本发明公开了一种五仁花草面粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:全麦面粉250-300、小麦苗粉30-40、葵花籽仁20-30、花生仁20-30、甜杏仁14-18、板栗仁10-15、核桃仁10-15、火龙果花6-8、霸王花2-3、迷迭香4-6、香茅草4-5、牛膝草3-4、薰衣草1-2、绿茶粉6-8、营养粉8-10、甜米酒适量;本发明在全麦面粉中添加能够抗癌保肝、排毒降糖、促进新陈代谢的小麦苗粉,增加其营养保健功效,将五仁浸泡米酒后蒸制,使其风味独特,富有口感,将六种花草简单处理后添加到面粉中,最大程度的保留了花草的清香味,使得面粉清香淡雅,更易受到人们的喜欢,市场前景广阔。

本发明涉及一种保健面粉,尤其涉及一种五仁花草面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视食品的健康膳食、营养保健问题,面粉作为一种主食同样经受着营养保健问题的考验,因此越来越多具有营养保健功效的面粉受到人们的喜欢,给人们的健康饮食带来福音。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种五仁花草面粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种五仁花草面粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
全麦面粉250-300、小麦苗粉30-40、葵花籽仁20-30、花生仁20-30、甜杏仁14-18、板栗仁10-15、核桃仁10-15、火龙果花6-8、霸王花2-3、迷迭香4-6、香茅草4-5、牛膝草3-4、薰衣草1-2、绿茶粉6-8、营养粉8-10、甜米酒适量;
所述营养粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:益智仁:血糯米:石榴籽=1:1:1,竹炭粉适量。
一种五仁花草面粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将益智仁、血糯米、石榴籽拣杂洗净,送入蒸锅,大火蒸制20-30分钟,取出晾干,再送入锅中,倒入适量竹炭粉,小火翻炒至熟香,筛去竹炭粉,再将混合原料磨成粉,得到营养粉;
(2)将葵花籽仁、花生仁、甜杏仁、板栗仁、核桃仁去杂洗净,晒干后浸泡在适量甜米酒中,25-30小时后捞出沥干,送入蒸锅,中火蒸制30-40分钟,冷却后取出,低温烘干,磨粉,得到五仁粉;
(3)将新鲜的火龙果花、霸王花、迷迭香、香茅草、牛膝草、薰衣草去杂洗净,用沸水漂烫50-60秒,再直接冷冻干燥,得到冻干粉;
(4)将上述营养粉、五仁粉、冻干粉与剩余全部原料混合均匀,粉碎至100-120目细度,灭菌包装,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明在全麦面粉中添加能够抗癌保肝、排毒降糖、促进新陈代谢的小麦苗粉,增加其营养保健功效,将五仁浸泡米酒后蒸制,使其风味独特,富有口感,将六种花草简单处理后添加到面粉中,最大程度的保留了花草的清香味,使得面粉清香淡雅,更易受到人们的喜欢,市场前景广阔。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种五仁花草面粉,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
全麦面粉300、小麦苗粉40、葵花籽仁30、花生仁30、甜杏仁18、板栗仁15、核桃仁15、火龙果花8、霸王花3、迷迭香6、香茅草5、牛膝草4、薰衣草2、绿茶粉8、营养粉9、甜米酒适量;
所述营养粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:益智仁:血糯米:石榴籽=1:1:1,竹炭粉适量。
一种五仁花草面粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将益智仁、血糯米、石榴籽拣杂洗净,送入蒸锅,大火蒸制30分钟,取出晾干,再送入锅中,倒入适量竹炭粉,小火翻炒至熟香,筛去竹炭粉,再将混合原料磨成粉,得到营养粉;
(2)将葵花籽仁、花生仁、甜杏仁、板栗仁、核桃仁去杂洗净,晒干后浸泡在适量甜米酒中,30小时后捞出沥干,送入蒸锅,中火蒸制30分钟,冷却后取出,低温烘干,磨粉,得到五仁粉;
(3)将新鲜的火龙果花、霸王花、迷迭香、香茅草、牛膝草、薰衣草去杂洗净,用沸水漂烫60秒,再直接冷冻干燥,得到冻干粉;
(4)将上述营养粉、五仁粉、冻干粉与剩余全部原料混合均匀,粉碎至120目细度,灭菌包装,得到成品。

1.一种五仁花草面粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
全麦面粉250-300、小麦苗粉30-40、葵花籽仁20-30、花生仁20-30、甜杏仁14-18、板栗仁10-15、核桃仁10-15、火龙果花6-8、霸王花2-3、迷迭香4-6、香茅草4-5、牛膝草3-4、薰衣草1-2、绿茶粉6-8、营养粉8-10、甜米酒适量;
所述营养粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:益智仁:血糯米:石榴籽=1:1:1,竹炭粉适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的五仁花草面粉制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将益智仁、血糯米、石榴籽拣杂洗净,送入蒸锅,大火蒸制20-30分钟,取出晾干,再送入锅中,倒入适量竹炭粉,小火翻炒至熟香,筛去竹炭粉,再将混合原料磨成粉,得到营养粉;
(2)将葵花籽仁、花生仁、甜杏仁、板栗仁、核桃仁去杂洗净,晒干后浸泡在适量甜米酒中,25-30小时后捞出沥干,送入蒸锅,中火蒸制30-40分钟,冷却后取出,低温烘干,磨粉,得到五仁粉;
(3)将新鲜的火龙果花、霸王花、迷迭香、香茅草、牛膝草、薰衣草去杂洗净,用沸水漂烫50-60秒,再直接冷冻干燥,得到冻干粉;
(4)将上述营养粉、五仁粉、冻干粉与剩余全部原料混合均匀,粉碎至100-120目细度,灭菌包装,得到成品。
