Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种充气轮胎。
背景技术
一般来讲,用于车辆的充气轮胎的胎面设有大量花纹沟,以便确保各种性能,例如排水性能、制动性能和放热性能,并且这些花纹沟以分块的方式形成了多个胎块。
另一方面,一般来讲,当轮胎行驶时,在花纹沟的底部或者在胎块的壁面与花纹沟的底部相接的区域会产生裂纹。产生这些花纹沟裂纹的重要原因包括:由于车辆的使用条件以及路面的路况而在轮胎的胎块中产生过大的侧向力并且在花纹沟中产生裂纹的情形;由于路面存在过大的高度差异,因而疲劳和冲击传递到轮胎,因此在花纹沟中产生裂纹的情形;以及,例如鹅卵石的外部材料在车辆的行驶过程中进入到花纹沟中并且进一步嵌入内部,因此在花纹沟中产生裂纹的情形。由于这些原因,因此会在轮胎的产品质量、性能等方面产生严重的问题。
为了解决上述问题,已经提出了通过设计花纹沟底部的曲率或设计花纹沟宽度能够防止裂纹现象的技术。然而,这些技术在防止产生裂纹方面的效果可以忽略不计,特别地,这些技术的问题是无法从根本上防止在花纹沟中产生裂纹的现象:由于胎块在车辆连续行驶或转向时与地面接触而产生运动,所以花纹沟发生连续变形,进而在花纹沟中产生裂纹(参见日本专利申请特开No.2007-223480(申请日2007年9月6日)。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的上述问题,并且本发明的目的是提供一种充气轮胎,所述充气轮胎能从根本上防止在花纹沟的底部以及胎块的侧壁与花纹沟的底部相接的区域处产生裂纹的现象,能抑制胎面的不规则磨损,能增强胎面的整体刚度,并且还能增强排水性能。
根据本发明的一方面,提供了一种充气轮胎,所述充气轮胎包括胎面、胎侧和胎唇部,并且具有由所述胎面的表面上形成的花纹沟分隔出的大量胎块,
所述充气轮胎进一步包括加强筋,所述加强筋位于花纹沟内并且所述加强筋的下部与所述花纹沟的底部连接,使得各加强筋的一个侧面与花纹沟的一个侧壁接触。
在加强筋和花纹沟接触的表面上形成拷紧部分。
加强筋的拷紧部分与花纹沟的拷紧部分结合的区域予以倒圆。
加强筋的中心线具有相对于花纹沟的一个侧壁偏离的结构。
这些加强筋沿着轮胎圆周方向以一定间隔分隔开。
所述加强筋的高度是所述花纹沟的深度的80%至90%。
所述加强筋的宽度是所述花纹沟的宽度的30%至70%。
根据本发明的充气轮胎的有益效果是加强筋可以防止在花纹沟底部处以及胎块的侧壁与花纹沟底部相接的区域处产生裂纹的现象,胎面的不规则磨损可以得到抑制。因此,充气轮胎还具有以下有益效果:可以提高轮胎的产品质量、性能等。
此外,花纹沟的加强筋和侧壁通过拷紧部分啮合,并且在胎块与加强筋之间发生相对运动的情况下,这种互相连接的状态能使胎面的整体刚度得到增加。另外,获得了这样一种效果:由于加强筋吸收制动力,所以在胎面胎块中产生了驱动力,使得磨损变得均匀。
此外,加强筋的中心线具有相对于花纹沟的一个侧壁偏离的结构,因此进一步增大了加强筋与胎块之间的啮合力。因此,获得了这样一种效果:可以确保轮胎在行驶时的稳定性。
此外,加强筋沿着圆周方向以一定的间距形成,使得获得了这样一种效果:可以增强胎面的刚性,还可以增强排水性能。

具体实施方式
以下将参照附图详细描述本发明的实施例,使得本领域的一般技术人员能够容易地实施本发明。然而,本发明能够以多种形式来实现,并且并非意图限于本文所述的实例。对于整个说明书中描述的相同构件,用相同的附图标记来表示。
图1是截面图,图示了根据本发明的充气轮胎,并且图2是平面图,图示了根据本发明的充气轮胎。图3是截面图,图示了根据本发明的充气轮胎中的加强筋和胎块。
根据图1至图3,根据本发明的充气轮胎1被配置成包括胎面10、胎侧30和胎唇部。充气轮胎具有多个胎块102,并且包括位于花纹沟101内部的加强筋20,这些胎块102被胎面10的表面上形成的花纹沟101分隔出来。
此外,根据本发明的充气轮胎1进一步包括胎体40、带束50和轮辋(图未示出)。
由于胎唇部(图未示出)、胎体40、带束50和轮辋(图未示出)与一般的充气轮胎构造中相应的构件相同,所以不再重复具体说明。在下文中,仅仅着重说明加强筋20。
加强筋20的下部与花纹沟101的底部结合。此时,加强筋20的一个侧表面与花纹沟101的一个侧壁接触。加强筋20基本上防止例如鹅卵石的任何外来物质嵌入花纹沟101内,因此可以保证轮胎的原始使用寿命。具体地讲,加强筋20形成为使得加强筋的高度是花纹沟101的高度的80%至90%,并且加强筋的宽度是花纹沟101的宽度的30%至70%。因此,能够防止例如较大的石头或鹅卵石的外来物质嵌入花纹沟101中。
因此,能够从根本上防止花纹沟101的底部以及花纹沟101的底部与花纹沟101的侧壁相接的区域产生裂纹,这些地方是裂纹较集中发生的地方。
此外,加强筋20可以抑制胎面10的不规则磨损。
更具体地讲,由于加强筋20与花纹沟101的一个侧壁啮合,所以加强筋可以吸收制动力,并且因此在胎块102中引起驱动力,使得磨损变得均匀。
此外,加强筋20的中心线CL具有相对于花纹沟101的一个侧壁偏离的结构。因此,可以进一步增大加强筋20和胎块102的啮合力。
此外,在加强筋20与花纹沟101接触的表面处,分别形成拷紧部分(cuffsection)20a和101a。拷紧部分20a和101a形成为锯齿状并且相互交错。当胎块102与加强筋20之间发生相对运动时,这些拷紧部分20a和101a彼此啮合,从而加强胎面10的整体刚度。
此时,在加强筋20的拷紧部分20a与花纹沟101的拷紧部分101a结合的区域处,拷紧部分垂直地布置,因此可能会在早期由于应力集中、锐物划伤以及其他花纹沟101的非正常磨损而发生撕裂。因此,为了防止这种现象的发生,将加强筋20的拷紧部分20a与花纹沟101的拷紧部分101a结合的区域予以倒圆。
这些加强筋20沿着圆周方向以一定间隔分隔开。
也就是说,沿着圆周方向以一定间隔形成加强筋20,使得在车辆在湿路面行驶或潮湿的天气行驶时,通过花纹沟101与加强筋20之间形成的空的空间可以高效地排出来自湿路面的水或雨水。

1.一种充气轮胎,包括胎面、胎侧和胎唇部,并且具有由所述胎面的表面上形成的花纹沟分隔出的大量胎块,
所述充气轮胎包括加强筋,所述加强筋位于花纹沟内并且所述加强筋的下部与所述花纹沟的底部结合,使得加强筋的一个侧表面与花纹沟的一个侧壁接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充气轮胎,其中,在各个所述加强筋和所述花纹沟接触的表面处分别形成拷紧部分。
3.根据权利要求2所述的充气轮胎,其中,所述加强筋的拷紧部分与所述花纹沟的拷紧部分结合的区域予以倒圆。
4.根据权利要求3所述的充气轮胎,其中,所述加强筋的中心线具有相对于所述花纹沟的一个侧壁偏离的结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的充气轮胎,其中,所述加强筋沿着圆周方向以一定的间距间隔开。
6.根据权利要求1所述的充气轮胎,其中所述加强筋的高度是所述花纹沟的深度的80%至90%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的充气轮胎,其中所述加强筋的宽度是所述花纹沟的宽度的30%至70%。
