一种牛肚健胃薯条及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:马铃薯300-350、鸡内金2-3、山楂核1-2、山药2-3、玉竹1.8-2、甘草4-5、乌药子2-3、女金芦1-2、牛肚15-17、木瓜4-5、芒果3-4、豆瓣酱2-3、瓜子仁2-3、大枣20-22、椰蓉7-8、玉米淀粉20-22、石榴汁10-12、营养添加剂4-5。本发明的薯条口感好,营养丰富,其中牛肚含蛋白质、脂肪、钙、磷、铁、硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸等,具有养胃的功效,同时,本发明还添加了多种中草药,其中鸡内金、山楂核等具有消食化积的功效,经常食用本发明可达到健胃的目的。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种薯条,尤其涉及一种牛肚健胃薯条及其制备方法。
背景技术
薯条是一种广受人们欢迎的休闲食品。现在市场上薯条的口味种类繁多,其多是使用味精和不同香料进行调味。但是这种薯条营养成分单一,不具有保健功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种牛肚健胃薯条及其制备方法,本发明具有口感好,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
    一种牛肚健胃薯条,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
马铃薯300-350、鸡内金2-3、山楂核1-2、山药2-3、玉竹1.8-2、甘草4-5、乌药子2-3、女金芦1-2、牛肚15-17、木瓜4-5、芒果3-4、豆瓣酱2-3、瓜子仁2-3、大枣20-22、椰蓉7-8、玉米淀粉20-22、石榴汁10-12、营养添加剂4-5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:丝瓜络1-1.2、苹果花0.8-1、罗汉果1.1-1.2、菟丝子0.6-0.8、蜂蜜1-2、绿豆5-6、阿胶2-3、米醋4-5;
制备方法为:(1)将绿豆加4-5倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将丝瓜络、苹果花、罗汉果、菟丝子加滤液密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,得保健绿豆浆;
    (2)将阿胶加米醋隔水大火蒸至阿胶完全融化,然后将所得物料与保健绿豆浆合并,加入剩余物料,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末,即得。
    所述的牛肚健胃薯条的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
    (1)将马铃薯去皮,与鸡内金、山楂核、山药、玉竹、甘草、乌药子、女金芦混合入锅,加4-5倍的水大火加热20-25分钟,然后将马铃薯捞出,打成泥;
    (2)取木瓜、芒果果肉,混合打浆,过滤除渣,得果汁;将牛肚切成丝,加果汁腌制40-50分钟,然后与豆瓣酱混合入锅,大火炒制7-8分钟后出锅,然后送入烘箱,烘干后粉碎;
    (3)将大枣去核,捣成泥,得枣泥;将瓜子仁炒香,加2-3倍的水研磨匀质,然后与枣泥混合拌匀,送入蒸锅,大火蒸制5-8分钟后出料;
    (4)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得物料与剩余物料混合拌匀,送入模具中,压实后脱模、切条、晒干,即得。
    本发明中的乌药子为樟科植物乌药的果实,女金芦为水龙骨科植物紫柄假瘤蕨的全草。
本发明的有益效果为:
   本发明的薯条口感好,营养丰富,其中牛肚含蛋白质、脂肪、钙、磷、铁、硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸等,具有养胃的功效,同时,本发明还添加了多种中草药,其中鸡内金、山楂核等具有消食化积的功效,经常食用本发明可达到健胃的目的。
具体实施方式
    一种牛肚健胃薯条,其特征在于由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
马铃薯300、鸡内金3、山楂核1、山药2、玉竹1.8、甘草4、乌药子3、女金芦1、牛肚17、木瓜5、芒果4、豆瓣酱3、瓜子仁3、大枣22、椰蓉8、玉米淀粉22、石榴汁12、营养添加剂5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:丝瓜络1.2、苹果花0.8、罗汉果1.2、菟丝子0.8、蜂蜜2、绿豆6、阿胶2、米醋5;
制备方法为:(1)将绿豆加4-5倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将丝瓜络、苹果花、罗汉果、菟丝子加滤液密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,得保健绿豆浆;
    (2)将阿胶加米醋隔水大火蒸至阿胶完全融化,然后将所得物料与保健绿豆浆合并,加入剩余物料,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末,即得。

马铃薯300-350、鸡内金2-3、山楂核1-2、山药2-3、玉竹1.8-2、甘草4-5、乌药子2-3、女金芦1-2、牛肚15-17、木瓜4-5、芒果3-4、豆瓣酱2-3、瓜子仁2-3、大枣20-22、椰蓉7-8、玉米淀粉20-22、石榴汁10-12、营养添加剂4-5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:丝瓜络1-1.2、苹果花0.8-1、罗汉果1.1-1.2、菟丝子0.6-0.8、蜂蜜1-2、绿豆5-6、阿胶2-3、米醋4-5;
