、三乙醇胺和防锈剂,升温至50℃,匀速搅拌30mi n。
本发明提供的汽车机械齿轮润滑油,具有良好的抗氧化防腐性、防锈性、抗磨、减摩、承载、高扭矩、高温稳定性、抗乳化性、换油周期长、减少废油、废气和颗粒物排放、生物可降解性好、价格相对传统润滑油较低的特点,能使齿轮在高速、低速、重载、高扭矩或冲击负荷下,迅速形成耐磨、耐高温、耐挤压的边界润滑油膜,防止齿面发生磨损、擦伤、胶合、点蚀等破坏现象,以延长重负荷工业齿轮的使用寿命。

为了使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案能予以实施,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
本发明以下实施例中所用到的各种原料皆可在市场购买得到。
实施例1
一种汽车机械齿轮润滑油,具体由以下重量份数计的原料制成:基础油80份、抗氧化剂4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1份、高碳润滑石墨1份、抗结胶添加剂3份、清洁添加剂3份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚2份、柠檬酸钠1份、盐酸2份、硫酸丁辛醇锌盐1份、烯基二丁酸1份、牛脂4份、妥尔油8份、硼酸脂5份、土耳其油6份、磷酸二氢钾3份、二氯甲烷2份、单丁二酰亚胺3份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯1份、三乙醇胺3份、防锈剂4份。
其中,基础油由聚а-烯烃68份、聚醚3份、硅油3份、磷酸酯6份组成。
该汽车机械齿轮润滑油的制备方法为:将组成基础油的组分混合均匀,转入反应釜中,升温至40℃,匀速搅拌,依次加入抗氧化剂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、高碳润滑石墨、抗结胶添加剂、清洁添加剂、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、柠檬酸钠、盐酸、硫酸丁辛醇锌盐、烯基二丁酸、牛脂、妥尔油、硼酸脂、土耳其油、磷酸二氢钾、二氯甲烷、单丁二酰亚胺、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、三乙醇胺、防锈剂,升温至50℃,匀速搅拌30分钟。
实施例2
一种汽车机械齿轮润滑油,具体由以下重量份数计的原料制成:基础油120份、抗氧化剂12份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份、高碳润滑石墨12份、抗结胶添加剂4份、清洁添加剂4份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚8份、柠檬酸钠9份、盐酸8份、硫酸丁辛醇锌盐6份、烯基二丁酸3份、牛脂9份、妥尔油15份、硼酸脂8份、土耳其油11份、磷酸二氢钾9份、二氯甲烷10份、单丁二酰亚胺8份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯3份、三乙醇胺9份、防锈剂12份。
其中,基础油由聚а-烯烃100份、聚醚5份、硅油5份、磷酸酯15份组成。
该汽车机械齿轮润滑油的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
一种汽车机械齿轮润滑油,具体由以下重量份数计的原料制成:基础油100份、抗氧化剂7份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份、高碳润滑石墨5份、抗结胶添加剂4份、清洁添加剂4份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚5份、柠檬酸钠6份、盐酸5份、硫酸丁辛醇锌盐3份、烯基二丁酸2份、牛脂5份、妥尔油9份、硼酸脂7份、土耳其油7份、磷酸二氢钾6份、二氯甲烷5份、单丁二酰亚胺6份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯2份、三乙醇胺5份、防锈剂7份。
其中,基础油由聚а-烯烃82份、聚醚4份、硅油4份、磷酸酯10份组成。

实施例4
一种汽车机械齿轮润滑油,具体由以下重量份数计的原料制成:基础油80份、抗氧化剂5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份、高碳润滑石墨2份、抗结胶添加剂3份、清洁添加剂3份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚3份、柠檬酸钠2份、盐酸3份、硫酸丁辛醇锌盐2份、烯基二丁酸2份、牛脂2份、妥尔油10份、硼酸脂5份、土耳其油6份、磷酸二氢钾5份、二氯甲烷4份、单丁二酰亚胺4份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯2份、三乙醇胺4份、防锈剂5份。
其中,基础油由聚а-烯烃68份、聚醚3份、硅油3份、磷酸酯6份组成。
该汽车机械齿轮润滑油的制备方法同实施例1。
本发明实施例1-4提供的汽车机械齿轮润滑油不仅具有良好的抗氧化防腐性、防锈性、高温稳定性、抗乳化性、换油周期长、减少废油、废气和颗粒物排放、生物可降解性好、价格相对传统润滑油较低的特点;同时,具有极好的极压抗磨性能,承载能力高,可配置较重负荷车辆齿轮油,也可用于重负荷和中负荷工业齿轮油。

1.一种汽车机械齿轮润滑油,其特征在于,由以下重量份数计的原料制成:
基础油80-120份、抗氧化剂4-12份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-3份、高碳润滑石墨1-12份、抗结胶添加剂3-4份、清洁添加剂3-4份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚2-8份、柠檬酸钠1-9份、盐酸2-8份、硫酸丁辛醇锌盐1-6份、烯基二丁酸1-3份、牛脂4-9份、妥尔油8-15份、硼酸脂5-8份、土耳其油6-11份、磷酸二氢钾3-9份、二氯甲烷2-10份、单丁二酰亚胺3-8份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯1-3份、三乙醇胺3-9份、防锈剂4-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车机械齿轮润滑油,其特征在于,所述基础油为聚а-烯烃、聚醚、硅油和磷酸酯中的一种或他们的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车机械齿轮润滑油,其特征在于,所述抗结胶添加剂和清洁添加剂的重量比为1:1。
4.根据权利要求3所述的汽车机械齿轮润滑油,其特征在于,由以下重量份数计的原料制成:
基础油120份、抗氧化剂12份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份、高碳润滑石墨12份、抗结胶添加剂4份、清洁添加剂4份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚8份、柠檬酸钠9份、盐酸8份、硫酸丁辛醇锌盐6份、烯基二丁酸3份、牛脂9份、妥尔油15份、硼酸脂8份、土耳其油11份、磷酸二氢钾9份、二氯甲烷10份、单丁二酰亚胺8份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯3份、三乙醇胺9份、防锈剂12份;
其中,所述基础油由聚а-烯烃100份、聚醚5份、硅油5份、磷酸酯15份组成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的汽车机械齿轮润滑油,其特征在于,由以下重量份数计的原料制成:
基础油80份、抗氧化剂4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1份、高碳润滑石墨1份、抗结胶添加剂3份、清洁添加剂3份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚2份、柠檬酸钠1份、盐酸2份、硫酸丁辛醇锌盐1份、烯基二丁酸1份、牛脂4份、妥尔油8份、硼酸脂5份、土耳其油6份、磷酸二氢钾3份、二氯甲烷2份、单丁二酰亚胺3份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯1份、三乙醇胺3份、防锈剂4份;
其中,所述基础油由聚а-烯烃68份、聚醚3份、硅油3份、磷酸酯6份组成。
6.根据权利要求3所述的汽车机械齿轮润滑油,其特征在于,由以下重量份数计的原料制成:
