本发明公开了一种健脾养胃保健饮品及其制备方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:草莓30-40、桃金娘10-18、刺五加25-40、杏鲍菇6-12、大豆8-15、苦荞粉8-12、红花2-3、丝瓜藤2-3、玉竹2-3、荜茇根1-2、人参须1-2、灰叶根1-2、白术2-3、陈皮2-3、南豆花1-2、橄榄叶2-3、百合2-3、米酒20-30、适量水;本发明健脾养胃保健饮品,融合果酒醇香,口感甘甜润口,原料成分多元,营养丰富协调,有益人体健康;配方含有大豆、苦荞成分,具有健脾宽中、润肠通便的功效,米酒能开胃提神、滋阴补肾,同时增加具有消食化积、舒筋健脾、清热排毒等功效作用的中药成分,具有健脾养胃的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮品,尤其涉及一种健脾养胃保健饮品及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上饮料品种繁多,因其风味各异,饮用方便,而受大众喜爱,但由于原料成分的单一,限制其营养保健价值,长期饮用不利人体健康,本发明提供一种保健饮品,具有健脾养胃的功能。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种健脾养胃保健饮品及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种健脾养胃保健饮品,由下述重量份的原料制成:
草莓30-40、桃金娘10-18、刺五加25-40、杏鲍菇6-12、大豆8-15、苦荞粉8-12、红花2-3、丝瓜藤2-3、玉竹2-3、荜茇根1-2、人参须1-2、灰叶根1-2、白术2-3、陈皮2-3、南豆花1-2、橄榄叶2-3、百合2-3、米酒20-30、适量水。
所述的健脾养胃保健饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将红花、丝瓜藤、玉竹、荜茇根、人参须等中药原料合并破碎至40-50目,加破碎颗粒的8-14倍水煮沸后熬煮1-2小时,过100-120目筛,得保健液;
(2)、将大豆除杂后,在20-25℃清水中浸泡4-8小时,捞出后冲洗干净沥干,与保健液一起磨制成浆,将苦荞粉炒制熟香,加5-9倍水煮沸后加入磨浆,文火煮制0.5-1.5小时,离心过滤,得营养液;
(3)、将草莓、桃金娘、刺五加、杏鲍菇分别除杂洗净破碎打浆,液渣分离,滤液待用,滤渣加1-2倍水煮沸5-10分钟,冷却至常温与米酒混匀,密封静置5-7天,过滤去渣,得果香米酒;
(4)、将营养液、果香米酒、步骤(3)滤液搅拌均匀,煮至80-90℃保温20-40分钟,冷却即得。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种健脾养胃保健饮品,由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
草莓40、桃金娘18、刺五加30、杏鲍菇12、大豆15、苦荞粉12、红花2、丝瓜藤3、玉竹2、荜茇根2、人参须1、灰叶根1、白术2、陈皮2、南豆花1、橄榄叶2、百合2、米酒30、适量水。
所述的健脾养胃保健饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将红花、丝瓜藤、玉竹、荜茇根、人参须等中药原料合并破碎至50目,加破碎颗粒的12倍水煮沸后熬煮3小时,过120目筛,得保健液;
(2)、将大豆除杂后,在25℃清水中浸泡6小时,捞出后冲洗干净沥干,与保健液一起磨制成浆,将苦荞粉炒制熟香,加8倍水煮沸后加入磨浆,文火煮制1.5小时,离心过滤,得营养液;
(3)、将草莓、桃金娘、刺五加、杏鲍菇分别除杂洗净破碎打浆,液渣分离,滤液待用,滤渣加2倍水煮沸10分钟,冷却至常温与米酒混匀,密封静置5-7天,过滤去渣,得果香米酒;
(4)、将营养液、果香米酒、步骤(3)滤液搅拌均匀,煮至88℃保温25分钟,冷却即得。

1.一种健脾养胃保健饮品,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
草莓30-40、桃金娘10-18、刺五加25-40、杏鲍菇6-12、大豆8-15、苦荞粉8-12、红花2-3、丝瓜藤2-3、玉竹2-3、荜茇根1-2、人参须1-2、灰叶根1-2、白术2-3、陈皮2-3、南豆花1-2、橄榄叶2-3、百合2-3、米酒20-30、适量水。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的健脾养胃保健饮品的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将红花、丝瓜藤、玉竹、荜茇根、人参须等中药原料合并破碎至40-50目,加破碎颗粒的8-14倍水煮沸后熬煮1-2小时,过100-120目筛,得保健液;
(2)、将大豆除杂后,在20-25℃清水中浸泡4-8小时,捞出后冲洗干净沥干,与保健液一起磨制成浆,将苦荞粉炒制熟香,加5-9倍水煮沸后加入磨浆,文火煮制0.5-1.5小时,离心过滤,得营养液;
(3)、将草莓、桃金娘、刺五加、杏鲍菇分别除杂洗净破碎打浆,液渣分离,滤液待用,滤渣加1-2倍水煮沸5-10分钟,冷却至常温与米酒混匀,密封静置5-7天,过滤去渣,得果香米酒;
(4)、将营养液、果香米酒、步骤(3)滤液搅拌均匀,煮至80-90℃保温20-40分钟,冷却即得。
