本发明公开了一种用于高速运动组件的防锈润滑专用油,包括石墨粉体、水基润滑剂、基础白油、金属粉末微球、抗氧化剂;所述的石墨粉体的组成成分为:纯净石墨5‑10份、硬脂酸10‑20份、油酸10‑20份,硬脂酸与油酸的比例为1:1;所述的金属粉末微球为钼粉微球、铬粉微球、氧化铁微球中的一种或混合物。相比于现有的润滑专用油,本润滑油可以很好的承受高速运动组件产生的高负荷压力,具有一定的黏性以防止在使用时产生油膜破裂的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于高速运动组件的防锈润滑专用油及其制备工艺。
背景技术
高速运动组件,如齿轮组、转轴组等部件,该部件在机械传动中,始终处于高速的运动状态,所有需要专用的润滑油进行导热降温以及减少摩擦,防止金属表面磨损、烧结等缺陷,延长金属结构件的使用寿命。
以齿轮用油为例,齿轮在机械传动中,处于高速的啮合运动中,其表面极易产生烧伤、磨损等现象,严重时还会产生断裂、擦伤等严重磨损情况。由于齿轮处于高速运动,且其负荷较大,一般在500MPa左右的负荷。所以用于齿轮的专用润滑油其形成的油膜需要一定的粘度,以防止油膜在使用时破裂,从而造成金属件暴露的情况。同时,在高速运动组件的专用润滑油中,还需要加入一定量的抗磨剂,以提升润滑油的抗磨性能,并最终延长金属结构件的使用寿命。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术中所存在的问题,本发明提出了一种用于高速运动组件的防锈润滑专用油。
技术方案:为达以上目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种用于高速运动组件的防锈润滑专用油,包括石墨粉体、水基润滑剂、基础白油、金属粉末微球、抗氧化剂。
所述的石墨粉体的组成成分为:纯净石墨5-10份、硬脂酸10-20份、油酸10-20份,硬脂酸与油酸的比例为1:1。
所述的金属粉末微球为钼粉微球、铬粉微球、氧化铁微球中的一种或混合物。
优选的,所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、4,4'-硫代双苯硫酚、2,6-二叔丁基酚、烷基二苯胺、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基丙烯酸甲酯中的一种或混合物。
优选的,所述的水基润滑剂为石油硫磺盐、石油酸、有机硅中的一种或几种的混合物。
一种用于高速运动组件的防锈润滑专用油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将金属粉末微球加入在基础白油中,并在室温下进行高速分散;
S2、将硬脂酸、油酸加入在有机溶剂中,低速搅拌30min后加入石墨粉体,调至中高速搅拌,继续混合并加入高锰酸钾溶液,直至呈黑色均匀的浆液状;
S3、通过水浴加热的方式,在50-60℃的条件下,对浆液进行回流处理,并使用无水乙醇进行洗涤;
S4、将上述液体进行混料,并进行超声波破碎处理以及多次过滤,以获得改性润滑油;
S5、加入水基润滑剂以及抗氧化剂,从而得到最终的产品。
优选的,步骤S1中,反应容器的温度保持在25-30摄氏度。
优选的,石墨粉体与最终产品的比重为1:1000至1:1500。
有益效果:
相比于现有的润滑专用油,本润滑油可以很好的承受高速运动组件产生的高负荷压力,具有一定的黏性以防止在使用时产生油膜破裂的现象。
同时,针对高速运动组件可能产生的局部高温情况,通过添加金属粉末微球以及石墨成分,以提升润滑油的导热能力,从而延长金属结构件的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
一种用于高速运动组件的防锈润滑专用油,包括以下组分:
石墨粉体、石油硫磺盐与有机硅的混合物、基础白油、铬粉微球、抗氧化剂;
石墨粉体的组成成分为:纯净石墨8份、硬脂酸15份、油酸15份;
上述一种用于高速运动组件的防锈润滑专用油的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将铬粉微球加入在基础白油中,并在室温下进行高速分散;
S2、将硬脂酸、油酸加入在有机溶剂中,低速搅拌30min后加入石墨粉体,调至中高速搅拌,继续混合并加入高锰酸钾溶液,直至呈黑色均匀的浆液状;
S3、通过水浴加热的方式,在55℃的条件下,对浆液进行回流处理,并使用无水乙醇进行洗涤;

实施例二:
石墨粉体的组成成分为:纯净石墨10份、硬脂酸18份、油酸18份;
金属粉末微球采用氧化铁微球,其余部分与实施例一相同。
对比例一:
一种润滑油,包括煤油60份、防锈剂8份、100#基础油25份、抗氧化剂1.0份。
制作方法:按照以上比例准备各组成成分;首先将润滑油基油倒入搅拌机,然后依次加入添加剂,加热至40-50度,然后进行搅拌40-50分钟;搅拌完成后,当防锈润滑油冷却后,进行罐装。
对比例二:
一种润滑油,包括煤油55份、防锈剂8份、100#基础油28份、抗氧化剂1.0份。
制作方法:按照以上比例准备各组成成分;首先将润滑油基油倒入搅拌机,然后依次加入添加剂,加热至40-50度,然后进行搅拌40-50分钟;搅拌完成后,当防锈润滑油冷却后,进行罐装。
测试结果如表1所示:

从表1的数据可以看出,本发明实施例一、二制备的一种用于高速运动组件的防锈润滑专用油各理化指标与对比例一、二制备的传统成型油相比,其理化性能更为优越。

Claims (6)
1.一种用于高速运动组件的防锈润滑专用油,其特征在于,包括石墨粉体、水基润滑剂、基础白油、金属粉末微球、抗氧化剂;
所述的石墨粉体的组成成分为:纯净石墨5-10份、硬脂酸10-20份、油酸10-20份,硬脂酸与油酸的比例为1:1;
所述的金属粉末微球为钼粉微球、铬粉微球、氧化铁微球中的一种或混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于高速运动组件的防锈润滑专用油,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、4,4'-硫代双苯硫酚、2,6-二叔丁基酚、烷基二苯胺、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基丙烯酸甲酯中的一种或混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于高速运动组件的防锈润滑专用油,其特征在于,所述的水基润滑剂为石油硫磺盐、石油酸、有机硅中的一种或几种的混合物。
4.一种用于高速运动组件的防锈润滑专用油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将金属粉末微球加入在基础白油中,并在室温下进行高速分散;
S2、将硬脂酸、油酸加入在有机溶剂中,低速搅拌30min后加入石墨粉体,调至中高速搅拌,继续混合并加入高锰酸钾溶液,直至呈黑色均匀的浆液状;
S3、通过水浴加热的方式,在50-60℃的条件下,对浆液进行回流处理,并使用无水乙醇进行洗涤;
S4、将上述液体进行混料,并进行超声波破碎处理以及多次过滤,以获得改性润滑油;
S5、加入水基润滑剂以及抗氧化剂,从而得到最终的产品。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于高速运动组件的防锈润滑专用油的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,反应容器的温度保持在25-30摄氏度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于高速运动组件的防锈润滑专用油的制备方法,其特征在于,石墨粉体与最终产品的比重为1:1000至1:1500。
