本发明公开了一种健脾养胃的休闲饮品,是由下述重量份的原料制成:葡萄30-40、草莓20-30、杨梅10-15、玉米粒15-20、大豆20-30、斑竹根6-8、黄皮果2-3、茯苓1-2、罗勒1-2、土木香1-2、砂仁1-2、佛手2-3、鸡骨草1-2、桂皮1-2、麦芽糖浆30-40、兰香子8-10、椰汁适量;本发明将多种具有健脾养胃、生津止渴、美容护肤、清热解毒的原料加入到饮品中,在享受其冰凉爽口口感的同时避免其对人体的伤害,将中药提取液冷冻成小冰块,不但降低了苦涩味,更使得饮品冰凉爽口。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种休闲饮品,尤其涉及一种健脾养胃的休闲饮品及其制备方法。
背景技术
炎热夏季,人们喜爱享用各种冰凉爽口、香甜四溢的休闲饮品,但食用太多容易伤胃;本发明在饮品中添加多种健脾养胃的原料来降低其对人体的伤害。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种健脾养胃的休闲饮品及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种健脾养胃的休闲饮品,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
葡萄30-40、草莓20-30、杨梅10-15、玉米粒15-20、大豆20-30、斑竹根6-8、黄皮果2-3、茯苓1-2、罗勒1-2、土木香1-2、砂仁1-2、佛手2-3、鸡骨草1-2、桂皮1-2、麦芽糖浆30-40、兰香子8-10、椰汁适量。
一种健脾养胃的休闲饮品制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将葡萄、草莓、杨梅用淡盐水浸泡30-40分钟,去蒂洗净,破碎打浆,得到果浆,加入浆重1-2%的果胶酶,在30-35℃下酶解2-3小时,灭酶后离心分离,得到酶解液;
(2)将大豆、玉米粒用温水浸泡7-8小时,捞出用清水冲洗至无浆,送入磨浆机中,加入7-8倍椰汁进行磨浆,过滤得到生豆浆,加入麦芽糖浆和粉碎的斑竹根,小火煮沸20-25分钟,离心分离,得到豆浆;
(3)将兰香子拣杂洗净,文火翻炒至熟香,得到熟兰香子,将黄皮果、茯苓、罗勒等中药原料混合粉碎,加入6-7倍椰汁,文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤,滤液注入模具中,冷冻成小冰块;
(4)将上述酶解液、豆浆、熟兰香子混合后均质,冷却至8-10℃,加入上述小冰块搅拌均匀即可饮用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明将多种具有健脾养胃、生津止渴、美容护肤、清热解毒的原料加入到饮品中,在享受其冰凉爽口口感的同时避免其对人体的伤害,将中药提取液冷冻成小冰块,不但降低了苦涩味,更使得饮品冰凉爽口。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种健脾养胃的休闲饮品,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
葡萄30、草莓20、杨梅10、玉米粒15、大豆20、斑竹根6、黄皮果2、茯苓1、罗勒1、土木香1、砂仁1、佛手2、鸡骨草1、桂皮1、麦芽糖浆30、兰香子8、椰汁适量。
一种健脾养胃的休闲饮品制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将葡萄、草莓、杨梅用淡盐水浸泡30分钟,去蒂洗净,破碎打浆,得到果浆,加入浆重1%的果胶酶,在35℃下酶解2小时,灭酶后离心分离,得到酶解液;
(2)将大豆、玉米粒用温水浸泡8小时,捞出用清水冲洗至无浆,送入磨浆机中,加入7倍椰汁进行磨浆,过滤得到生豆浆,加入麦芽糖浆和粉碎的斑竹根,小火煮沸20分钟,离心分离,得到豆浆;
(3)将兰香子拣杂洗净,文火翻炒至熟香,得到熟兰香子,将黄皮果、茯苓、罗勒等中药原料混合粉碎,加入6倍椰汁,文火煎煮40分钟,过滤,滤液注入模具中,冷冻成小冰块;
(4)将上述酶解液、豆浆、熟兰香子混合后均质,冷却至8℃,加入上述小冰块搅拌均匀即可饮用。
Claims (2)
1.一种健脾养胃的休闲饮品,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
葡萄30-40、草莓20-30、杨梅10-15、玉米粒15-20、大豆20-30、斑竹根6-8、黄皮果2-3、茯苓1-2、罗勒1-2、土木香1-2、砂仁1-2、佛手2-3、鸡骨草1-2、桂皮1-2、麦芽糖浆30-40、兰香子8-10、椰汁适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的健脾养胃的休闲饮品制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将葡萄、草莓、杨梅用淡盐水浸泡30-40分钟,去蒂洗净,破碎打浆,得到果浆,加入浆重1-2%的果胶酶,在30-35℃下酶解2-3小时,灭酶后离心分离,得到酶解液;
(2)将大豆、玉米粒用温水浸泡7-8小时,捞出用清水冲洗至无浆,送入磨浆机中,加入7-8倍椰汁进行磨浆,过滤得到生豆浆,加入麦芽糖浆和粉碎的斑竹根,小火煮沸20-25分钟,离心分离,得到豆浆;
(3)将兰香子拣杂洗净,文火翻炒至熟香,得到熟兰香子,将黄皮果、茯苓、罗勒等中药原料混合粉碎,加入6-7倍椰汁,文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤,滤液注入模具中,冷冻成小冰块;
