本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种香浓紫薯豆腐包,其特征在于包子馅由以下重量份的原料组成:
猪肉10-15、豆腐90-100、栀子花1-2、扶桑根1-1.2、柏根白皮1-1.3、大麦芽3-4、菜菔子0.8-1、黄芪1-2、生藤0.9-1、青稞2-3、紫薯4-5、刀豆3-4、银耳4-5、紫红薯粉2-3、玉米淀粉2-3、鸡蛋清4-5、营养添加剂3-4、盐、水适量;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:楮实子1-2、三七花2-3、黄连叶2-2.5、黄豆4-5、仙人掌3-3.5、绿豆芽4-5、乌枣8-9、猪肝10-12
制备方法为:(1)将楮实子、三七花、柠檬草、黄连叶、乌枣加4-5倍的水大火煎煮40-45分钟,压滤去渣,得营养液;
(2)将黄豆、绿豆芽加两倍的水浸泡20-30分钟后打浆,过滤除渣,得浆汁;
(3)将仙人掌、猪肝切成细碎搅拌混合入碾钵碾成泥状,倒入营养液及浆汁,搅拌至混合均匀,小火熬膏后烘干磨成粉末,既得。

(1)将栀子花、扶桑根、柏根白皮、菜菔子、黄芪、生藤加4-5倍的水,炭火煎煮1-2小时,过滤除渣,得药液;将大麦芽捣碎打浆得麦芽汁,再倒入药液内混合均匀得营养麦芽汁;
(2)将青稞、玉米淀粉及紫红薯粉混合后加水和面后拉成面条,再将所得面条剪成一厘米长度左右的面条碎,下锅煮熟后得到青稞玉米红薯面碎;
(3)将红薯下锅煮熟后,切成不超过一厘米长的细条,入烤箱内烤脆得红薯干;
(4)将猪肉切碎捣成泥状,倒入鸡蛋清搅拌均匀,并将刀豆切成细末混合在一起,入锅后再加入银耳,小火调羹;将豆腐切成玉米粒大小的碎丁后炒熟;将步骤(1)所得营养麦芽汁均匀喷洒在炒熟后的豆腐丁表面,随后将步骤(2)所得青稞玉米红薯面碎及步骤(3)所得红薯干倒入豆腐丁内并与剩余各原料充分混合后即成香浓紫薯豆腐包子馅;
(5)将制好的香浓紫薯豆腐包子馅包入包子皮中间,做成包子即可。

猪肉10、豆腐90、栀子花1、扶桑根1、柏根白皮1、大麦芽3、菜菔子0.8、黄芪1生藤0.9、青稞2、紫薯4、刀豆3、银耳4、紫红薯粉2、玉米淀粉2、鸡蛋清4、营养添加剂3、盐、水适量;

制备方法为:(1)将楮实子、三七花、柠檬草、黄连叶、乌枣加4倍的水大火煎煮40分钟,压滤去渣,得营养液;
(2)将黄豆、绿豆芽加两倍的水浸泡20分钟后打浆,过滤除渣,得浆汁;
