本发明涉及食品领域中保健饮品的制备方法,具体涉及一种保健饮品及其生产方法。
背景技术
饮料是指以水为基本原料,由不同的配方和制造方法生产出来,供人们直接饮用的液体食品。饮料除提供水分外,由于在不同品种的饮料中含有不等量的糖、酸、乳、钠、脂肪、能量以及各种氨基酸、维生素、无机盐等营养成分,因此有一定的营养。饮料一般可分为含酒精饮料和无酒精饮料,无酒精饮料又称软饮料。无酒精饮料是指酒精含量小于百分之0.5(v/v),以补充人体水分为主要目的的流质食品,包括固体饮料。
由于饮料的味道可口,逐渐成为了人们日常生活中不可或缺的饮品。目前,市场上出售的饮料种类繁多,有碳酸饮料、果汁饮料、乳酸饮料、茶饮料等等,不同的饮料具有不同的优点。越来越多的人,尤其是年轻人,甚至用饮料来代替水。所以开发一种具有保健功能的饮品具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种保健饮品及其生产方法,该保健饮品营养搭配合理,味道可口,且具有温中暖胃、清热去火的功能,所述的生产方法简单,成本低,具有一定的应用前景。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种保健饮品,所述保健饮品中各种成份及各种成份的质量百分比为:荷花叶8~12份、胡萝卜2~4份、茉莉花10~15份、山药3~5份、山楂2~4份、甜味剂8~10份、稳定剂0.03~0.05份以及去离子水80~120份。
进一步地,所述保健饮品中各种成份及各种成份的质量百分比为:荷花叶11份、胡萝卜3份、茉莉花13份、山药4份、山楂3份、甜味剂9份、稳定剂0.04份以及去离子水100份。
进一步地,所述甜味剂为红糖。
一种所述的保健饮品的生产方法包括以下步骤:
(1)加温浸泡:分别取新鲜的荷花叶、胡萝卜、山药以及山楂,加入温水50~60℃保温3~5小时;
(2)挤压提汁:将(1)中所述的浸泡后的荷花叶、胡萝卜、山药以及山楂沥去水分,用榨汁机榨出汁液;再将茉莉花在65~75℃中浸泡50~70分钟,得茉莉花汁;
(3)加酶去涩:在(2)中所述的汁液中加入0.1~0.3份果胶酶去涩,26~30℃保温24小时;再将茉莉花汁和去涩后的汁液混合均匀;
(4)过滤净化:将步骤(3)中所述的混合后的液体用100目筛过滤;
(5)调配再滤:将甜味剂和稳定剂加入到去离子水中,得水溶液,再将该水溶液加入到步骤(4)中所述的汁液中,搅拌均匀,用100目筛过滤,得半成品;
(6)杀菌:将步骤(5)中所述的半成品在105℃灭菌;
(7)冷却,包装,得所述保健饮品。
进一步地,步骤(3)所述果胶酶加入的量为0.2份。
进一步地,步骤(6)所述的灭菌时间为30分钟。
本发明提供了一种保健饮品及该保健饮品的生产方法,其主要具有以下两点有益效果:
(1)本发明所述的保健饮品对人体具有保健作用,营养搭配合理,味道可口,且具有温中暖胃、清热去火的功能;
(2)该保健饮品的生产方法没有浓缩液过程,方法简化,成本低廉,营养成分和药用成分损失小,具有一定的应用前景。
具体实施方式
本发明实施例所述的一种保健饮品,该保健饮品中各种成份及各种成份的质量百分比为:荷花叶8~12份、胡萝卜2~4份、茉莉花10~15份、山药3-5份、山楂2~4份、甜味剂8~10份、稳定剂0.03~0.05份以及去离子水80~120份;该保健饮品中各种成份及各种成份的质量百分比优选为:荷花叶11份、胡萝卜3份、茉莉花13份、山药4份、山楂3份、甜味剂9份、稳定剂0.04份以及去离子水100份。进一步地,所述甜味剂优选为红糖。
该保健饮品的生产方法包括以下步骤:
(1)加温浸泡:分别取新鲜的荷花叶、胡萝卜、山药以及山楂,加入温水50~60℃保温3~5小时;

实施例
分别取新鲜的荷花叶11份、胡萝卜3份、山药4份以及山楂3份,加入水温为50~60℃的水浸泡4小时;将浸泡后的荷花叶、胡萝卜、山药以及山楂沥去水分,用榨汁机榨出汁液;再将茉莉花13份在65~75℃中浸泡60分钟,得茉莉花汁;在上述的汁液中加入0.2份果胶酶进行去涩,再在26~30℃保温24小时;然后将茉莉花汁和去涩后的汁液混合均匀;将上述混合后的液体用100目筛过滤;再将红糖9份和稳定剂0.04份加入到100份的去离子水中,得水溶液,再将该水溶液加入到上述液体中,搅拌均匀,用100目筛过滤,得半成品;将该半成品在105℃灭菌,该灭菌时间优选为30分钟;最后冷却、包装,得本发明所述的保健饮品。

1.一种保健饮品,其特征在于:所述保健饮品中各种成份及各种成份的质量百分比为:荷花叶8~12份、胡萝卜2~4份、茉莉花10~15份、山药3~5份、山楂2~4份、甜味剂8~10份、稳定剂0.03~0.05份以及去离子水80~120份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健饮品,其特征在于:所述保健饮品中各种成份及各种成份的质量百分比为:荷花叶11份、胡萝卜3份、茉莉花13份、山药4份、山楂3份、甜味剂9份、稳定剂0.04份以及去离子水100份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保健饮品,其特征在于:所述甜味剂为红糖。
4.一种根据权利要求1或2所述的保健饮品的生产方法,其特征在于:所述保健饮品的生产方法包括以下步骤:
(1)加温浸泡:分别取新鲜的荷花叶、胡萝卜、山药以及山楂,加入温水50~60℃保温3~5小时;
(2)挤压提汁:将(1)中所述的浸泡后的荷花叶、胡萝卜、山药以及山楂沥去水分,用榨汁机榨出汁液;再将茉莉花在65~75℃中浸泡50~70分钟,得茉莉花汁;
