一种益寿保健薯条及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:马铃薯400-450、黄精2-2.4、人参1-1.5、黄芪2-3、冬虫夏草1.2-1.4、川芎0.8-1、天王七1.2-1.5、蝉花0.9-1.2、八角7-8、甘蔗汁7-8、玉米3-4、龙须菜2-3、青梅3-4、豆干20-22、鸡蛋液10-11、莲子粉4-5、绿豆淀粉30-33、奶茶18-20、营养添加剂5-6。本发明的薯条口感好,奶香浓郁,营养丰富,其中添加的鸡蛋液提高了本发明的蛋白质含量,同时本发明还添加了多种中草药,具有滋肾润肺、补脾益气、补血活血、滋补养生、利水消肿的功效,经常食用本发明可增强机体免疫力,从而达到保健益寿的目的。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种薯条,尤其涉及一种益寿保健薯条及其制备方法。
背景技术
薯条是一种广受人们欢迎的休闲食品。现在市场上薯条的口味种类繁多,其多是使用味精和不同香料进行调味。但是这种薯条营养成分单一,不具有保健功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种益寿保健薯条及其制备方法,本发明具有口感好,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种益寿保健薯条,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
马铃薯400-450、黄精2-2.4、人参1-1.5、黄芪2-3、冬虫夏草1.2-1.4、川芎0.8-1、天王七1.2-1.5、蝉花0.9-1.2、八角7-8、甘蔗汁7-8、玉米3-4、龙须菜2-3、青梅3-4、豆干20-22、鸡蛋液10-11、莲子粉4-5、绿豆淀粉30-33、奶茶18-20、营养添加剂5-6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:丝瓜络1-1.2、苹果花0.8-1、罗汉果1.1-1.2、菟丝子0.6-0.8、蜂蜜1-2、绿豆5-6、阿胶2-3、米醋4-5;
制备方法为:(1)将绿豆加4-5倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将丝瓜络、苹果花、罗汉果、菟丝子加滤液密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,得保健绿豆浆;
(2)将阿胶加米醋隔水大火蒸至阿胶完全融化,然后将所得物料与保健绿豆浆合并,加入剩余物料,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末,即得。
所述的益寿保健薯条的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄精、人参、黄芪、冬虫夏草、川芎、天王七、蝉花加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,所得滤液经喷雾干燥制成粉末,得中药粉;
(2)将八角送入油锅大火炸制2-3分钟后捞出沥干,加甘蔗汁研磨匀质,小火熬膏,烘干后研成粉末,得八角粉;
(3)取青梅果肉,与玉米、龙须菜混合打浆,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将豆干切成丝,与滤液混合入锅,大火翻炒5-8分钟后出锅,所得物料送入烘箱,待含水量降至7-8%时出料,进行粉碎;
(4)将马铃薯去皮,送入蒸锅,大火蒸熟后取出,打成泥,所得马铃薯泥与鸡蛋液混合拌匀,送入炒锅,大火翻炒2-3分钟后出锅,然后与步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得物料及剩余物料混合拌匀,送入模具中,压实后脱模、切条、晒干,即得。
本发明中的天王七为忍冬科植物莛子藨的根,蝉花为麦角菌科真菌蝉棒束孢菌的孢梗束、大蝉草的子座及共所寄生的虫体。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的薯条口感好,奶香浓郁,营养丰富,其中添加的鸡蛋液提高了本发明的蛋白质含量,同时本发明还添加了多种中草药,其中黄精可滋肾润肺、补脾益气,人参大补元气、益气补血,冬虫夏草、蝉花可滋补养生,川芎可活血行气,天王七可利水消肿,经常食用本发明可增强机体免疫力,从而达到益寿保健的目的。
具体实施方式
一种益寿保健薯条,其特征在于由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
马铃薯450、黄精2.4、人参1.5、黄芪2、冬虫夏草1.4、川芎0.8、天王七1.5、蝉花1.2、八角8、甘蔗汁8、玉米3、龙须菜3、青梅3、豆干20、鸡蛋液11、莲子粉4、绿豆淀粉33、奶茶20、营养添加剂6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:丝瓜络1.2、苹果花0.8、罗汉果1.2、菟丝子0.8、蜂蜜2、绿豆6、阿胶2、米醋5;
制备方法为:(1)将绿豆加4-5倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将丝瓜络、苹果花、罗汉果、菟丝子加滤液密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,得保健绿豆浆;
(2)将阿胶加米醋隔水大火蒸至阿胶完全融化,然后将所得物料与保健绿豆浆合并,加入剩余物料,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末,即得。
所述的益寿保健薯条的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄精、人参、黄芪、冬虫夏草、川芎、天王七、蝉花加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,所得滤液经喷雾干燥制成粉末,得中药粉;

(4)将马铃薯去皮,送入蒸锅,大火蒸熟后取出,打成泥,所得马铃薯泥与鸡蛋液混合拌匀,送入炒锅,大火翻炒2-3分钟后出锅,然后与步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得物料及剩余物料混合拌匀,送入模具中,压实后脱模、切条、晒干,即得。

1.一种益寿保健薯条,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:马铃薯400-450、黄精2-2.4、人参1-1.5、黄芪2-3、冬虫夏草1.2-1.4、川芎0.8-1、天王七1.2-1.5、蝉花0.9-1.2、八角7-8、甘蔗汁7-8、玉米3-4、龙须菜2-3、青梅3-4、豆干20-22、鸡蛋液10-11、莲子粉4-5、绿豆淀粉30-33、奶茶18-20、营养添加剂5-6;所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:丝瓜络1-1.2、苹果花0.8-1、罗汉果1.1-1.2、菟丝子0.6-0.8、蜂蜜1-2、绿豆5-6、阿胶2-3、米醋4-5;
所述营养添加剂的制备方法为:
(1)将绿豆加4-5倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将丝瓜络、苹果花、罗汉果、菟丝子加滤液密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,得保健绿豆浆;
(2)将阿胶加米醋隔水大火蒸至阿胶完全融化,然后将所得物料与保健绿豆浆合并,加入剩余物料,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末,即得;
