本发明公开了一种鱼籽面条,由下列重量份的原料制成:绿豆40-50、燕麦50-60、玉米淀粉30-40、鱼籽20-30、虾仁15-20、仙人掌20-30、胡萝卜20-30、当归1-2、玫瑰花1-3、含笑花1-2、追风伞1-2、食品添加剂1-2、水适量;本发明的面条,采用绿豆、燕麦、玉米淀粉作为主原料,绿豆清热除火、生津止渴、养胃、改善血液循环、利尿消肿的作用。燕麦性温、味甘、具有健脾、益气、补虚、止汗、养胃、增强人的体力、延年益寿、美容、润肠的功效。鱼籽中含有多种维生素,多吃鱼籽,有利于促进发育、增强体质、健脑等作用。仙人掌具有清热解毒、舒筋活络、散瘀消肿、解肠毒、凉血止痛、润肠止血、健胃止痛、镇咳的作用。

本发明涉及一种食品及其工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种鱼籽面条及其制备方法。
背景技术
    食疗起源于中国,有着源远流长的历史。不少饮食在不知不觉中享受药食同源。在我们的日常饮食中,除供应必需的营养物质外,还会因食物的性能作用或多或少的对身体平衡和生理功能产生有利或不利的影响。所以正确合理的调配饮食,坚持下去,会起到很好的效果。将具有保健作用的食材与药材作为作为食材添加到面条的制备中,制得的面条不仅味道可口、具有营养价值,又具有一定得保健疗效。本发明的面条是一种兼有药物功效和食品美味的特殊美食。
发明内容
本发明弥补了现有技术的不足,提供一种鱼籽面条及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
面条由下列重量份的原料制成:绿豆40-50、燕麦50-60、玉米淀粉30-40、鱼籽20-30、虾仁15-20、仙人掌20-30、胡萝卜20-30、当归1-2、玫瑰花1-3、含笑花1-2、追风伞1-2、食品添加剂1-2、水适量;
所述食品添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:红薯淀粉40-50、花生20-30、海参15-20、羊栖菜20-25、树头菜20-25、滁菊8-12、绞股蓝5-6、草寇4-5、丰花草3-4、假茼蒿5-6、龙利叶3-4、谷芽4-5、手掌参5-6、小米汤10-12、水适量;制备方法是将花生炒熟放入炒锅中炒香,研磨成粉;将绞股蓝、草寇、丰花草、假茼蒿、龙利叶、谷芽、手掌参加入适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;取海参肉加入煎煮液中中火煮沸后打磨成浆液;将羊栖菜、树头菜、滁菊烘干,研磨成粉,得混合粉;将所得的花生粉、浆液、混合粉以及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
所述面条的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将仙人掌、胡萝卜洗净取其果肉,放入打汁机中打汁,滤掉沉渣,得蔬菜汁;
(2)将绿豆、燕麦放入水中浸泡20-24小时,取出后用步骤1的蔬菜汁研磨成浆,得混合浆,备用;
(3)将当归、玫瑰花、含笑花、追风伞加入适量水中文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;
(4)将虾仁烘干后用步骤3的煎煮液混合后放入研磨机中研磨成浆,得中药虾仁浆,备用;
(5)将鱼籽放入蒸笼中蒸熟,与步骤2的混合浆、步骤4的中药虾仁浆、玉米淀粉以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀,调制成面团,再加工成面条,即可。
本发明的有益效果:

称取下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:绿豆45、燕麦55、玉米淀粉35、鱼籽25、虾仁17、仙人掌26、胡萝卜25、当归1、玫瑰花2、含笑花1、追风伞2、食品添加剂1、水适量;
所述食品添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:红薯淀粉45、花生25、海参17、羊栖菜22、树头菜22、滁菊10、绞股蓝5、草寇4、丰花草3、假茼蒿6、龙利叶3、谷芽5、手掌参5、小米汤11、水适量;制备方法是将花生炒熟放入炒锅中炒香,研磨成粉;将绞股蓝、草寇、丰花草、假茼蒿、龙利叶、谷芽、手掌参加入适量水文火煎煮1.5小时,过滤得煎煮液;取海参肉加入煎煮液中中火煮沸后打磨成浆液;将羊栖菜、树头菜、滁菊烘干,研磨成粉,得混合粉;将所得的花生粉、浆液、混合粉以及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌25分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
所述面条的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将仙人掌、胡萝卜洗净取其果肉,放入打汁机中打汁,滤掉沉渣,得蔬菜汁;
(2)将绿豆、燕麦放入水中浸泡22小时,取出后用步骤1的蔬菜汁研磨成浆,得混合浆,备用;
(3)将当归、玫瑰花、含笑花、追风伞加入适量水中文火煎煮1.5小时,过滤得煎煮液;
(4)将虾仁烘干后用步骤3的煎煮液混合后放入研磨机中研磨成浆,得中药虾仁浆,备用;
(5)将鱼籽放入蒸笼中蒸熟,与步骤2的混合浆、步骤4的中药虾仁浆、玉米淀粉以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀,调制成面团,再加工成面条,即可。

1.一种鱼籽面条,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:绿豆40-50、燕麦50-60、玉米淀粉30-40、鱼籽20-30、虾仁15-20、仙人掌20-30、胡萝卜20-30、当归1-2、玫瑰花1-3、含笑花1-2、追风伞1-2、食品添加剂1-2、水适量;
所述食品添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:红薯淀粉40-50、花生20-30、海参15-20、羊栖菜20-25、树头菜20-25、滁菊8-12、绞股蓝5-6、草寇4-5、丰花草3-4、假茼蒿5-6、龙利叶3-4、谷芽4-5、手掌参5-6、小米汤10-12、水适量;制备方法是将花生炒熟放入炒锅中炒香,研磨成粉;将绞股蓝、草寇、丰花草、假茼蒿、龙利叶、谷芽、手掌参加入适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;取海参肉加入煎煮液中中火煮沸后打磨成浆液;将羊栖菜、树头菜、滁菊烘干,研磨成粉,得混合粉;将所得的花生粉、浆液、混合粉以及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
2.根据权利要求书1所述鱼籽面条,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
