技术领域
本发明涉及食品领域,尤其涉及一种滋阴补血的酒香米糕。
背景技术
米糕拥有很悠久的历史,是中国的传统小吃食品之一。米糕的做法很多,大部分是将米先研磨成米粉,再制成各式各样的糕点。还有一些是直接用米粒制成糕点。其做饭可以获得美味,但现有米糕不具有食疗保健功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,进一步提出一种滋阴补血的酒香米糕。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种滋阴补血的酒香米糕,其特征在于由如下重量的原料制成:糯米200~250g、面粉20~25g、人参3-8g、白芍10-15g、炒枣仁25-35g、当归6-12g、玉竹6-12g、黑芝麻3-5g、山楂5-15g、葡萄干10-15g;
米糕的加工方法:
将糯米粉用水浸泡2-4小时,沥水后用蒸汽蒸熟;
将蒸熟后的糯米放入罐中,加入白酒,搅拌使白酒与糯米混合均匀,然后封闭罐口,待用;
将人参、白芍、炒枣仁、当归、玉竹洗净后一同放入沙锅中,加水煮沸30分钟,取汁液待用;
取汁液加入面粉中,搅拌制成面糊;
山楂洗净后捣碎制成山楂泥,取出罐中拌入白酒的糯米与山楂泥和葡萄干混合,制作成方形或圆形糕点;
糕点表面挂上面糊,将黑芝麻粘在糕点表面的面糊上,蒸熟即可。
糯米与白酒在罐中密封保存1-10小时。
山楂泥和葡萄干可以给米糕增味,同时具有促消化、增加食欲的作用。
米糕表面挂上面糊再蒸熟,可以避免糯米中的酒香挥发,具有保留米糕酒香的作用。

实施例1
一种滋阴补血的酒香米糕,由如下重量的原料制成:糯米200g、面粉20g、人参3g、白芍10g、炒枣仁25g、当归6g、玉竹6g、黑芝麻3g、山楂5g、葡萄干10g;
米糕的加工方法:
将糯米粉用水浸泡2-4小时,沥水后用蒸汽蒸熟;
将蒸熟后的糯米放入罐中,加入白酒,搅拌使白酒与糯米混合均匀,然后封闭罐口,待用;
将人参、白芍、炒枣仁、当归、玉竹洗净后一同放入沙锅中,加水煮沸30分钟,取汁液待用;
将柏子仁、酸枣仁捣碎与龙眼肉一同放入沙锅中,加水煮沸30分钟,取汁液待用;
取汁液加入面粉中,搅拌制成面糊;
山楂洗净后捣碎制成山楂泥,取出罐中拌入白酒的糯米与山楂泥和葡萄干混合,制作成方形或圆形糕点;
糕点表面挂上面糊,将黑芝麻粘在糕点表面的面糊上,蒸熟即可。

米糕的加工方法:
将糯米粉用水浸泡2-4小时,沥水后用蒸汽蒸熟;
将蒸熟后的糯米放入罐中,加入白酒,搅拌使白酒与糯米混合均匀,然后封闭罐口,待用;
将人参、白芍、炒枣仁、当归、玉竹洗净后一同放入沙锅中,加水煮沸30分钟,取汁液待用;
将柏子仁、酸枣仁捣碎与龙眼肉一同放入沙锅中,加水煮沸30分钟,取汁液待用;
取汁液加入面粉中,搅拌制成面糊;

一种滋阴补血的酒香米糕,由如下重量的原料制成:糯米220g、面粉22g、人参5g、白芍13g、炒枣仁30g、当归10g、玉竹10g、黑芝麻4g、山楂10g、葡萄干12g;
米糕的加工方法:
将糯米粉用水浸泡2-4小时,沥水后用蒸汽蒸熟;
将蒸熟后的糯米放入罐中,加入白酒,搅拌使白酒与糯米混合均匀,然后封闭罐口,待用;
将人参、白芍、炒枣仁、当归、玉竹洗净后一同放入沙锅中,加水煮沸30分钟,取汁液待用;
将柏子仁、酸枣仁捣碎与龙眼肉一同放入沙锅中,加水煮沸30分钟,取汁液待用;

米糕的加工方法:
将糯米粉用水浸泡2-4小时,沥水后用蒸汽蒸熟;
将蒸熟后的糯米放入罐中,加入白酒,搅拌使白酒与糯米混合均匀,然后封闭罐口,待用;
将人参、白芍、炒枣仁、当归、玉竹洗净后一同放入沙锅中,加水煮沸30分钟,取汁液待用;
取汁液加入面粉中,搅拌制成面糊;
