油茶是我国民间一种深受人们喜爱的传统小吃,既经济又实惠,又具有较高的营养价值,且口感非常好。然而,目前市场上所销售的油茶虽然有一定的营养价值,但多是普通口味,无法满足广大消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种风味油茶,将金华火腿和豆制品的风味和营养融入其中。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种风味油茶,所述风味油茶是由下列重量百分组成的原料制成的:
金华火腿丁3-10%,豆干丁5-10%,核桃仁4-6%,花生仁4-6%,芝麻4-6%,腰果2-4%,杏仁1-3%,火麻油1-3%,食盐2-6%,调料1-3%,其余为小麦粉。
所述调味为花椒、大香、肉桂、丁香、胡椒、良姜、生姜、茴香、桔子皮、草寇、荜拨中的一种或几种的组合。
本发明采用传统工艺,选用金华火腿丁以及豆干丁和优质小麦精粉为原料,配以核桃仁、花生仁、杏仁、芝麻、腰果、火麻油和多种纯天然调料,经科学配方精制而成,含有多种氨基酸、蛋白质、维生素和铁、锌、钙等微量元素,风味独特。
