本发明公开了一种阿胶糕的制备方法,由以下重量份数的原料组成:阿胶400~600克、黄酒400~600克、大枣200~300克、核桃仁400~600克、黑芝麻400~600克、黑枣200‑300克,蜂蜜45~60克、黑糖40‑60克,当归10~20克、白芍10~20克、熟地10~20克、黄芪25~35克、党参25~35克、甘草25~35克、清水500~700克,本发明以阿胶,黄酒,大枣,核桃仁,黑芝麻,蜂蜜,当归,白芍,熟地,黄芪,党参,甘草多种原料配伍,无副作用,可以补血养颜养血、滋阴润燥,延缓衰老,尤其适合十八岁以上女性食用,可起到有效的保健作用。本发明制备的阿胶糕无需添加任何防腐剂,制作工艺简单、方便,能实现自动化流水线生产,生产效率高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及食品领域,具体涉及一种适用于成年妇女食用的阿胶糕的制备方法。
背景技术
阿胶含有明胶原、骨胶原、蛋白质以多种微量元素,多种氨基酸等,这些都是人体营养重要物质,对于成年妇女,阿胶可以用于因血虚、血瘀和血热引起的月经不调,有利血调经作用,阿胶可补阴血,通过补血而滋润皮肤,利于皮肤保健。长期服用可使脸色红润,肌肤细嫩,有光泽,是滋养皮肤,美容养颜之佳品。但是,长期单一的服用阿胶,往往会带来人体其他的一些副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述问题的不足,提供一种采用多种原材料搭配,无副作用,有效起到保健作用的阿胶糕的制备方法。
为达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种阿胶糕,由以下重量份数的原料组成:
阿胶400~600克、黄酒400~600克、大枣200~300克、核桃仁400~600克、黑芝麻400~600克、黑枣200-300克,蜂蜜45~60克、黑糖40-60克,当归10~20克、白芍10~20克、熟地10~20克、黄芪25~35克、党参25~35克、甘草25~35克、清水500~700克。
其优选的原料重量配比为:
阿胶500克、黄酒500克、大枣250克、核桃仁500克、黑芝麻500克、黑枣250克、蜂蜜50克、黑糖50克、当归15克、白芍15克、熟地15克、黄芪30克、党参30克、甘草30克、清水600克。
其制备方法为:
1)、取上述原料中的材料,按照重量配比,将当归、白芍、熟地、黄芪、党参、甘草、阿胶、大枣磨粉,备用;
2)、将阿胶用黄酒浸泡3小时后,加入清水,再加入蜂蜜、黑枣、黑糖和步骤1)制备的剩余材料,混合后再泡3小时,备用;
3)、将步骤2)获得的泡制原料上大火烧开,小火熬制50分钟,倒入黑芝麻、核桃仁,搅匀,倒入盒中成型;
4)、将步聚3)制备的原料,晾凉,切片,形成阿胶糕成品。
下面对本发明所采用的主要原料的性能进行简要分析:
阿胶:滋阴补血,安胎,治血虚,吐血,衄血,便血,虚劳咳嗽,妇女月经不调,崩中,胎漏,现代药理研究阿胶由胶原及其部分水解物所构成,水解产生多种氨基酸,具有疗吐血,衄血,血淋,尿血,肠风下痢,女人血枯,经水不调,无子,崩中带下,胎前产后诸疾,男女一切风病,骨节酸痛,水气浮肿,虚劳咳嗽喘息,腰腹四肢酸痛等疾。
黄酒:富含氨基酸,功能性低聚糖,B族维生素,能通血脉,厚肠胃,润皮肤,散温气,养脾气,护肝,除风下气,能活血利小便。
大枣:作用为补脾和胃,益气生津,调营卫,解药毒,主治:心悸怔忡,妇人脏燥。现代药理研究,大枣含有蛋白质,糖类,有机酸,维生素A、维生素B2、C、钙、磷、铁等成份,有保护肝脏,增强肌力和增加体重之功效。
核桃仁:主治补肾助阳,强腰漆,温肺定喘,润肠通便,治肾亏腰痛,肺虚久咳,气喘,大便秘结,脑空头胀,健忘倦怠,食欲不振,腰漆酸软,现在药理研究其含有脂肪、蛋折质、胡萝卜素、硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸、钾及丰富的氨基酸等营养物质。
黑芝麻:主治补肾、润五脏。治肝肾不足,虚风眩晕,风痹,瘫痪,大便燥结,病后虚赢,须发早白,妇人乳少。现代药理研究其脂肪油含有油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、花生酸、廿四酸、廿二酸等甘油脂,芝麻素、芝麻酚、素生素E等。
蜂蜜:护肤美容、抗菌消炎、促进组织再生、促进消化、提高免疫力、促进长寿、改善睡眠、保肝作用、抗疲劳、促进儿童生长发育、保护心血管、润肺止咳等。
当归:主治补血和血,调经止痛,润燥滑肠,治月经不调,经闭腹痛,血虚头痛,眩晕,痿痹疮疡,跌打损伤,现在药理研究当归含有挥发油,主要成份有亚丁基苯酞,邻羧基苯正戊酮等,含有多量蔗糖、维生素A类物质、VB12、棕榈酸、硬脂酸,肉豆莞酸及不饱和油酸,亚油酸,对治疗肌肉关节疼痛及神经痛,慢性气管炎,慢性盆腔炎,月经病,高血压,带状疱疹等效果显著。
白芍:具有养血调经,敛阴止汗,柔肝止痛,平抑肝阳的作用,用于血虚萎黄,月经不调,自汗,盗汗,肋痛,腹痛,四肢挛痛,头痛眩晕。
熟地:主治滋阴补血,益精填髓,治阴虚血少,腰漆痿弱,劳咳骨蒸,遗精,崩漏,月经不调,消渴溲数,耳鸣耳聋,目昏,具有填骨髓,长肌肉,生精血,补五脏,内伤不足,通血脉,利耳目,黑须发作用,疗男子五劳七伤,女子伤中胞漏等疾。现代药理研究其含有益母草甙,地黄甙,地黄素,焦地黄素,氨基酸等。
黄芪:具有益气固表,利水消肿,托毒生肌,治自汗,盗汗,血痹浮肿,痈疸不溃或溃久不敛,内伤劳倦,气虚血脱,及一切气衰血虚之症,现代药理研究黄茋含有黄酮类化合物,皂甙,微量叶酸,胆碱及氨基酸,槲皮素等,有较显著的利尿作用,通过血管扩张实现降压,对正常心脏有加强其收缩的作用,对因中毒或疲劳而陷于衰竭的心脏强心作用更加显著,具有提高及促进机体免疫功能,促进抗体合成,可保护肝脏,使血清蛋白增加,总蛋白降低等。
党参:具有补气、养血的功效。治气血两虚,气短心悸,疲倦乏力,面色苍白,头昏眼花,胃口不好,大便稀软之症,用于平素倦怠乏力、精神不振、语音低沉、自觉气短、稍一活动就喘促的肺气虚弱者及脾胃气虚,四肢无力,食欲不振,大便稀溏的人。
甘草:补脾益气,清热解毒,袪痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1、本发明以阿胶,黄酒,大枣,核桃仁,黑芝麻,蜂蜜,当归,白芍,熟地,黄氏,党参,甘草多种原料配伍,无副作用,可以补血养颜养血、滋阴润燥,延缓衰老,尤其适合十八岁以上女性食用,可起到有效的保健作用。
2、本发明无需添加任何防腐剂,制作工艺简单、方便,能实现自动化流水线生产,生产效率高。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例1:
按以下重量份数取各组分:
阿胶400、黄酒400克、大枣200克、核桃仁400克、黑芝麻400克、黑枣200克,蜂蜜45克、黑糖40克,当归10克、白芍10克、熟地10克、黄芪25克、党参25克、甘草25克、清水500克。
本实施例的制备方法为:
1)、按上述原料中的材料,按照重量配比,将当归10克、白芍10克、熟地10克、黄芪25克、党参25克、甘草25克、阿胶400克、大枣200克磨粉,备用;
2)、将阿胶用黄酒浸泡3小时后,加入清水500克,再加入蜂蜜45克、黑枣200克、黑糖40克和步骤1)制备的剩余材料,混合后再泡3小时,备用;
3)、将步骤2)获得的泡制原料上大火烧开,小火熬制50分钟,倒入黑芝麻400克、核桃仁400克,搅匀,倒入盒中成型;
4)、将步聚3)制备的原料,晾凉,切片,即成阿胶糕成品。
本实施例制备的阿胶糕在2℃的保鲜环境下,保质期为30天。
实施例2:
按以下重量份数取各组分:
阿胶500克、黄酒500克、大枣250克、核桃仁500克、黑芝麻500克、黑枣250克、蜂蜜50克、黑糖50克、当归15克、白芍15克、熟地15克、黄芪30克、党参30克、甘草30克、清水600克。
本实施例的制备方法为:
1)、按上述原料中的材料,按照重量配比,将当归15克、白芍15克、熟地15克、黄芪30克、党参30克、甘草30克、阿胶500克、大枣250克磨粉,备用;
2)、将阿胶用黄酒浸泡3小时后,加入清水600克,再加入蜂蜜50克、黑枣250克、黑糖50克和步骤1)制备的剩余材料,混合后再泡3小时,备用;
3)、将步骤2)获得的泡制原料上大火烧开,小火熬制50分钟,倒入黑芝麻500克、核桃仁500克,搅匀,倒入盒中成型;
4)、将步聚3)制备的原料,晾凉,切片,即成阿胶糕成品。
本实施例制备的阿胶糕在2℃的保鲜环境下,保质期为30天。
实施例3:
按以下重量份数取各组分:
阿胶600克、黄酒600克、大枣300克、核桃仁600克、黑芝麻600克、黑枣300克,蜂蜜60克、黑糖60克,当归20克、白芍20克、熟地20克、黄芪35克、党参35克、甘草35克、清水700克。
本实施例的制备方法为:
1)、按上述原料中的材料,按照重量配比,将当归20克、白芍20克、熟地20克、黄芪35克、党参35克、甘草35克、阿胶600克、大枣300克磨粉,备用;
2)、将阿胶用黄酒浸泡3小时后,加入清水700,再加入蜂蜜60克、黑枣300克、黑糖60克和步骤1)制备的剩余材料,混合后再泡3小时,备用;
3)、将步骤2获得的泡制原料上大火烧开,小火熬制50分钟,倒入黑芝麻600克、核桃仁600克,搅匀,倒入盒中成型;
4)、将步聚3)制备的原料,晾凉,切片,即成阿胶糕成品。
本发明中所用的阿胶,也可以为阿胶块。
本实施例制备的阿胶糕在2℃的保鲜环境下,保质期为30天。

Claims (1)
1.一种阿胶糕的制备方法,其特征在于,阿胶糕由以下重量份数的原料制成:
阿胶400克、黄酒400克、大枣200克、核桃仁400克、黑芝麻400克、黑枣200克,蜂蜜45克、黑糖40克,当归10克、白芍10克、熟地10克、黄芪25克、党参25克、甘草25克、清水500克;
1)、取上述原料中的材料,按照重量配比,将当归、白芍、熟地、黄芪、党参、甘草、阿胶、大枣磨粉,备用;
2)、将阿胶用黄酒浸泡3小时后,加入清水,再加入蜂蜜、黑枣、黑糖和步骤1)制备的剩余材料,混合后再泡3小时,备用;
3)、将步骤2)获得的泡制原料上大火烧开,小火熬制50分钟,倒入黑芝麻、核桃仁,搅匀,倒入盒中成型;
4)、将步聚3)制备的原料,晾凉,切片,形成阿胶糕成品。
