所述的营养保健粉由以下重量份的原料组成:薏仁油适量、米酒20-30、雄蜂蛹4-6、燕窝粉3-5、纳豆粉10-20、荔枝15-20、黑南瓜籽粉8-10、浮小麦粉1-2、玉米须粉5-8、大麦苗粉25-40、藕粉20-30;

(3)、将洗净脱水的苦瓜片、雪梨干分别入笼蒸制绵软,取出冷却后与蜂蜜揉拌均匀,在30-50℃下10-20MPa压力下浸润20-30分钟,冷冻干燥研磨成粉,得蜜汁果粉;
(4)、将金针菇洗净除杂切段,加入清热酒、芹菜汁揉拌均匀,文火焖煮30-50分钟,打制成浆,液渣分离,滤渣用胶磨机再次磨制成浆,冻干研磨成粉,滤液喷雾干燥,合并粉体,记得金针菇粉;
(5)、将金针菇粉、蜜汁果粉及其他剩余原料混合均匀,灭菌、袋装,即得。

金针菇40-80、苦瓜片8-10、苦菊6-10、凉粉草6-10、芹菜汁10-15、龙骨花1-2、豇豆叶1-2、千屈菜1-2、刺梨叶1-2、马齿苋2-3、地羊鹊1-2、当药1-2、雪梨干8-10、薄荷汁5-8、杨梅酒30-50、菱角仁20-30、蜂蜜8-15、营养保健粉6-10;
所述的营养保健粉由以下重量份的原料组成:薏仁油适量、米酒20-30、雄蜂蛹4-6、燕窝粉3-5、纳豆粉10-20、荔枝15-20、黑南瓜籽粉8-10、浮小麦粉1-2、玉米须粉5-8、大麦苗粉25-40、藕粉20-30;
所述的营养保健粉的的制备方法为:a、将雄蜂蛹除杂洗净冻干,放入油锅内煎炸至酥脆,捞出烘干研磨成粉,得蜂蛹粉;b、将新鲜荔枝除杂洗净得到果肉放入米酒密封泡制1-2天,打制成浆,过滤去渣,大火煮至微沸,加入燕窝粉、黑南瓜籽粉、浮小麦粉、玉米须粉搅拌均匀,文火熬制1-2小时至稠滑状,冷冻干燥研磨成粉,得营养粉;c、将营养粉、蜂蛹粉及其他剩余原料混合均匀,即可。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的清热解暑金针菇果粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将苦菊、凉粉草分别洗净冻干破碎成颗粒,倒入杨梅酒中浸泡8-10小时,捞出固形物入笼蒸制熟透,磨制成浆,压滤去渣,滤汁与薄荷汁、浸泡酒液混合均匀,得清热酒;
(2)、将龙骨花、豇豆叶、千屈菜、刺梨叶、马齿苋、地羊鹊、当药加8-10倍水煎煮1-2小时,过滤去渣,加入菱角仁文火熬制稠烂,打制成浆,压液分离,滤渣再次加适量水磨制成浆,压滤去渣,合并滤液,喷雾干燥,得保健菱粉;
(3)、将洗净脱水的苦瓜片、雪梨干分别入笼蒸制绵软,取出冷却后与蜂蜜揉拌均匀,在30-50℃下10-20MPa压力下浸润20-30分钟,冷冻干燥研磨成粉,得蜜汁果粉;
(4)、将金针菇洗净除杂切段,加入清热酒、芹菜汁揉拌均匀,文火焖煮30-50分钟,打制成浆,液渣分离,滤渣用胶磨机再次磨制成浆,冻干研磨成粉,滤液喷雾干燥,合并粉体,记得金针菇粉;
(5)、将金针菇粉、蜜汁果粉及其他剩余原料混合均匀,灭菌、袋装,即得。
