本发明涉及一种保健饮料,更确切地说,是一种养护肠胃的保健饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
人体与自然界的气候变化息息相关,特别是胃肠道与外界气候变化的关系则更为密切。六淫之邪侵袭胃肠,经脉气血无以输布,脏腑功能受遏,从而导致各种胃肠病的发生。现代医学也认为,过度精神刺激,忧郁焦虑等精神因素,使大脑皮质兴奋与抑制过程的平衡失调,自主神经功能紊乱,导致胃肠壁血管痉挛收缩,胃肠黏膜缺血,营养不良,日久则发生炎性病变。
现代社会生活节奏快,一些人生活不规律加之精神压力大慢慢患上了肠胃疾病,如果是慢性肠胃疾病不但要就医治疗而且日常生活中更要加强对肠胃的养护,不然药物治疗效果不佳还会引起病情的反复。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种养护肠胃的保健饮料及其制备方法。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种养护肠胃的保健饮料,由如下重量份的原料制成:
黄小米20-25份,铁棍山药10-12份,桂花蜂蜜5-8份,银耳4-6份,绿豆8-12份,红皮花生米12-15份,木瓜8-12份,桂圆6-10份,菠萝4-6份,芒果7-10份,雪梨5-8份,菠菜16-20份,苋菜10-12份,观音菜6-10份,生姜汁7-10份,中药助剂10-13份,水适量。
所述中药助剂由如下重量份的原料制成:
甘草10-12份,沙参6-8份,薏米15-20份,白术8-10份,黄精4-6份,莲子5-7份,芡实3-5份,土茯苓6-8份。
所述中药助剂的制备方法为:
将以上原料切碎后用纱布包好,放入40-50℃的温水中浸泡1-1.5小时,然后用锅将水烧开后放入中药包,用小火煎熬50-60分钟,自然冷却后过滤得煎液,然后将煎液用文火浓缩至浸膏,将浸膏高温烘焙后进行研磨,所得粉末即为中药助剂。
所述养护肠胃的保健饮料的制备方法,包含如下步骤:

③将菠菜、苋菜、观音菜用盐水洗净沥干,切碎后上蒸笼,在65-70℃下蒸15-20分钟,自然冷却后与1倍量的水一起加入粉碎机打成浆,滤去渣料后得菜汁溶液;
④将步骤②③制得的果汁和菜汁加入步骤①制得的混合液中,再加入生姜汁和中药助剂,充分混合后杀菌装罐,即得。

将以上原料切碎后用纱布包好,放入40℃的温水中浸泡1.5小时,然后用锅将水烧开后放入中药包,用小火煎熬50分钟,自然冷却后过滤得煎液,然后将煎液用文火浓缩至浸膏,将浸膏高温烘焙后进行研磨,所得粉末即为中药助剂。

黄小米20-25份,铁棍山药10-12份,桂花蜂蜜5-8份,银耳4-6份,绿豆8-12份,红皮花生米12-15份,木瓜8-12份,桂圆6-10份,菠萝4-6份,芒果7-10份,雪梨5-8份,菠菜16-20份,苋菜10-12份,观音菜6-10份,生姜汁7-10份,中药助剂10-13份,水适量;
所述中药助剂由如下重量份的原料制成:
