本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种具有排毒养颜功效的柠檬麦芽调味料。
背景技术
谷类作为一日三餐的主食,与我们的关系最为密切。谷类的营养成分会因品种、气候、土壤、肥料和加工方法的不同而略有差异,一般情况下,谷类的营养价值在于:
1)碳水化合物的含量在谷类在颇高,平均60-70%,是供给人体热能座重量要的来源。
2)五谷杂粮蛋白质含量较低,一般在8-12%,其中蛋白质含量较高的燕麦,克仅为15%;稻米和玉米含量最低,平均仅为8%左右。虽然谷类蛋白质含量较低,但因每天摄入量较多,所以,可轻松供给人体每天所需蛋白质量的一半以上。另外,谷类蛋白质中赖氨酸含量较低,所以适合与豆类混合食用,可以取长补短。
3)谷类是人类获取B族维生素的重要来源,其中维生素B1、维生素B2及烟酸含量均较高。
4)谷类中还含有后其它营养成分,对人体健康也十分有益的。比如,在小米和玉米的谷坯和谷皮中,含有少量的胡萝卜素和维生素E;在谷皮和淀粉层中,还含有少量的矿物质,主要为磷、钙、镁、铁等。
因此,人们的日常饮食应该在五谷杂粮的基础上,以果为助,以蓄为益,以菜为充,辨证施食,配合互补。鉴于此,提出本申请。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种口感好,具有排毒养颜功效的柠檬麦芽调味料。

一种具有排毒养颜功效的柠檬麦芽调味料,由以下重量份数的组份组成:柠檬45-55份、麦芽55-65份、鸡蛋黄0.8-1.2份、高粱75-85份、奶粉5-15份、阿胶4-6份、生姜粉1-3份、南瓜花粉0.2-0.7份、龙眼肉3-5份、蜂蜜2-4份、炒米粉8-12份、白菜4-6份、红薯4-6份、莴笋2-4份、落葵子粉2-4份、米醋1-1.5份、桃花粉1-3份、豆腐1-1.5份、黄瓜2-4份及食盐适量,将各组分混合搅拌均匀后,送入蒸笼蒸20-25分钟,取出拌匀,自然冷却后再置于冰箱冷冻,在零下3℃的环境下冷冻3-6小时,取出切片,放入烤箱烤烤干,然后粉碎呈粉末即成。
各组份的较佳重量份数为:柠檬50份、麦芽60份、鸡蛋黄1份、高粱80份、奶粉10份、阿胶5份、生姜粉2份、南瓜花粉0.5份、龙眼肉4份、蜂蜜3份、炒米粉10份、白菜5份、红薯5份、莴笋3份、落葵子粉3份、米醋1份、桃花粉2份、豆腐1份、黄3份及食盐适量。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明营养丰富,口味鲜美,香味浓厚,各原料均选用纯天然植物精华,不添加任何化工原料,具有清热凉血、润肤红颜、抗氧化和美白肌肤的功效,且内部含水量少、保存时间长,易溶解,适作为各种面食、汤、炒菜等的作料使用,也可直接冲泡饮用。
