所述的营养保健粉由以下重量份的原料组成:薏仁油适量、米酒20-30、雄蜂蛹4-6、燕窝粉3-5、纳豆粉10-20、荔枝15-20、黑南瓜籽粉8-10、浮小麦粉1-2、玉米须粉5-8、大麦苗粉25-40、藕粉20-30;

(4)、将金针菇洗净,加入澄清液煮至微沸,打制成浆,加入花果茶汁、柚子粉文火熬制20-30分钟,冷冻干燥,破碎研磨至80-100目,得柚香金针菇粉;
(5)、将柚香金针菇粉、鱼香粉及其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得。

所述的营养保健粉由以下重量(斤)的原料组成:薏仁油适量、米酒30、雄蜂蛹4、燕窝粉5、纳豆粉20、荔枝20、黑南瓜籽粉10、浮小麦粉2、玉米须粉5、大麦苗粉40、藕粉30;

(4)、将金针菇洗净,加入澄清液煮至微沸,打制成浆,加入花果茶汁、柚子粉文火熬制30分钟,冷冻干燥,破碎研磨至100目,得柚香金针菇粉;
(5)、将柚香金针菇粉、鱼香粉及其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得。

(4)、将金针菇洗净,加入澄清液煮至微沸,打制成浆,加入花果茶汁、柚子粉文火熬制20-30分钟,冷冻干燥,破碎研磨至80-100目,得柚香金针菇粉;
(5)、将柚香金针菇粉、鱼香粉及其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得。
