本发明的目的在于提供一种海鲜油茶,将海产品的风味和营养融入其中。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种海鲜油茶,所述海鲜油茶是由下列重量百分组成的原料制成的:
虾粉3-10%,深海鱼粉5-10%,核桃仁4-6%,花生仁4-6%,芝麻4-6%,腰果2-4%,杏仁1-3%,火麻油1-3%,食盐2-6%,调料1-3%,其余为小麦粉。
所述调味为花椒、大香、肉桂、丁香、胡椒、良姜、生姜、茴香、桔子皮、草寇、荜拨中的一种或几种的组合。
本发明采用传统工艺,选用营养丰富的海产品和优质小麦精粉为原料,配以核桃仁、花生仁、杏仁、芝麻、腰果、火麻油和多种纯天然调料,经科学配方精制而成,含有多种氨基酸、蛋白质、维生素和铁、锌、钙等微量元素,长期食用具有增强人体免疫力、强身健体、抗衰老的作用。
