一种养心安神薯条及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:红薯500-550、养心草3-4、远志2-3、麦冬4-5、莲子心4-5、茯神3-4、乌灵参1-2、虎皮草2-3、苹果2-3、火龙果1-2、牛奶4-5、粉丝40-45、高粱米10-11、燕麦片7-9、甜面酱3-4、葡萄籽油3-4、营养添加剂7-8。本发明的薯条制备工艺简单,容易管理,同时本发明添加了多种果蔬、杂粮,其配比合理,使得本发明营养全面均衡,同时本发明在加工过程中添加了多种中草药,经常食用本发明可达到养心安神的功效。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种薯条,尤其涉及一种养心安神薯条及其制备方法。
背景技术
薯条是一种广受人们欢迎的休闲食品。现在市场上薯条的口味种类繁多,其多是使用味精和不同香料进行调味。但是这种薯条营养成分单一,不具有保健功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种养心安神薯条及其制备方法,本发明具有口感好,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种养心安神薯条,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
红薯500-550、养心草3-4、远志2-3、麦冬4-5、莲子心4-5、茯神3-4、乌灵参1-2、虎皮草2-3、苹果2-3、火龙果1-2、牛奶4-5、粉丝40-45、高粱米10-11、燕麦片7-9、甜面酱3-4、葡萄籽油3-4、营养添加剂7-8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:丝瓜络1-1.2、苹果花0.8-1、罗汉果1.1-1.2、菟丝子0.6-0.8、蜂蜜1-2、绿豆5-6、阿胶2-3、米醋4-5;
制备方法为:(1)将绿豆加4-5倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将丝瓜络、苹果花、罗汉果、菟丝子加滤液密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,得保健绿豆浆;
(2)将阿胶加米醋隔水大火蒸至阿胶完全融化,然后将所得物料与保健绿豆浆合并,加入剩余物料,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末,即得。
所述的养心安神薯条的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将养心草、远志、麦冬、莲子心、茯神、乌灵参、虎皮草加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)取苹果、火龙果果肉,加一倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,所得滤液与牛奶混合均匀,得果奶;
(3)将粉丝置于药液中浸泡60-80分钟后捞出、沥干;在锅中倒入葡萄籽油,大火加热,待油烧至五成熟时倒入粉丝,翻炒6-7分钟后加入果奶,小火焖制8-10分钟后出锅,将粉丝剁碎;
(4)将高粱米、燕麦片加3-4倍的水大火熬煮20-25分钟,加入甜面酱混合打浆;
(5)将红薯去皮,送入蒸锅,大火蒸熟后取出,打成泥状,然后与步骤(3)、(4)所得物料及剩余物料混合拌匀,送入模具中,压实后脱模、切条、晒干,即得。
本发明中的乌灵参为炭角菌科真菌黑柄炭角菌的菌核,虎皮草为虎耳草科植物大叶金腰的全草。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的薯条制备工艺简单,容易管理,同时本发明添加了多种果蔬、杂粮,其配比合理,使得本发明营养全面均衡,同时本发明在加工过程中添加了多种中草药,经常食用本发明可达到养心安神的功效。
具体实施方式
一种养心安神薯条,其特征在于由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
红薯500、养心草4、远志2、麦冬4、莲子心5、茯神4、乌灵参2、虎皮草2、苹果2、火龙果2、牛奶4、粉丝45、高粱米11、燕麦片9、甜面酱3、葡萄籽油4、营养添加剂7;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:丝瓜络1.2、苹果花0.8、罗汉果1.2、菟丝子0.8、蜂蜜2、绿豆6、阿胶2、米醋5;
制备方法为:(1)将绿豆加4-5倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将丝瓜络、苹果花、罗汉果、菟丝子加滤液密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,得保健绿豆浆;
(2)将阿胶加米醋隔水大火蒸至阿胶完全融化,然后将所得物料与保健绿豆浆合并,加入剩余物料,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末,即得。

1.一种养心安神薯条,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:红薯500-550、养心草3-4、远志2-3、麦冬4-5、莲子心4-5、茯神3-4、乌灵参1-2、虎皮草2-3、苹果2-3、火龙果1-2、牛奶4-5、粉丝40-45、高粱米10-11、燕麦片7-9、甜面酱3-4、葡萄籽油3-4、营养添加剂7-8;所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:丝瓜络1-1.2、苹果花0.8-1、罗汉果1.1-1.2、菟丝子0.6-0.8、蜂蜜1-2、绿豆5-6、阿胶2-3、米醋4-5;
所述营养添加剂的制备方法为:
