(6)荷荷巴油:具有独特的分子结构,极抗氧化、耐高温、高压,成为航空航天工业、人工心脏、精密仪器仪表、特种机械等高科技领域专用的润滑油。最新的研究成果表明,它可用于磁记忆媒体的润滑剂,及电池和线圈的绝缘剂。
(7)烯基丁二酸酯:本品用于汽轮机油、机床用油、液压油及齿轮油灯工业润滑油的防锈添加剂,特别适用于调制酸值要求更低的汽轮机油和液压油。
(8)蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚:本品为黄色粘稠液体,耐硬水、酸、碱及无机盐。用于乳化和溶解油及其它水不溶性的物质。非离子型增溶剂。作为水不溶性药物或其他脂溶性药物的增溶剂和乳化剂应用在半固体及液体制剂中。
(9)苯并三氮唑:白色浅褐色针状结晶,可加工成片状、颗粒状、粉状。在空气中氧化而逐渐变红。本品味苦、无臭。在真空中蒸馏时能发生爆炸。溶于乙醇、苯、甲苯、氯仿和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,微溶于水。主要作为水处理剂、金属防锈剂和缓蚀剂。广泛用于循环水处理剂,防锈油、脂类产品中,也应用于铜及铜合金的气相缓蚀剂、润滑油添加剂。也可与多种阻垢剂、杀菌灭藻剂配合使用。
(10)肉桂醇:白色晶体,溶于乙醇、丙二醇和大多数非挥发性油,难溶于水和石油醚,不溶于甘油和非挥发性油。可用来制备肉桂基氯,是用来制备长效多功能的血管收缩拮抗剂脑益嗪的优良原料,也是用来制备香料桂酸桂酯的原料。
(11)季戊四醇:白色结晶或粉末,可燃,易被一般有机酸酯化,大量用于润滑油工业生产醇酸树脂、合成高级润滑剂、增塑剂、表面活性剂以及医药、炸药等原料。
(12)甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯:白色固体。作为乳化剂应用。作为乳化剂、调理剂等,应用于个人护理领域。作为增溶剂等,应用于油类物质的增溶。作为增塑剂应用。
(13)甲基异噻唑啉酮:是一种高效杀菌剂,耐热之水性防腐剂,对于抑制微生物的生长有很好的作用,可以抑制细菌、真菌、霉菌及霉菌的生长,该产品可以直接加入个人护理用品、化妆品、润滑油、纸浆等领域。
(14)尿嘧啶:白色或浅黄色针状结晶。易溶于热水,溶于稀氨水,微溶于冷水,不溶于乙醇和乙醚。由苹果酸、硫酸及尿素反应制得。
(15)炭黑:一种无定形碳。轻、松而极细的黑色粉末,表面积非常大,是含碳物质在空气不足的条件下经不完全燃烧或受热分解而得的产物。可作黑色染料,用于制造中国墨、油墨、油漆等,也用于做橡胶的补强剂。
(16)蜡粉:超细改性微粉化PE蜡,提供极佳的抗刮伤和优良的消光性、透明性和手感。用于溶剂型木器润滑油体系、油墨、工业烤漆、聚酯烤漆。
(17)刚玉粉:纯度高、自锐性好、耐酸碱腐蚀、耐高温、热态性能稳定,它硬度略高于棕刚玉,韧性稍低,磨削能力强、发热量小、效率高。用其可制成磨具,可适用于磨削高碳钢、高速钢及不锈钢等细粒度磨料;还可以用于精密铸造和高级耐火材料。
(18)硼酸锌:一种环保型的非卤素阻燃剂,无毒、低水溶性、高热稳定性、粒度小、比重小、分散性好等特点,作为一种高效阻燃剂被广泛应用在塑料、橡胶、润滑油等领域。
(19)氧化铝粉末:难溶于水的白色固体,无臭、无味、质极硬,易吸潮而不潮解。两性氧化物,能溶于无机酸和碱性溶液中,几乎不溶于水及非极性有机溶剂。用作分析试剂、有机溶剂的脱水、吸附剂、有机反应催化剂、研磨剂、抛光剂、冶炼铝的原料、耐火材料。
(20)花岗岩粉末:质地坚硬致密、强度高、抗风化、耐腐蚀、耐磨损、吸水性低。
该发明的有益效果在于:本发明润滑油制备工艺方法简单,所制备的产品具有较为优越的阻燃、耐酸碱、抗菌性能,润滑性能好,适合在汽车领域使用,改善了产品性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行描述,以便更好的理解本发明。
实施例1
本实施例中的汽车用润滑油,由以下质量份数的组分组成:机油3200份、聚二甲基硅氧烷34份、辛基酚30份、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮28份、苯乙烯化苯酚34份、荷荷巴油30份、烯基丁二酸酯28份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚34份、苯并三氮唑30份、肉桂醇28份、季戊四醇34份、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯30份、甲基异噻唑啉酮30份、尿嘧啶28份、炭黑34份、蜡粉30份、刚玉粉28份、硼酸锌34份、氧化铝粉末30份、花岗岩粉末28份。
上述汽车用润滑油制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的机油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛基酚、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮、苯乙烯化苯酚、荷荷巴油、烯基丁二酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、苯并三氮唑、肉桂醇、季戊四醇、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯、甲基异噻唑啉酮、尿嘧啶、炭黑、蜡粉、硼酸锌、花岗岩粉末予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5400r/min左右,分散时间为60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的刚玉粉,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的氧化铝粉末,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度4800r/min左右,分散时间为40min;混合均匀后制得本品。
实施例2
本实施例中的汽车用润滑油,由以下质量份数的组分组成:机油3400份、聚二甲基硅氧烷36份、辛基酚32份、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮30份、苯乙烯化苯酚36份、荷荷巴油32份、烯基丁二酸酯30份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚36份、苯并三氮唑32份、肉桂醇30份、季戊四醇36份、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯32份、甲基异噻唑啉酮32份、尿嘧啶30份、炭黑36份、蜡粉32份、刚玉粉30份、硼酸锌36份、氧化铝粉末32份、花岗岩粉末30份。
上述汽车用润滑油制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的机油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛基酚、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮、苯乙烯化苯酚、荷荷巴油、烯基丁二酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、苯并三氮唑、肉桂醇、季戊四醇、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯、甲基异噻唑啉酮、尿嘧啶、炭黑、蜡粉、硼酸锌、花岗岩粉末予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为45min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的刚玉粉,超声高速分散,超声波频率为27kHz,分散速度5000r/min左右,分散时间为40min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的氧化铝粉末,超声高速分散,超声波频率为25kHz,分散速度4700r/min左右,分散时间为30min;混合均匀后制得本品。
实施例3
本实施例中的汽车用润滑油,由以下质量份数的组分组成:机油3600份、聚二甲基硅氧烷38份、辛基酚34份、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮32份、苯乙烯化苯酚38份、荷荷巴油34份、烯基丁二酸酯32份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚38份、苯并三氮唑34份、肉桂醇32份、季戊四醇38份、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯34份、甲基异噻唑啉酮34份、尿嘧啶32份、炭黑38份、蜡粉34份、刚玉粉32份、硼酸锌38份、氧化铝粉末34份、花岗岩粉末32份。
上述汽车用润滑油制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的机油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛基酚、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮、苯乙烯化苯酚、荷荷巴油、烯基丁二酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、苯并三氮唑、肉桂醇、季戊四醇、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯、甲基异噻唑啉酮、尿嘧啶、炭黑、蜡粉、硼酸锌、花岗岩粉末予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为40kHz,分散速度5000r/min,分散时间为30min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的刚玉粉,超声高速分散,超声波频率为35kHz,分散速度4800r/min,分散时间为30min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的氧化铝粉末,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度4600r/min左右,分散时间为20min;混合均匀后制得本品。
针对实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的产品和某市售产品进行性能测量,所测得的数据如表1所示。防火阻燃等级测试采用UL94标准。

可见,本发明产品具有较好的耐腐蚀、防火阻燃、抗菌性能。

1.一种汽车用润滑油,其特征在于:由以下质量份数的组分组成:机油3200~3600份、聚二甲基硅氧烷34~38份、辛基酚30~34份、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮28~32份、苯乙烯化苯酚34~38份、荷荷巴油30~34份、烯基丁二酸酯28~32份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚34~38份、苯并三氮唑30~34份、肉桂醇28~32份、季戊四醇34~38份、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯30~34份、甲基异噻唑啉酮30~34份、尿嘧啶28~32份、炭黑34~38份、蜡粉30~34份、刚玉粉28~32份、硼酸锌34~38份、氧化铝粉末30~34份、花岗岩粉末28~32份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用润滑油,其特征在于:所述汽车用润滑油由以下质量份数的组分组成:机油3200份、聚二甲基硅氧烷34份、辛基酚30份、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮28份、苯乙烯化苯酚34份、荷荷巴油30份、烯基丁二酸酯28份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚34份、苯并三氮唑30份、肉桂醇28份、季戊四醇34份、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯30份、甲基异噻唑啉酮30份、尿嘧啶28份、炭黑34份、蜡粉30份、刚玉粉28份、硼酸锌34份、氧化铝粉末30份、花岗岩粉末28份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用润滑油,其特征在于:所述汽车用润滑油由以下质量份数的组分组成:机油3400份、聚二甲基硅氧烷36份、辛基酚32份、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮30份、苯乙烯化苯酚36份、荷荷巴油32份、烯基丁二酸酯30份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚36份、苯并三氮唑32份、肉桂醇30份、季戊四醇36份、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯32份、甲基异噻唑啉酮32份、尿嘧啶30份、炭黑36份、蜡粉32份、刚玉粉30份、硼酸锌36份、氧化铝粉末32份、花岗岩粉末30份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用润滑油,其特征在于:所述汽车用润滑油由以下质量份数的组分组成:机油3600份、聚二甲基硅氧烷38份、辛基酚34份、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮32份、苯乙烯化苯酚38份、荷荷巴油34份、烯基丁二酸酯32份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚38份、苯并三氮唑34份、肉桂醇32份、季戊四醇38份、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯34份、甲基异噻唑啉酮34份、尿嘧啶32份、炭黑38份、蜡粉34份、刚玉粉32份、硼酸锌38份、氧化铝粉末34份、花岗岩粉末32份。
5.根据权利要求1至4所述的汽车用润滑油,其特征在于:所述汽车用润滑油制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的机油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛基酚、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮、苯乙烯化苯酚、荷荷巴油、烯基丁二酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、苯并三氮唑、肉桂醇、季戊四醇、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯、甲基异噻唑啉酮、尿嘧啶、炭黑、蜡粉、硼酸锌、花岗岩粉末予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度5000~5400r/min,分散时间为30~60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的刚玉粉,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度4800~5200r/min,分散时间为30~50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的氧化铝粉末,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度4600~4800r/min,分散时间为20~40min;混合均匀后制得本品。
