1.开胃健脾。竹笋含有一种白色的含氮物质,构成了竹笋独有的清香,具有开胃、促进消化、增强食欲的作用,可用于治疗胃胀、消化不良、胃口不好等病症;

一种竹笋养生粥,其特征在于有以下重量份的原料制成:东北大米200~250、大麦片50~70、竹笋220~280、鸡粉5~8、小白菜100~120、胡萝卜20~25、水芹10~15、生姜5~10、香肠60~100、醋3~5、小麦20~25、蔬菜汁40~60、细盐50~80、助剂4~5、水600~650;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:丁葵草4~5、紫苏籽1~2、白术2~3、二色补血草4~5、向日葵花盘1~2、瓜萎叶2~3、蘘荷花苞10~12、炒大麦粉6~8;制备方法是将除炒大麦粉以外的各原料混合,加水煎煮,过滤得提取液,提取液浓缩后烘干,与炒大麦粉混合即得。
丁葵草是一种多年生豆科小草本,生于荒野。全草夏秋采收,晒干,可以祛瘀消肿,调起利湿。
紫苏籽为唇形科植物紫苏的干燥成熟果实,有降气消痰、止咳平喘、润肠的功效。
白术:一种菊科多年生草本植物,以根茎入药,具有多项药用功能。
二色补血草:它是白花丹科多年生草本,属补血草属。
瓜萎叶:瓜萎即栝楼,多年生攀缘草本,可药用,有解热止渴、利尿、镇咳祛痰等作用。

(1)将新鲜刚上市的小白菜去根,清洗,加细盐后手动揉捏进行腌制,边揉边加盐,揉好后放于小菜坛中,倒入刚刚揉出的小白菜汁,静置28~35h后拧干水分,切成绿豆大小备用;
(2)将竹笋洗净去皮后切成长条状,用醋浸泡10~20min,胡萝卜切成花生米大小,生姜切丝,香肠切片以备用;
(3)将东北大米、大麦片、水芹、小麦、香肠片、竹笋条、胡萝卜丁、水混合加入砂锅,大火迅速烧开,再小火慢煮50~60min;
(4)将助剂、蔬菜汁、(1)所述的腌制小白菜、鸡粉、细盐、生姜丝混合加入(3)所述的砂锅中,搅拌均匀,小火继续煮20~30min即可。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种竹笋养生粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
