本发明公开了一种生津补脾的山药,是由下述重量份的原料制成:山药200-220、黄豆7-8、玫瑰果1-2、无花果2-3、红枣1-2、乌梅2-3、茯苓1-2、黄精1-2、桂皮1-2、棒棒草1-2、鸡骨草1-2;本发明用多种具有生津、补脾功效的中药炮制山药,使其生津补脾的功效得到突出,并且显著增强,让山药吸收含有中药成分的豆浆,使得山药不易折断,营养保健价值更高,口感更独特。

本发明涉及一种中药炮制品,尤其涉及一种生津补脾的山药及其制备方法。
背景技术
山药具有补脾养胃、生津益肺、补肾涩精的功效,但单一的山药功效并不突出显著,已经不能满足人们的需要,本发明用具有生津、补脾功效的中药炮制山药,使其生津补脾的功效显著增强。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种生津补脾的山药及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种生津补脾的山药,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
山药200-220、黄豆7-8、玫瑰果1-2、无花果2-3、红枣1-2、乌梅2-3、茯苓1-2、黄精1-2、桂皮1-2、棒棒草1-2、鸡骨草1-2。
一种生津补脾的山药炮制方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜山药去须根洗净,切成厚度为3-4mm的圆片,晒干后备用;
(2)将黄豆用25-30℃的温水浸泡8-10小时,捞出冲洗干净沥干,将新鲜玫瑰果去蒂洗净,与沥干的黄豆混合,送入磨浆机中,加入7-8倍温水进行磨浆,离心分离去渣,得到生豆浆;
(3)将无花果、红枣、乌梅等剩余中药原料粉碎,与上述生豆浆混合,在65-70℃下保温40-50分钟,再加热煮沸18-20分钟,过滤,得到滤液;
(4)将上述晒干的山药片与滤液混合,小火焖润至基本吸干,取出山药片,在70-75℃下烘干,至含水量为8-10%即可,冷却,密封包装,即得成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明用多种具有生津、补脾功效的中药炮制山药,使其生津补脾的功效得到突出,同时,多味中药炮制,具有小复方的效果,对于病情不太严重的情况,直接使用单味药即有效果,扩大了使用范围。让山药吸收含有中药成分的豆浆,使得山药不易折断,营养保健价值更高,口感更独特。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种生津补脾的山药,是由下述重量份(斤)的原料制成:
山药220、黄豆8、玫瑰果2、无花果3、红枣2、乌梅3、茯苓2、黄精2、桂皮2、棒棒草2、鸡骨草2。
一种生津补脾的山药炮制方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜山药去须根洗净,切成厚度为3mm的圆片,晒干后备用;
(2)将黄豆用30℃的温水浸泡8小时,捞出冲洗干净沥干,将新鲜玫瑰果去蒂洗净,与沥干的黄豆混合,送入磨浆机中,加入7倍温水进行磨浆,离心分离去渣,得到生豆浆;
(3)将无花果、红枣、乌梅等剩余中药原料粉碎,与上述生豆浆混合,在65℃下保温50分钟,再加热煮沸20分钟,过滤,得到滤液;
(4)将上述晒干的山药片与滤液混合,小火焖润至基本吸干,取出山药片,在70℃下烘干,至含水量为10%即可,冷却,密封包装,即得成品。

1.一种生津补脾的山药,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
山药200-220、黄豆7-8、玫瑰果1-2、无花果2-3、红枣1-2、乌梅2-3、茯苓1-2、黄精1-2、桂皮1-2、棒棒草1-2、鸡骨草1-2。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的生津补脾的山药炮制方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜山药去须根洗净,切成厚度为3-4mm的圆片,晒干后备用;
(2)将黄豆用25-30℃的温水浸泡8-10小时,捞出冲洗干净沥干,将新鲜玫瑰果去蒂洗净,与沥干的黄豆混合,送入磨浆机中,加入7-8倍温水进行磨浆,离心分离去渣,得到生豆浆;
(3)将无花果、红枣、乌梅等剩余中药原料粉碎,与上述生豆浆混合,在65-70℃下保温40-50分钟,再加热煮沸18-20分钟,过滤,得到滤液;
(4)将上述晒干的山药片与滤液混合,小火焖润至基本吸干,取出山药片,在70-75℃下烘干,至含水量为8-10%即可,冷却,密封包装,即得成品。
