本发明公开了一种黑豆全麦营养面粉及其制备方法,是由全麦面粉、黑豆粉、火龙果花、血糯米、苜蓿粉、莴笋、银耳、海藻粉、黄瓜籽粉、桃仁、螺旋藻、酸奶、芝麻、鹿角菜、茭白、小麦胚芽粉、泥螺肉、猪皮冻、芜菁、松花粉、荠菜花、鸡内金、茯神等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:本发明在全麦面粉中添加高蛋白、低热量的黑豆粉,增加了其营养保健功效,另添加了多种有益健康的绿色食材使得面粉清香可口,更易受到人们的喜欢,市场前景广阔。

本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
长期以来,精制的的大米和面粉都是人们的主食,随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越关注食品的营养与多样性,而单一的由小麦制得的面粉,已不满足人们的需求。精制的面粉由于加工时脱去麸皮,虽然改善了口感且利于消化,但却因此损失了小麦中的大量B族维生素以及蛋白质、矿物质等营养物质。本发明中添加多种天然健康食材,最大程度保留了营养成分,强化营养结构,增强保健功效,改善精制面粉的不足,在满足人们对主食提供热量需求的同时,更能做到营养与健康兼顾,具有日常保健的功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种黑豆全麦营养面粉及其制备方法,方便人们的生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:黑豆全麦营养面粉由以下重量份的原料组成:全麦面粉450-460、黑豆粉120-125、火龙果花11-12、血糯米52-54、苜蓿粉10-11、莴笋30-32、银耳9-10、海藻粉17-18、黄瓜籽粉5-6、桃仁3-4、螺旋藻11-12、酸奶25-26、芝麻13-14、鹿角菜22-23、茭白27-28、小麦胚芽粉30-32、泥螺肉7-8、猪皮冻12-13、芜菁5-6、松花粉2-3、荠菜花4-5、鸡内金2-3、茯神1-2、保健添加剂14-15、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:牛蒡粉72-74、南瓜子粉20-21、玉米粉34-35、蚝油8-9、雪梨汁14-15、藕粉11-12、金针菇粉17-18、野蔷薇花5-6、紫荆果2-3、苦瓜干1-2、花椒籽2-3、玄参叶4-5、水适量。
本发明的黑豆全麦营养面粉制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)血糯米、桃仁洗净,荠菜花、鸡内金、茯神用纱布包起,一同用小火煮制3-4小时,去除纱布包后连同汤水冷却至室温后打磨成浆,得营养浓浆;
(2)莴笋、茭白、芜菁去皮切片,火龙果花、鹿角菜洗净,用开水焯烫熟后捞出冷凉加适量水打磨成浆,得蔬菜浆液;
(3)银耳泡发、泥螺肉洗净,加适量水打磨成浆,得银耳泥螺浓浆;
(4)全麦面粉、黑豆粉过50-60目筛,与步骤(1)营养浓浆、步骤(2)蔬菜浆液、步骤(3)的银耳泥螺浓浆及其他剩余成分混合搅拌均匀,烘干后冷却,磨粉过80-100目筛即可。
另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将野蔷薇花、紫荆果、苦瓜干、花椒籽、玄参叶加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀静置2-3小时后用烘干机烘干,研磨成细粉即可。

其中保健添加剂由以下重量份(千克)的原料组成:牛蒡粉72、南瓜子粉20、玉米粉35、蚝油9、雪梨汁14、藕粉12、金针菇粉18、野蔷薇花5、紫荆果3、苦瓜干1、花椒籽3、玄参叶5、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)血糯米、桃仁洗净,荠菜花、鸡内金、茯神用纱布包起,一同用小火煮制3小时,去除纱布包后连同汤水冷却至室温后打磨成浆,得营养浓浆;
