背景技术
如今,学生视力下降在国内早已成为普遍现象。《2010年国民体质报告》显示,2008—2009学年度,北京市中小学生视力不良检出率为59.09%,视力不良检出率随年级的升高而上升。2008年上海共检查102万多名中小学生视力,其中超过半数视力不良,而高中学生每10人中有8人视力不良。
另外,办公室白领易发生干眼症,整天目不转睛的盯着屏幕,被各种各样的excel表格和PPT模板包围,经常感到视疲劳?重影、模糊?夜间视力变差?视力下降?长时间阅读头疼?……大多数办公室白领或多或少都会有这种状况,尤其是长期配戴隐形眼镜的人,如今在工作和生活中都离不开电脑。一些白领发现,长期使用电脑很容易造成视力下降,这就需要在平时通过补充维生素、胡萝卜素等来达到补充眼睛营养的目的。
而在如今快节奏的生活环境中,方便食品越来越受到人们欢迎,尤其是工作、学业繁忙的白领和学生,没空做饭,而一般的方便主食,如方便面、方便饭食等,远不能达到人们所需的营养,尤其是蛋白质、胡萝卜素和维生素等,造成营养不良。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述现状,而提供一种食用方便、能保护眼睛的速食汤。
本发明所述的一种护眼速食汤及其制作工艺,其特征在于:所述汤料采用了如下制作工艺。
(1)按所述汤料的配方及重量比,挑选、称取优质里脊肉100-150kg、胡萝卜10-16kg、菠菜10-16kg、鸡蛋6-10kg、紫菜2-3kg、黄豆2-3kg、大枣2-3kg、枸杞2-3kg、虾皮1-1.5kg、色拉油3-5kg、鱼肝油1-1.5kg、大蒜1-1.5kg、生姜3-5kg、葱3-5kg、料酒2-3kg、酱油2-3kg、精盐1-1.5kg、白糖0.6-1.0kg、味精0.6-1.0kg、黑胡椒0.6-1.0kg。
(2)将胡萝卜洗净切成片,将菠菜洗净切成段,将紫菜、枸杞、虾皮洗净,将大蒜、生姜洗净切成片,将葱洗净切成段。
(3)将上述里脊肉洗净,入开水中烫去血水,捞出沥干,加工成片状,加入酱油2-3kg、大蒜片0.5-0.75kg、生姜片1.5-2.5kg、葱段1.5-2.5kg、料酒2-3kg,浸渍20-30分钟,备用。
(4)将上述鸡蛋打入容器内,加入0.1-0.2kg的精盐调匀,备用。
(5)将上述黄豆、大枣洗净后用水泡发,备用。
(6)在加热容器内放入色拉油3-5kg、大蒜片0.5-0.75kg、生姜片1.5-2.5kg、葱段1.5-2.5kg,炒出香味后加入水300-500kg,再放入上述黄豆、大枣、枸杞、虾皮,一起加热。
(7)待煮开后,加入胡萝卜片、菠菜、鸡蛋、紫菜、里脊肉片以及精盐0.9-1.3kg、白糖0.8-1.2kg、黑胡椒0.6-1.0kg,再用大火加热3-5分钟。
(8)待上述汤料煮开后撇去浮沫,放入味精和鱼肝油,搅拌煮1-2分钟即可。
(9)将上述汤料杀菌后,搅拌均匀,按每袋500g进行分装、封口,传输至速冻隧道,在零下40℃的环境中,速冻至中心温度达到零下l8℃以下,检验装箱入库,即为成品,届时加热即可食用。
本发明所述的速食汤中,其主要原料的营养成分及功能如下。
上述猪里脊肉含有优质蛋白质以及人体全部必需氨基酸;富含铁,能生成人体血液中红细胞,同时含有丰富的维生素B1和较多的维生素B2,对脂肪合成和分解有重要作用,能滋补肝肾、益血明目、滋阴润燥。猪里脊肉味甘咸、性平,入脾、胃、肾经,主治热病伤津、消渴羸瘦、肾虚体弱、产后血虚、滋阴润燥、滋肝阴、润肌肤、利二便和止消渴。
上述胡萝卜中富含维生素A对保持眼睛健康至关重要,缺乏维生素A会引起夜盲症,另外其内含抗氧化的β胡萝卜素,有益眼睛健康。同时胡萝卜富含糖类、脂肪、挥发油、胡萝卜素、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、花青素、钙、铁等营养成分。其所含的某些成分,如槲皮素、山奈酚能增加冠状动脉血流量,降低血脂、促进肾上腺素的合成,还有降压、强心作用,是高血压、冠心病患者的食疗佳品。
胡萝卜性味甘平,生者性凉,能清热解毒,润肠通便;熟食性平偏温、健胃消食、止泻、养肝明目。胡萝卜含丰富的维生素、糖、氨基酸等成分,素有“小人参”之称。据现代医学研究,胡萝卜中的木质素,有提高机体抗癌能力和消灭癌细胞的作用,所含丰富的果酸(10%)有利于糖脂代谢,有明显降低血糖的作用。
上述菠菜能预防眼部疾病,菠菜中含有一种被称作叶黄素的类胡萝卜素,能够预防白内障和视网膜黄斑变性疾病。菠菜茎叶柔软滑嫩、味美色鲜,含有丰富维生素C、胡萝卜素、蛋白质、纤维素,以及铁、钙、磷等矿物质。

上述虾皮含钙丰富,素有“钙的仓库”之称,钙是骨骼的主要构成成分,也是巩膜的主要构成成分。钙的含量较高对增强巩膜的坚韧性起主要作用。虾皮营养丰富,是物美价廉的补钙佳品。据文献记载,虾皮还具有开胃、化痰等功效,具有丰富的蛋白质和矿物质,虾皮还有镇定作用,常用来治疗神经衰弱、植物神经功能紊乱等症。

实施例3:本实施例所述的护眼速食汤,其特征在于:所述汤料的配方为:里脊肉110kg、胡萝卜13kg、菠菜12kg、鸡蛋9kg、紫菜2.2kg、黄豆2.2kg、大枣2.8kg、枸杞2.8kg、虾皮1.4kg、色拉油3.5kg、鱼肝油1.2kg、大蒜1.4kg、生姜3.8kg、葱3.3kg、料酒2.5kg、酱油2.6kg、精盐1.2kg、白糖0.7kg、鸡精0.8kg、黑胡椒0.7kg,其加工制作方法同实施例1。
本发明所述的一种护眼速食汤及其制作工艺,已经通过上述实施例进行了说明,但应当理解的是,上述实施例只是用于举例和说明的目的,而非意在将本发明限制于所描述的实施例范围内。此外本领域技术人员可以理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述实施例,根据本发明的教导还可以做出更多种的变型和修改,这些变型和修改均落在本发明所要求保护的范围以内。本发明的保护范围由附属的权利要求书及其等效范围所界定。
Claims (4)
1.一种护眼速食汤及其制作工艺,其特征在于:所述汤料采用了如下制作工艺:
(1)按所述汤料的配方及重量比,挑选、称取优质里脊肉100-150kg、胡萝卜10-16kg、菠菜10-16kg、鸡蛋6-10kg、紫菜2-3kg、黄豆2-3kg、大枣2-3kg、枸杞2-3kg、虾皮1-1.5kg、色拉油3-5kg、鱼肝油1-1.5kg、大蒜1-1.5kg、生姜3-5kg、葱3-5kg、料酒2-3kg、酱油2-3kg、精盐1-1.5kg、白糖0.6-1.0kg、味精0.6-1.0kg、黑胡椒0.6-1.0kg;
(2)将胡萝卜洗净切成片,将菠菜洗净切成段,将紫菜、枸杞、虾皮洗净,将大蒜、生姜洗净切成片,将葱洗净切成段;
(3)将上述里脊肉洗净,入开水中烫去血水,捞出沥干,加工成片状,加入酱油2-3kg、大蒜片0.5-0.75kg、生姜片1.5-2.5kg、葱段1.5-2.5kg、料酒2-3kg,浸渍20-30分钟,备用;
(4)将上述鸡蛋打入容器内,加入0.1-0.2kg的精盐调匀,备用;
(5)将上述黄豆、大枣洗净后用水泡发,备用;
(6)在加热容器内放入色拉油3-5kg、大蒜片0.5-0.75kg、生姜片1.5-2.5kg、葱段1.5-2.5kg,炒出香味后加入水300-500kg,再放入上述黄豆、大枣、枸杞、虾皮,一起加热;
(7)待煮开后,加入胡萝卜片、菠菜、鸡蛋、紫菜、里脊肉片以及精盐0.9-1.3kg、白糖0.8-1.2kg、黑胡椒0.6-1.0kg,再用大火加热3-5分钟;
(8)待上述汤料煮开后撇去浮沫,放入味精和鱼肝油,搅拌煮1-2分钟即可;
(9)将上述汤料杀菌后,搅拌均匀,按每袋500g进行分装、封口,传输至速冻隧道,在零下40℃的环境中,速冻至中心温度达到零下l8℃以下,检验装箱入库,即为成品,届时加热即可食用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的护眼速食汤,其特征在于:所述里脊肉为猪里脊肉,其加工的厚度≤5mm,所述葱为小葱,所述味精可替换成鸡精。
3.根据权利要求1所述的护眼速食汤,其特征在于:所述汤料的配方为:里脊肉110-140kg、胡萝卜12-14kg、菠菜12-14kg、鸡蛋7-9kg、紫菜2.2-2.8kg、黄豆2.2-2.8kg、大枣2.2-2.8kg、枸杞2.2-2.8kg、虾皮1.1-1.4kg、色拉油3.5-4.5kg、鱼肝油1.1-1.4kg、大蒜1.1-1.4kg、生姜3.5-4.5kg、葱3.5-4.5kg、料酒2.2-2.8kg、酱油2.2-2.8kg、精盐1.1-1.4kg、白糖0.7-0.9kg、味精0.7-0.9kg、黑胡椒0.7-0.9kg。
4.根据权利要求1所述的护眼速食汤,其特征在于:所述汤料的配方为:里脊肉125kg、胡萝卜13kg、菠菜13kg、鸡蛋8kg、紫菜2.5kg、黄豆2.5kg、大枣2.5kg、枸杞2.5kg、虾皮1.25kg、色拉油4kg、鱼肝油1.25kg、大蒜1.25kg、生姜4kg、葱4kg、料酒2.5kg、酱油2.5kg、精盐1.25kg、白糖0.8kg、味精0.8kg、黑胡椒0.8kg。
