Abstract
本发明公开了一种风机变浆轴承润滑脂,包括以下重量百分含量的原料:基础油60~75%,脂肪酸12~18%,单水氢氧化锂1.8~2.8%,抗氧剂0.1~1%,防锈剂0.02~2%,固体添加剂10~20%。本发明还公开了所述风机变浆轴承润滑脂的制备方法。与现有的技术相比,本发明的风机变浆轴承润滑脂可以满足高低温下的恶劣环境对发电设备叶片变桨轴承进行有效的润滑和防护,可有效防止摩擦部位磨损、点蚀的产生,可有效延长当前风机设备的使用寿命,同时生物降解性良好,属环境友好型润滑剂,具有广阔的市场应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化工技术,具体涉及一种润滑剂及其制备方法,尤其是一种风机变浆轴承润滑脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
风力发动机组所处的工作环境十分苛刻,长期处在湿气重、尘土多和极端高低温的环境状况中。加上风电设备的维修十分不易,所以确保可靠稳定地长期运转是最根本的要求。其中大型风电设备因其设备昂贵,工作环境恶劣,现场不便对主要部位进行拆卸维修,以及设计上要求使用寿命长等工作特点,对润滑脂的性能提出了更高的要求。
目前市场上的润滑脂种类繁多,而风电专用润滑脂主要依赖进口风电润滑剂,价格比较昂贵,从而给我过的风电企业制造过高的运营成本。为了减少对进口风电润滑脂的依赖,迫切需要开发适用于我国风电设备的长寿命、环境友好的润滑剂。如CN 103320202A提供了一种风机变浆轴承润滑脂及其制备方法,采用十二羟基硬脂酸、氢化蓖麻油锂皂作为稠化剂,并添加极性添加剂来提高润滑剂的极压性能,并且添加环烷酸铅作为防锈剂;但是极性添加剂对金属部件的腐蚀较严重,而且润滑剂中含有铅盐,会污染环境。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现风电设备润滑剂的缺陷,本发明提供了一种风机变浆轴承润滑脂及其制备方法。
技术方案:本发明所述风机变浆轴承润滑脂,包括以下重量百分含量的原料:
其中,所述的基础油为聚α烯烃和多元醇酯的复合基础油,所述复合基础油的40℃的运动粘度为40~120mm2/s。
优选的,所述聚α烯烃基础油为PAO6、PAO10和PAO40中的一种或者多种。
优选的,所述多元醇酯基础油为双酯和/或新戊基多元醇酯。
进一步优选的,所述复合基础油中聚α烯烃和多元醇酯的质量比为1:1。
本发明润滑脂所用基础油采用聚α烯烃和多元醇酯的混合油,对皂纤维结构和添加剂均有良好的相容性,使用寿命长,具有很好的生物降解性。
所述的脂肪酸为12-羟基硬脂酸和硬脂酸中至少一种。
进一步优选的,同时采用12-羟基硬脂酸和硬脂酸作为稠化剂,可以使得所得润滑脂能够具有较好的低温性能。进一步的,当同时使用12-羟基硬脂酸和硬脂酸时,所述12-羟基硬脂酸和硬脂酸的质量比最好为1:0.25-1。
所述的抗氧剂为胺类抗氧剂和硫醚型受阻酚类抗氧剂中至少一种。
所述的防锈剂为苯并三氮唑。
所述的固体添加剂为微粉氧化锌、轻质活性碳酸钙、聚四氟乙烯和三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐中至少一种。其中,所述的氧化锌的粒径3μm以下;所述轻质活性碳酸钙的粒径在100nm以下;所述的聚四氟乙烯的粒径5μm以下;所述的三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐的粒径5μm以下。
进一步优选的,所述固体添加剂选用聚四氟乙烯和三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐两种时,所述的聚四氟乙烯和三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐的质量比最好为7:3~2:3。
本发明润滑脂中加入固体添加剂,不仅提高了润滑脂的抗水性、极压减摩性,并且能够减少添加极性添加剂本身对风电设备的腐蚀,延长了对设备的维护时间,有效延长设备的使用寿命。
本发明所述风机变浆轴承润滑脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将1/2配方量的基础油和配方量的脂肪酸混合,搅拌加热至75~85℃,待脂肪酸全部溶解,得溶液A;
(2)将配方量的单水氢氧化锂溶于水中,然后加入步骤(1)所得溶液A中,然后控制温度为100~115℃,皂化2~2.5h,得溶液B;
(3)将步骤(2)所得溶液B继续升温至140~150℃,再加入1/6配方量的基础油,搅拌15~20min后,升温至195~205℃高温炼制3~5min,得溶液C;
(4)将剩余量的基础油加入步骤(3)所得溶液中,急冷至165~175℃,循环过滤,降温至110~120℃,均化后依次加入配方量的抗氧剂、防锈剂和固体添加剂,搅拌均匀,脱气后得成品。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的风机变浆轴承润滑脂原料环保、具有很好的生物可降解性,对设备和环境污染小;外观洁白,清洁度高;具有较好的高低温性,良好的润滑性,抗水性和极压减摩性,可以满足高低温下的恶劣环境对发电设备叶片变桨轴承进行有效的润滑和防护,可有效防止摩擦部位磨损、点蚀的产生,可有效延长当前风机设备的使用寿命。

实施例1到7
实施例1到7使用的原料及其质量百分含量如下:
实施例1的风机变浆轴承润滑脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将1/2配方量的基础油和配方量的脂肪酸混合,搅拌加热至80℃,待脂肪酸全部溶解,得溶液A;
(2)将配方量的单水氢氧化锂溶于水中,然后加入步骤(1)所得溶液A中,然后控制温度为110℃,皂化2.2h,得溶液B;
(3)将步骤(2)所得溶液B继续升温至145℃,再加入1/6配方量的基础油,搅拌18min后,升温至200℃高温炼制4min,得溶液C;
(4)将剩余量的基础油加入步骤(3)所得溶液中,急冷至170℃,循环过滤,降温至115℃,均化后依次加入配方量的抗氧剂、防锈剂和固体添加剂,搅拌均匀,脱气后得成品。
实施例2的风机变浆轴承润滑脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将1/2配方量的基础油和配方量的脂肪酸混合,搅拌加热至75℃,待脂肪酸全部溶解,得溶液A;
(2)将配方量的单水氢氧化锂溶于水中,然后加入步骤(1)所得溶液A中,然后控制温度为100℃,皂化2h,得溶液B;
(3)将步骤(2)所得溶液B继续升温至140℃,再加入1/6配方量的基础油,搅拌15min后,升温至195℃高温炼制3min,得溶液C;
(4)将剩余量的基础油加入步骤(3)所得溶液中,急冷至165℃,循环过滤,降温至110℃,均化后依次加入配方量的抗氧剂、防锈剂和固体添加剂,搅拌均匀,脱气后得成品。
实施例3的风机变浆轴承润滑脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将1/2配方量的基础油和配方量的脂肪酸混合,搅拌加热至85℃,待脂肪酸全部溶解,得溶液A;
(2)将配方量的单水氢氧化锂溶于水中,然后加入步骤(1)所得溶液A中,然后控制温度为115℃,皂化2.5h,得溶液B;
(3)将步骤(2)所得溶液B继续升温至150℃,再加入1/6配方量的基础油,搅拌20min后,升温至205℃高温炼制5min,得溶液C;
(4)将剩余量的基础油加入步骤(3)所得溶液中,急冷至175℃,循环过滤,降温至120℃,均化后依次加入配方量的抗氧剂、防锈剂和固体添加剂,搅拌均匀,脱气后得成品。
实施例4的风机变浆轴承润滑脂的制备方法,除了组分的配方量之外,同实施例1。

(3)将步骤(2)所得溶液B继续升温至140~150℃,再加入1/6配方量的基础油,搅拌15~20min后,升温至195~205℃高温炼制3~5min,得溶液C;
(4)将剩余量的基础油加入步骤(3)所得溶液中,急冷至165~175℃,循环过滤,降温至110~120℃,均化后依次加入配方量的抗氧剂、防锈剂和固体添加剂,搅拌均匀,脱气后得成品。
