本发明公开了一种紫米兰香子年糕,是由下述重量份的原料制成:糯米100-120、紫米20-30、兰香子10-14、金银花6-8、薄荷叶8-10、白芷1-2、女贞子3-4、茯苓2-3、黄瓜香1-2、罗勒2-3、云木香1-2、桂枝1-2、奶粉15-20、白糖10-15、抹茶粉5-7、薏仁油4-5、营养液2-3;本发明将紫米、兰香子、薏仁油添加到糯米年糕中,不但营养均衡丰富,更容易人体消化吸收,成品年糕质地细腻、香甜糯软、富有嚼劲、美味可口,具有养胃消食、滋阴补肾、健脾暖肝、排毒减肥的功效。

本发明涉及一种保健年糕,尤其涉及一种紫米兰香子年糕及其制备方法。
背景技术
年糕是一种传统美食,是用黏性大的米或米粉蒸熟制成,其主要成分为淀粉和水,过于单一,并且不易消化,保健功能不显著,为此本发明提供一种多口味、富有口感、营养均衡、保健功能突出的年糕食品。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种紫米兰香子年糕及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种紫米兰香子年糕,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
糯米100-120、紫米20-30、兰香子10-14、金银花6-8、薄荷叶8-10、白芷1-2、女贞子3-4、茯苓2-3、黄瓜香1-2、罗勒2-3、云木香1-2、桂枝1-2、奶粉15-20、白糖10-15、抹茶粉5-7、薏仁油4-5、营养液2-3;
所述营养液是由下述重量比的原料制成:三七花:制首乌:乌梅=1:1:3-4。
一种紫米兰香子年糕制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将三七花、制首乌清洗干净,送入蒸锅,文火蒸制10-15分钟,取出与去核的乌梅混合,加入1-2倍新鲜椰肉磨成浆,得到营养液;
(2)将糯米、紫米淘洗干净,用含有1-2%小苏打的水溶液浸泡6-7小时,水磨制浆,压滤脱水,得到米粉;
(3)将兰香子拣杂洗净后沥干,文火翻炒至熟香,得到熟兰香子,将新鲜金银花、薄荷叶清洗干净,用沸水漂烫20-30秒,再冷冻干燥,得到冻干粉;
(4)将白芷、女贞子、茯苓等中药原料混合粉碎,加入7-8倍清水,煮沸后小火煎煮50-60分钟,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(5)将上述营养液、米粉、熟兰香子、冻干粉、中药粉与剩余全部原料混合均匀,送入蒸锅蒸熟,取出送入年糕成型机中挤压成型,灭菌包装,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明将紫米、兰香子、薏仁油添加到糯米年糕中,不但营养均衡丰富,更容易人体消化吸收,成品年糕质地细腻、香甜糯软、富有嚼劲、美味可口,具有养胃消食、滋阴补肾、健脾暖肝、排毒减肥的功效。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种紫米兰香子年糕,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
糯米120、紫米30、兰香子14、金银花8、薄荷叶10、白芷2、女贞子4、茯苓3、黄瓜香2、罗勒3、云木香2、桂枝2、奶粉20、白糖15、抹茶粉7、薏仁油5、营养液3;
所述营养液是由下述重量比的原料制成:三七花:制首乌:乌梅=1:1:4。
一种紫米兰香子年糕制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将三七花、制首乌清洗干净,送入蒸锅,文火蒸制15分钟,取出与去核的乌梅混合,加入1倍新鲜椰肉磨成浆,得到营养液;
(2)将糯米、紫米淘洗干净,用含有1%小苏打的水溶液浸泡7小时,水磨制浆,压滤脱水,得到米粉;
(3)将兰香子拣杂洗净后沥干,文火翻炒至熟香,得到熟兰香子,将新鲜金银花、薄荷叶清洗干净,用沸水漂烫30秒,再冷冻干燥,得到冻干粉;
(4)将白芷、女贞子、茯苓等中药原料混合粉碎,加入8倍清水,煮沸后小火煎煮60分钟,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(5)将上述营养液、米粉、熟兰香子、冻干粉、中药粉与剩余全部原料混合均匀,送入蒸锅蒸熟,取出送入年糕成型机中挤压成型,灭菌包装,得到成品。
Claims (2)
1.一种紫米兰香子年糕,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
糯米100-120、紫米20-30、兰香子10-14、金银花6-8、薄荷叶8-10、白芷1-2、女贞子3-4、茯苓2-3、黄瓜香1-2、罗勒2-3、云木香1-2、桂枝1-2、奶粉15-20、白糖10-15、抹茶粉5-7、薏仁油4-5、营养液2-3;
所述营养液是由下述重量比的原料制成:三七花:制首乌:乌梅=1:1:3-4。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的紫米兰香子年糕制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将三七花、制首乌清洗干净,送入蒸锅,文火蒸制10-15分钟,取出与去核的乌梅混合,加入1-2倍新鲜椰肉磨成浆,得到营养液;
(2)将糯米、紫米淘洗干净,用含有1-2%小苏打的水溶液浸泡6-7小时,水磨制浆,压滤脱水,得到米粉;
(3)将兰香子拣杂洗净后沥干,文火翻炒至熟香,得到熟兰香子,将新鲜金银花、薄荷叶清洗干净,用沸水漂烫20-30秒,再冷冻干燥,得到冻干粉;
