本发明涉及一种怀府黄花保健饮料,其特征是采用怀府黄花花和叶提取液、和水配制而成。长期饮用本发明产品对于人体心脑血管疾病有独特的疗效和预防作用,还对于人体生理功能失调、延缓人体衰老、防止老年痴呆、脑中风和糖尿病等症有较好的作用。本产品是对怀府黄花花和叶开发利用的一大突破,其原料来源广泛,生产工艺简单,生产成本投入少,饮料饮用口感纯正,无毒、无副作用,是一种理想的天然保健饮品。

本发明涉及一种以怀府黄花花和叶提取液为原料制作的饮料。
随着人民生活水平的提高,饮料已成为人们生活中不可少的饮用品。目前,市场上的饮料种类繁多,由于观念及效果的原因,而人们更加注重对中国传统中药及营养物制作的饮料的需求。怀府黄花是我国传统的滋补用药,也是我国的特产,由于其含有的丰富生物黄酮和维生素及多种氨基酸而为人们广为食用。现在怀府黄花从根到花到叶已成功的研发成了系列产品。
本发明目的是针对其它饮料存在的问题,提出了一种充分利用大量的怀府黄花花和叶提取液为原料配制的天然营养饮料。
本发明技术方案是采用怀府黄花花和叶提取液(总黄酮)、没食子酸丙脂、柠檬酸钠以及加入适量的水配制而成。
上述各组份的重量配比为:
怀府黄花花和叶提取液(总黄酮)3-10
水适量
上述的怀府黄花提取液的浓度为1∶1。
上述的水采用的是处理后的纯水,其加入量可以根据不同的饮用浓度需要而加以调整。
本发明是利用从怀府黄花花和叶中提取的含有黄酮类活性物质的药液,经特殊工艺处理和配制后的天然保健饮料。该产品由于含有怀府黄花花和叶黄酮及其它有效的成份,对人体心脑血管疾病有独特的疗效和预防作用,对于生理功能失调、延缓人体衰老、防止老年痴呆、脑中风和糖尿病等症有较好的作用。本产品是对怀府黄花花和叶开发利用的一大突破,其原料来源广泛,生产工艺简单,生产成本投入少,饮料口感纯正,无毒、无副作用,是一种理想的天然保健饮品。
以下说明本发明技术方案的实施例:
首先筛选怀府黄花花和叶,将其洗净,再将其置于容器中加水进行水煮,将所得到的怀府黄花花和叶水液进行浓缩,制成为1∶1的溶液(1ml溶液相对于1g怀府黄花),然后加入95%的乙醇液,使乙醇浓度达到80%-85%,将其置于0度-4度温度环境中静置、冷藏12小时,取出后过滤,除去溶液中大部分水溶液杂质,如淀粉、蛋白质、树脂、粘液质等,再从滤液中回收乙醇液,再加入2%-5%的明胶,静置1-2小时,再加热煮沸后过滤,这一过程可以将其中的鞣质物全部去除,而过量的明胶则因为加热而凝固沉淀。在上述的滤液中再加入乙醇至醇量达70%-80%,再静置12小时,再过滤,从滤液中回收乙醇,进行灭菌,再精滤,即可得到怀府黄花花和叶提取液。
用一容器装取上述工艺过程制取的怀府黄花花和叶提取液5mg,加入纯水500ml,将配液进行搅拌均匀,再进行灭菌、灌装、贴签、装箱、入库。
