本发明属于润滑油制备技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车用润滑油机油。
【背景技术】
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车,机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑,辅助冷却,清洁,密封和缓冲等作用,中国是世界第三大润滑油消费国,年消耗量近400万吨,并呈现逐年上升的趋势形成,我国高端车用润滑油市场大部分被国外知名品牌占据,国内企业主要占领中档油品市场,大多数地方和民营企业依靠中、抵挡油品市场得以生存。
中国专利申请文献“一种汽车用润滑油(申请公布号:CN1055567400A)”公开了一种汽车用润滑油,由以下质量份数的组分组成:机油3200-3600份、二聚亚油酸乙二醇酯34-38份、辛基酚30-34份、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮28-32份、苯乙烯化苯酚34-38份、薄荷巴油30-34份、烯基丁二酸酯28-32份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚34-38份、苯并三氮唑30-34份、肉桂醇28-32份、季戊四醇34-38份、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯30-34份、甲基异噻唑啉酮30-34份、尿嘧啶28-32份、炭黑34-38份、蜡粉30-34份、刚玉粉28-32份、纳米二氧化钛34-38份、硬脂酸30-34份、季戊四醇28-32份。本发明润滑油制备工艺方法简单,所制备的产品虽然具有较为优越的阻燃、耐酸碱、抗菌性能,润滑性能好,但是其防锈能力和耐热性能无法满足实际使用时的需求。

一种汽车用润滑油机油,包括以下原料:机油、棕榈油、二聚亚油酸乙二醇酯、环己烷、三乙胺、钛酸四丁酯、辛基酚、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮、苯乙烯化苯酚、薄荷巴油、烯基丁二酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、苯并三氮唑、肉桂醇、季戊四醇、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯、甲基异噻唑啉酮、尿嘧啶、炭黑、蜡粉、刚玉粉、纳米二氧化钛、硬脂酸、季戊四醇、油酸、碳酸氢铵、乙酰丙酮锌、碳化硼、氮化铝;

S1、将机油、二聚亚油酸乙二醇酯、辛基酚、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮、苯乙烯化苯酚、薄荷巴油、烯基丁二酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、苯并三氮唑、肉桂醇、季戊四醇、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯、甲基异噻唑啉酮、尿嘧啶、炭黑、蜡粉、刚玉粉、纳米二氧化钛、硬脂酸和季戊四醇混合均匀,升温至110-130℃,保温1-2h,接着于1200-1400r/min转速搅拌30-50min,冷却至室温得到基料;
S2、将棕榈油、环己烷、三乙胺和钛酸四丁酯混合均匀,升温至90-100℃,保温30-50min,接着于850-1050r/min转速搅拌1-2h,冷却至室温得到改性料;

本发明具有以下有益效果:(1)由实施例1-3和对比例11的数据可见,施用实施例1-3汽车用润滑油机油的防锈和耐热性能显著提高;同时由实施例1-3的数据可见,实施例1为最优实施例。
(2)由实施例1和对比例1-10的数据可见,棕榈油、环己烷、三乙胺、钛酸四丁酯、油酸、碳酸氢铵、乙酰丙酮锌、碳化硼、氮化铝在制备汽车用润滑油机油中起到了协同作用,棕榈油、环己烷、三乙胺、钛酸四丁酯、油酸、碳酸氢铵、乙酰丙酮锌、碳化硼和氮化铝协同提高了汽车用润滑油机油的防锈和耐热性能,这是:其中棕榈油作为植物油运用到本发明的润滑油的配方中,使得本发明的润滑油成本更低,更环保,以环己烷、三乙胺、钛酸四丁酯、油酸和碳酸氢铵作为改性体系,油酸以双齿桥连配位方式键合在纳米二氧化钛表面,形成了均匀的有机修饰层,以环己烷、三乙胺、钛酸四丁酯和碳酸氢铵可以增加油酸在纳米粒子表面的包覆量,使表面的油酸分子排列更为紧密,从而提高了纳米二氧化钛在润滑油中的分散性和稳定性,利用本发明配方中的纳米二氧化钛的屏蔽紫外线作用和耐候性,并在油酸、环己烷、三乙胺、钛酸四丁酯和碳酸氢铵的修饰作用,使得纳米二氧化钛与本发明润滑油配方中基础油结合更加紧密,使得本发明的润滑油在作用到机械零件表面,防止机械零件受到外界紫外线和外界环境腐蚀性因素的影响而上锈,进而有效提高了本发明润滑油的防锈性能。添加的助剂以乙酰丙酮锌、碳化硼、氮化铝、硬脂酸和季戊四醇为原料制备得到,其中乙酰丙酮锌、碳化硼和氮化铝中的锌、硼和铝元素,在硬脂酸和季戊四醇的作用下,糅合到本发明的润滑油中,由于锌元素具有抗菌作用,有效避免基础油中菌群的生长,有效提高了润滑油的防锈性能,且硼元素和铝元素具有提高燃点的作用,有效提高了本发明润滑油的耐热性。且通过控制棕榈油、环己烷、三乙胺、钛酸四丁酯、油酸、碳酸氢铵、乙酰丙酮锌、碳化硼、氮化铝重量比为(20-30):(4-8):(3-9):(2-5):(1-4):(3-5):(4-8):(3-5):(2-8),其中以棕榈油为主要配料,在保证本发明润滑油具有一定的润滑性能前提下,降低了生产成本,提高了环保性能,以环己烷、三乙胺、钛酸四丁酯、油酸和碳酸氢铵为改性体系,通过油酸以双齿桥连配位方式键合在纳米二氧化钛表面,形成了均匀的有机修饰层,通过环己烷、三乙胺、钛酸四丁酯、油酸和碳酸氢铵对纳米二氧化钛的修饰作用,实现纳米二氧化钛与基础油的有效结合,利用纳米二氧化钛的耐候防锈性能,提高了润滑油的防锈性能,以乙酰丙酮锌、碳化硼、氮化铝为润滑油提供了丰富的锌、硼和铝元素,保证了本发明润滑油中的锌元素、硼元素和铝元素的含量在一定范围内,并在在硬脂酸和季戊四醇作为稳定剂的作用下,确保了锌元素、硼元素和铝元素在发明润滑油中的稳定作用,有效提高了本发明润滑油的抗菌性和耐热性能,进而提高了本发明润滑油的防锈和耐热性能。

所述汽车用润滑油机油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将机油、二聚亚油酸乙二醇酯、辛基酚、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮、苯乙烯化苯酚、薄荷巴油、烯基丁二酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、苯并三氮唑、肉桂醇、季戊四醇、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯、甲基异噻唑啉酮、尿嘧啶、炭黑、蜡粉、刚玉粉、纳米二氧化钛、硬脂酸和季戊四醇混合均匀,升温至110-130℃,保温1-2h,接着于1200-1400r/min转速搅拌30-50min,冷却至室温得到基料;
S2、将棕榈油、环己烷、三乙胺和钛酸四丁酯混合均匀,升温至90-100℃,保温30-50min,接着于850-1050r/min转速搅拌1-2h,冷却至室温得到改性料;
S3、将改性料升温至80-90℃,然后加入基料、油酸、碳酸氢铵、乙酰丙酮锌、碳化硼和氮化铝混合均匀,继续升温至130-140℃,保温20-50min,于2500-3500r/min转速搅拌35-45min,冷却至室温得到汽车用润滑油机油。
下面通过更具体实施例对本发明进行说明。
实施例1
一种汽车用润滑油机油,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:机油23.6份、棕榈油18.9份、二聚亚油酸乙二醇酯5.6份、环己烷7.4份、三乙胺4.9份、钛酸四丁酯3.7份、辛基酚7.4份、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮8.9份、苯乙烯化苯酚5.4份、薄荷巴油9.6份、烯基丁二酸酯2.8份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚7.4份、苯并三氮唑7.4份、肉桂醇6.8份、季戊四醇2.6份、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯7.4份、甲基异噻唑啉酮10.3份、尿嘧啶6.5份、炭黑4.2份、蜡粉7.8份、刚玉粉4.2份、纳米二氧化钛10.3份、硬脂酸6.9份、季戊四醇7.4份、油酸2.8份、碳酸氢铵4.4份、乙酰丙酮锌6.7份、碳化硼4.1份、氮化铝5.7份。
所述汽车用润滑油机油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将机油、二聚亚油酸乙二醇酯、辛基酚、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮、苯乙烯化苯酚、薄荷巴油、烯基丁二酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、苯并三氮唑、肉桂醇、季戊四醇、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯、甲基异噻唑啉酮、尿嘧啶、炭黑、蜡粉、刚玉粉、纳米二氧化钛、硬脂酸和季戊四醇混合均匀,升温至126℃,保温1.4h,接着于1368r/min转速搅拌42min,冷却至室温得到基料;
S2、将棕榈油、环己烷、三乙胺和钛酸四丁酯混合均匀,升温至96℃,保温42min,接着于986r/min转速搅拌1.3h,冷却至室温得到改性料;
S3、将改性料升温至84℃,然后加入基料、油酸、碳酸氢铵、乙酰丙酮锌、碳化硼和氮化铝混合均匀,继续升温至134℃,保温36min,于2965r/min转速搅拌38min,冷却至室温得到汽车用润滑油机油。
实施例2
一种汽车用润滑油机油,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:机油15份、棕榈油30份、二聚亚油酸乙二醇酯4份、环己烷8份、三乙胺3份、钛酸四丁酯5份、辛基酚6份、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮9份、苯乙烯化苯酚4份、薄荷巴油12份、烯基丁二酸酯1份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚9份、苯并三氮唑5份、肉桂醇8份、季戊四醇1份、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯8份、甲基异噻唑啉酮8份、尿嘧啶8份、炭黑4份、蜡粉9份、刚玉粉1份、纳米二氧化钛13份、硬脂酸4份、季戊四醇9份、油酸1份、碳酸氢铵5份、乙酰丙酮锌4份、碳化硼5份、氮化铝2份。

S2、将棕榈油、环己烷、三乙胺和钛酸四丁酯混合均匀,升温至90℃,保温50min,接着于850r/min转速搅拌2h,冷却至室温得到改性料;
S3、将改性料升温至80℃,然后加入基料、油酸、碳酸氢铵、乙酰丙酮锌、碳化硼和氮化铝混合均匀,继续升温至140℃,保温20min,于3500r/min转速搅拌35min,冷却至室温得到汽车用润滑油机油。
实施例3
一种汽车用润滑油机油,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:机油25份、棕榈油20份、二聚亚油酸乙二醇酯6份、环己烷4份、三乙胺9份、钛酸四丁酯2份、辛基酚8份、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮6份、苯乙烯化苯酚6份、薄荷巴油8份、烯基丁二酸酯4份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚6份、苯并三氮唑8份、肉桂醇6份、季戊四醇4份、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯6份、甲基异噻唑啉酮12份、尿嘧啶5份、炭黑6份、蜡粉6份、刚玉粉5份、纳米二氧化钛9份、硬脂酸8份、季戊四醇5份、油酸4份、碳酸氢铵3份、乙酰丙酮锌8份、碳化硼3份、氮化铝8份。
所述汽车用润滑油机油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将机油、二聚亚油酸乙二醇酯、辛基酚、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮、苯乙烯化苯酚、薄荷巴油、烯基丁二酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、苯并三氮唑、肉桂醇、季戊四醇、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯、甲基异噻唑啉酮、尿嘧啶、炭黑、蜡粉、刚玉粉、纳米二氧化钛、硬脂酸和季戊四醇混合均匀,升温至130℃,保温1h,接着于1400r/min转速搅拌30min,冷却至室温得到基料;
S2、将棕榈油、环己烷、三乙胺和钛酸四丁酯混合均匀,升温至100℃,保温30min,接着于1050r/min转速搅拌1h,冷却至室温得到改性料;
S3、将改性料升温至90℃,然后加入基料、油酸、碳酸氢铵、乙酰丙酮锌、碳化硼和氮化铝混合均匀,继续升温至130℃,保温50min,于2500r/min转速搅拌45min,冷却至室温得到汽车用润滑油机油。

与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备汽车用润滑油机油的原料中缺少棕榈油、环己烷、三乙胺、钛酸四丁酯、油酸、碳酸氢铵、乙酰丙酮锌、碳化硼、氮化铝。

与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备汽车用润滑油机油的原料中缺少棕榈油。

1.一种汽车用润滑油机油,其特征在于,包括以下原料:机油、棕榈油、二聚亚油酸乙二醇酯、环己烷、三乙胺、钛酸四丁酯、辛基酚、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮、苯乙烯化苯酚、薄荷巴油、烯基丁二酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、苯并三氮唑、肉桂醇、季戊四醇、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯、甲基异噻唑啉酮、尿嘧啶、炭黑、蜡粉、刚玉粉、纳米二氧化钛、硬脂酸、季戊四醇、油酸、碳酸氢铵、乙酰丙酮锌、碳化硼、氮化铝;
所述的棕榈油、环己烷、三乙胺、钛酸四丁酯、油酸、碳酸氢铵、乙酰丙酮锌、碳化硼、氮化铝重量比为(20-30):(4-8):(3-9):(2-5):(1-4):(3-5):(4-8):(3-5):(2-8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用润滑油机油,其特征在于,所述的棕榈油、环己烷、三乙胺、钛酸四丁酯、油酸、碳酸氢铵、乙酰丙酮锌、碳化硼、氮化铝重量比为18.9:7.4:4.9:3.7:2.8:4.4:6.7:4.1:5.7。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用润滑油机油,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:机油15-25份、棕榈油20-30份、二聚亚油酸乙二醇酯4-6份、环己烷4-8份、三乙胺3-9份、钛酸四丁酯2-5份、辛基酚6-8份、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮6-9份、苯乙烯化苯酚4-6份、薄荷巴油8-12份、烯基丁二酸酯1-4份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚6-9份、苯并三氮唑5-8份、肉桂醇6-8份、季戊四醇1-4份、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯6-8份、甲基异噻唑啉酮8-12份、尿嘧啶5-8份、炭黑4-6份、蜡粉6-9份、刚玉粉1-5份、纳米二氧化钛9-13份、硬脂酸4-8份、季戊四醇5-9份、油酸1-4份、碳酸氢铵3-5份、乙酰丙酮锌4-8份、碳化硼3-5份、氮化铝2-8份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的汽车用润滑油机油,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将机油、二聚亚油酸乙二醇酯、辛基酚、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮、苯乙烯化苯酚、薄荷巴油、烯基丁二酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、苯并三氮唑、肉桂醇、季戊四醇、甘油聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯、甲基异噻唑啉酮、尿嘧啶、炭黑、蜡粉、刚玉粉、纳米二氧化钛、硬脂酸和季戊四醇混合均匀,升温至110-130℃,保温1-2h,接着于1200-1400r/min转速搅拌30-50min,冷却至室温得到基料;
S2、将棕榈油、环己烷、三乙胺和钛酸四丁酯混合均匀,升温至90-100℃,保温30-50min,接着于850-1050r/min转速搅拌1-2h,冷却至室温得到改性料;
S3、将改性料升温至80-90℃,然后加入基料、油酸、碳酸氢铵、乙酰丙酮锌、碳化硼和氮化铝混合均匀,继续升温至130-140℃,保温20-50min,于2500-3500r/min转速搅拌35-45min,冷却至室温得到汽车用润滑油机油。
