技术领域
本发明属于润滑油技术领域,具体涉及一种用于机电设备的环保润滑油及其制备方法。
背景技术
摩擦磨损是摩擦过程中普遍存在的现象,据统计,世界三分之一以上的一次性能源的损失来自摩擦,因此,减小摩擦与磨损造成的经济损失具有重大的意义。而润滑是降低摩擦、减小或避免磨损的有效技术。目前大多数润滑剂是以加入多种润滑添加剂来提高其性能,而传统的添加剂是通过物理吸附,以及化学反应来实现良好的摩擦学性能,不能做到材料的零磨损和对材料的损伤起到修复作用。润滑添加剂在很大程度上决定了润滑剂的使用性能,开发和研制新型的自修复润滑添加剂,以此来调合润滑油品,从而降低摩擦、减少磨损,对国民经济具有重要意义。
润滑剂在使用过程中受空气中的氧、燃料燃烧产生的副产物(含硫化合物、含氮化合物等)、高温以及一些金属等的催化作用,会发生一系列氧化、聚合、分解等化学变化,导致产生一系列后果,如腐蚀、油品粘度改变、产生漆膜和油泥等。氧化是润滑剂变质劣化的主要原因,它大大缩短了润滑剂的使用寿命,因此,需要抗氧剂来改善润滑剂的氧化安定性,同时为磨损表面提供油膜修复作用,从而进一步改善苛刻工况下摩擦副的减摩抗磨能力。然而,在高速、高温、高压等苛刻的工况下,油品中产生大量的过氧化物、醇及羟基酸等,从而使油品的粘度增长加快,当添加剂中抗氧剂的量较少时,不能满足在苛刻工况下的抗氧化要求,所以需要大量使用复合抗氧剂,提高油品在不同温度下的抗氧化性能,尤其是增强在高温下的抗氧化作用。
目前,机电设备用的润滑油一般都以矿物油或合成油为基础油,这些润滑油一旦废弃以后,进入土壤长时间不能降解,对环境会造成严重的污染。生物可降解润滑油采用生物可降解的可再生资源——包含篦麻油、棉籽油、菜籽油、豆油中一种或几种经过改性的植物油为基础油。它保留了植物油的可降解特性,通过其它添加剂的调节可以满足汽车发动机的使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于机电设备的环保润滑油及其制备方法,本发明不但节约了日益短缺的石油资源,还解决了废弃润滑油带来的严重的污染问题,提高了植物油抗氧化性、温度特性等对润滑油品质的不良影响,有效改善其润滑性能。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种用于机电设备的环保润滑油,包括以下重量份的原料:改性的植物油30-50份,粘度指数改进剂15-20份,复合添加剂30-45份。
优选的,所述改性的植物油为篦麻油、棉籽油、菜籽油和豆油中的任一种或多种,该成分环保节能,并且使用过程中无污染,成本低廉、易于制备,大大降低了该发明的制备成本,改变了传统润滑油的本质原料。
优选的,所述粘度指数改进剂是乙丙共聚物,该成分有利于增加制得人话有的奶毒,不会是制备出的润滑油太过稀释。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于机电设备的环保润滑油,其特征在于,所述复合添加剂包括以重量份的原料:二元酸二酯10-30份、抗磨剂15-25份、降凝剂10-15份、抗氧剂10-25份和金属防锈钝化剂12-20份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于机电设备的环保润滑油,其特征在于,所述抗磨剂为二氧化硅。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于机电设备的环保润滑油,其特征在于,所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸、烷基萘和聚α-烯烃中的任一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于机电设备的环保润滑油,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为硫磷仲醇基锌盐或烷基二苯胺。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于机电设备的环保润滑油,其特征在于,所述金属防锈钝化剂为磺酸盐、烷基水杨酸盐、苯并三氮唑和二壬基萘磺酸盐中的任一种。
9.如权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种用于机电设备的环保润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
一、将二元酸二酯加热至100-130℃后,加入抗磨剂、降凝剂、抗氧剂和金属防锈钝化剂并搅拌,加热15-20min,冷却至常温,得复合添加剂;
二、再将粘度指数改进剂和复合添加剂加入到经过改性的植物油中,搅拌均匀,加热至180-200℃,加热50-60min,冷却至常温即可。
