本发明公开了一种适用于汽车的抗磨润滑油,通过将矿物基础油和加氢基础油进行混合作为润滑油的基础油,充分发挥了矿物基础油和加氢基础油的特性,并加入聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺作为分散剂、加入二烷基二硫代磷酸锌作为抗氧抗腐剂、加入磺化烷基酚钙作为清净剂、以及极压抗磨剂进行调合基础油的综合特性,还通过加入二烷基二硫代磷酸钼作为摩擦改进剂、以及粘度指数改进剂、磺酸盐、聚α‑烯烃和硅油抗泡剂进行进一步的提高润滑油的使用性能,使其应用在汽车中能够更为可靠、稳定和降低摩擦带来的能量损耗。

本发明涉及润滑油领域,尤其是一种适用于汽车的抗磨润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是一种用于保护各种机械在配合过程中减少摩擦、增加能量利用率和提高机械零件使用寿命的一种不可或缺的辅助用剂,其主要起到润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用,但由于机械传动种类很多,对润滑油的要求也不相同。在我国,汽车使用润滑油的生产技术着重于汽车发动机的保养,主要利用了润滑油的抗摩减磨、清静分散、高温抗氧化的性能上。在国际上,润滑油技术发展趋势是最大限度的减少摩擦,减低能量损失,从而减少燃料消耗,据测算,世界消费能源的30%~40%主要是消耗在摩擦磨损中,也就是说全世界每年约有相当于20 亿吨石油能源白白浪费在摩擦磨损中,在汽车发动机在运转时,如果一些摩损部位得不到适当的润滑,就会产生干摩擦,从而降低了发动机输出功的转化。实践证明,干摩擦在短时间内产生的热量足以使金属熔化,造成机件的破损甚至卡死,因此,对发动机的摩损部位给予良好的润滑是必要的,当润滑油流到摩损部位后,就会粘附在摩擦表面上形成一层油膜,减少摩擦机件之间的阻力,而油膜的强度和韧性是发挥其润滑作用的关键,也对零件间的配合使用寿命起到了重要的作用。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种润滑效果好、在高温情况下能够抗氧化、抗磨性能优秀的适用于汽车的抗磨润滑油。
为了实现上述的技术目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种适用于汽车的抗磨润滑油,其由如下重量份组分组成:
矿物基础油 60~80份;
加氢基础油 15~25份;
聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺 1~3份;
硫化烷基酚钙 1~2份;
二烷基二硫代磷酸锌 1~1.5份;
极压抗磨剂 0.6~0.8份;
二烷基二硫代磷酸氧化钼 0.3~0.6份;
粘度指数改进剂 0.4~0.5份;
磺酸盐 0.1~0.3份;
聚α-烯烃 0.5~1份;
硅油抗泡剂 0.3~0.5份;
石墨粉 0.1~0.3份。
进一步,所述的矿物基础油的运动粘度为1~20mm2/s,所述的加氢基础油的运动粘度为5~20 mm2/s。
进一步,所述的极压抗磨剂为氯化石蜡或硫化烯烃。
进一步,所述的粘度指数改进剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯中的一种。

根据上述一种适用于汽车的抗磨润滑油的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)将矿物基础油和加氢基础油加入到搅拌釜中,以400~800rmp的搅拌转速进行搅拌1~2h,搅拌完毕后,将搅拌釜的温度升温至50~70℃,然后再依序加入聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、硫化烷基酚钙、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和极压抗磨剂,并以400~600rmp的转速进行继续搅拌2~3h,然后再依序加入二烷基二硫代磷酸氧化钼、粘度指数改进剂、磺酸盐、聚α-烯烃和硅油抗泡剂,然后再将搅拌釜的温度调节至50~60℃,并以400~600rmp的转速再次搅拌2~3h;
(2)将上述搅拌完毕后的物料用容器移取出,并将其置于超声分散设备中,然后再加入石墨粉,并启动超声分散设备以10~15KHz的频率进行辅助分散2~3h后,即可制得所需抗磨润滑油。

实施例1
一种适用于汽车的抗磨润滑油的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)将60Kg运动粘度为16mm2/s的矿物基础油和20Kg运动粘度为14mm2/s的加氢基础油加入到搅拌釜中,以600rmp的搅拌转速进行搅拌1.5h,搅拌完毕后,将搅拌釜的温度升温至55℃,然后再依序加入1Kg聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、2Kg硫化烷基酚钙、1.3Kg二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和0.6Kg氯化石蜡,并以500rmp的转速进行继续搅拌2.5h,然后再依序加入0.5Kg二烷基二硫代磷酸氧化钼、0.5Kg聚甲基丙烯酸酯、0.2Kg磺酸盐、0.8Kg聚α-烯烃和0.4K硅油抗泡剂,然后再将搅拌釜的温度调节至56℃,并以500rmp的转速再次搅拌2.5h;
(2)将上述搅拌完毕后的物料用容器移取出,并将其置于超声分散设备中,然后再加入0.1Kg石墨粉,并启动超声分散设备以13KHz的频率进行辅助分散2.4h后,即可制得所需抗磨润滑油。
实施例2
(1)将68Kg运动粘度为1mm2/s的矿物基础油和19Kg运动粘度为9mm2/s的加氢基础油加入到搅拌釜中,以400rmp的搅拌转速进行搅拌2h,搅拌完毕后,将搅拌釜的温度升温至65℃,然后再依序加入2Kg聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、1.7Kg硫化烷基酚钙、1.2Kg二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和0.7Kg氯化石蜡,并以400rmp的转速进行继续搅拌3h,然后再依序加入0.5Kg二烷基二硫代磷酸氧化钼、0.5Kg聚异丁烯、0.2Kg磺酸盐、0.8Kg聚α-烯烃和0.4K硅油抗泡剂,然后再将搅拌釜的温度调节至60℃,并以600rmp的转速再次搅拌2h;
(2)将上述搅拌完毕后的物料用容器移取出,并将其置于超声分散设备中,然后再加入0.2Kg石墨粉,并启动超声分散设备以15KHz的频率进行辅助分散3h后,即可制得所需抗磨润滑油。
实施例3
(1)将80Kg运动粘度为20mm2/s的矿物基础油和15Kg运动粘度为5mm2/s的加氢基础油加入到搅拌釜中,以800rmp的搅拌转速进行搅拌1h,搅拌完毕后,将搅拌釜的温度升温至50℃,然后再依序加入3Kg聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、1Kg硫化烷基酚钙、1Kg二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和0.8Kg硫化烯烃,并以600rmp的转速进行继续搅拌2h,然后再依序加入0.6Kg二烷基二硫代磷酸氧化钼、0.4Kg聚异丁烯、0.1Kg磺酸盐、0.5Kg聚α-烯烃和0.5K硅油抗泡剂,然后再将搅拌釜的温度调节至50℃,并以400rmp的转速再次搅拌3h;
(2)将上述搅拌完毕后的物料用容器移取出,并将其置于超声分散设备中,然后再加入0.3Kg石墨粉,并启动超声分散设备以10KHz的频率进行辅助分散3h后,即可制得所需抗磨润滑油。
实施例4
(1)将70Kg运动粘度为10mm2/s的矿物基础油和25Kg运动粘度为20mm2/s的加氢基础油加入到搅拌釜中,以700rmp的搅拌转速进行搅拌2h,搅拌完毕后,将搅拌釜的温度升温至70℃,然后再依序加入1Kg聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、2Kg硫化烷基酚钙、1.5Kg二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和0.8Kg硫化烯烃,并以600rmp的转速进行继续搅拌2h,然后再依序加入0.3Kg二烷基二硫代磷酸氧化钼、0.5Kg聚异丁烯、0.3Kg磺酸盐、1Kg聚α-烯烃和0.3K硅油抗泡剂,然后再将搅拌釜的温度调节至60℃,并以600rmp的转速再次搅拌2.5h;
(2)将上述搅拌完毕后的物料用容器移取出,并将其置于超声分散设备中,然后再加入0.2Kg石墨粉,并启动超声分散设备以15KHz的频率进行辅助分散2h后,即可制得所需抗磨润滑油。

Claims (6)

1.一种适用于汽车的抗磨润滑油,其特征在于:其由如下重量份组分组成:
矿物基础油 60~80份;
加氢基础油 15~25份;
聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺 1~3份;
硫化烷基酚钙 1~2份;
二烷基二硫代磷酸锌 1~1.5份;
极压抗磨剂 0.6~0.8份;
二烷基二硫代磷酸氧化钼 0.3~0.6份;
粘度指数改进剂 0.4~0.5份;
磺酸盐 0.1~0.3份;
聚α-烯烃 0.5~1份;
硅油抗泡剂 0.3~0.5份;
石墨粉 0.1~0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于汽车的抗磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述的矿物基础油的运动粘度为1~20mm2/s,所述的加氢基础油的运动粘度为5~20 mm2/s。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于汽车的抗磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述的极压抗磨剂为氯化石蜡或硫化烯烃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于汽车的抗磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述的粘度指数改进剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于汽车的抗磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述的润滑油由如下重量份组分组成:
矿物基础油 68份;
加氢基础油 19份;
聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺 2份;
硫化烷基酚钙 1.7份;
二烷基二硫代磷酸锌 1.2份;
极压抗磨剂 0.7份;
二烷基二硫代磷酸氧化钼 0.5份;
粘度指数改进剂 0. 5份;
磺酸盐 0.2份;
聚α-烯烃 0.8份;
硅油抗泡剂 0.4份;
石墨粉 0.2份。
6.根据上述任一权利要求所述的一种适用于汽车的抗磨润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于:其包括如下步骤:
(1)将矿物基础油和加氢基础油加入到搅拌釜中,以400~800rmp的搅拌转速进行搅拌1~2h,搅拌完毕后,将搅拌釜的温度升温至50~70℃,然后再依序加入聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、硫化烷基酚钙、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和极压抗磨剂,并以400~600rmp的转速进行继续搅拌2~3h,然后再依序加入二烷基二硫代磷酸氧化钼、粘度指数改进剂、磺酸盐、聚α-烯烃和硅油抗泡剂,然后再将搅拌釜的温度调节至50~60℃,并以400~600rmp的转速再次搅拌2~3h;
(2)将上述搅拌完毕后的物料用容器移取出,并将其置于超声分散设备中,然后再加入石墨粉,并启动超声分散设备以10~15KHz的频率进行辅助分散2~3h后,即可制得所需抗磨润滑油。
