背景技术
粽子,又称“角黍”、“筒粽”,是端午节汉族的传统节日食品,由粽叶包裹糯米蒸制而成,传说是为纪念屈原而流传的,是中国历史上文化积淀最深厚的传统食品。在北方,以枣子粽子居多,南方则大多为豆沙、鲜肉做为馅料的居多。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种玉米莲子粽子的加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种玉米莲子粽子的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)在每1000份水中,加入以下质量份的原料:大蓟2-3、山药1-2、山楂1-3、马齿苋2-3、茯苓2-3、丹参2-4、八宝茶1-1.5、八仙草0.8-1.2,加热提取,得保健液;
(2)将玉米粒精选后,加入玉米量3-4倍的保健液,加热煮20-25分钟;莲子去壳后,放入锅中,炒至出香;糯米淘洗干净后,用保健液浸泡5-7小时;
(3)将玉米和莲子按10-15:1的比例混合,加入其总量一半的熬化的白糖中,搅拌均匀,制得馅料;
(4)将糯米与馅料按15-20:3-5的比例,用粽叶包好,制得粽子,然后放入锅中煮熟,即得。

一种玉米莲子粽子的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)在每1000份(g)水中,加入以下质量份的原料:大蓟3、山药2、山楂 2、马齿苋3、茯苓3、丹参2、八宝茶1.2、八仙草1,加热提取,得保健液;
(2)将玉米粒精选后,加入玉米量3-4倍的保健液,加热煮25分钟;莲子去壳后,放入锅中,炒至出香;糯米淘洗干净后,用保健液浸泡6小时;
(3)将玉米和莲子按12:1的比例混合,加入其总量一半的熬化的白糖中,搅拌均匀,制得馅料;
(4)将糯米与馅料按15:4的比例,用粽叶包好,制得粽子,然后放入锅中煮熟,即得。

1.一种玉米莲子粽子的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:

(2)将玉米粒精选后,加入玉米量3-4倍的保健液,加热煮20-25分钟;莲子去壳后,放入锅中,炒至出香;糯米淘洗干净后,用保健液浸泡5-7小时;
