粥是人们喜爱并百吃不厌。粥可调节胃口,增进食欲,补充身体需要的水分。它味道鲜美、润喉易食,营养丰富又易于消化,实在是养生保健的佳品。粥的妙不可言,在于它介于饭、菜和汤三者之间。有饭的饱腹之功,有菜的美味爽口,也不乏汤的营养开胃。粥既适合做早餐,也适合做夜宵,因为,粥中的淀粉充分地与水分结合,既提供热能,又不乏大量水分,极易消化。早起,食粥一大碗,空腹胃虚,谷气便作,所补不细,又极柔腻,与肠胃相得,最为饮食之妙诀。食粥还可以辅助治疗各种疾病,保健养生,使人延年益寿。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种补气养血粥及其制作方法。
1、大枣有“百果之王”之称。大枣富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、胡萝卜素、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素P以及磷、钙、铁等成分,其中维生素C的含量在果品中名列前茅,有“维生素C”之美称。
2、粳米具有益气、止烦、止渴、止泻、补中、壮筋骨,益肠胃;煮汁主心痛,止渴,断热毒下痢;合芡实作粥食,益精强志,聪耳明目。
3、核桃,又称胡桃,为胡桃科植物。核桃仁含有丰富的营养素,每百克含蛋白质15~20克,脂肪60~70克,碳水化合物10克;并含有人体必需的钙、磷、铁等多种微量元素和矿物质,以及胡萝卜素、核黄素等多种维生素。

一种补气养血粥的加工工艺是:1、将红枣、粳米分别用清水漂泡,清洗干净。2、放无油渍锅中,加入核桃仁、500克水,旺火烧开后,用小火煮约1小时。3、烧至成粥放入冰糖深化后即可。
本发明具有如下优点:1、红枣为益气、养血、养生的佳品。2、红枣与核桃仁、粳米同配成粥,为延年益寿首选粥品之一。

2.一种补气养血粥的加工工艺,其特征在于:(1)、将红枣、粳米分别用清水漂泡,清洗干净后放入无油渍锅中;(2)、在无油渍锅的中继续加入核桃仁、水,旺火烧开后,熬制过程中来回搅拌,别粘糊了锅底,用小火煮约0.5-2小时;(3)、加入冰糖、盐搅拌均匀继续熬制;(4)、补气养血粥烧至成粥放入冰糖深化后即可。
