本发明提供一种时蔬豆浆汤配方及其制作方法,解决现有减肥药物带来副作用,减肥效果不明显的问题。
本发明通过以下技术方案解决上述问题:
一种时蔬豆浆汤配方及其制作方法,本配方由以下重量份的原料组成:黄豆30-40份,水40-50份,胡萝卜20-30份,香菇10-15份,橄榄油5-10份,芦笋10-15份,西兰花10-15份,玉米5-10份,黑胡椒5-10份,盐5-10份。
所述的黄豆洗净,加水浸泡3小时,放入榨汁机榨出汁。
所述的胡萝卜洗净,切丁。
所述的香菇洗净,切片。
所述的芦笋洗净,切片。
所述的西兰花洗净,切碎。
所述的玉米为甜玉米,洗净,剥粒。
所述的一种时蔬豆浆汤配方及其制作方法,其制作方法如下:
(1)将黄豆洗净,加水浸泡3小时,放入榨汁机中榨出汁。
(2)把步骤一材料过滤掉豆渣,煮沸。
(3)将胡萝卜、香菇倒入适量橄榄油炒3分钟。
(4)把步骤二所得的豆浆与步骤三材料相结合。
(5)将芦笋、西兰花、玉米粒放入开水中煮3分钟。
(6)将步骤五材料与步骤四材料相结合煮沸后再煮3分钟。
(7)最后把适量的盐和黑胡椒放入步骤六材料即可出锅。
黄豆是大豆中的一种,是主要的粮、油、菜、饲料兼作物之一,富含多种维生素及矿物质。黄豆被人们美誉为“豆中之王”。大豆含有丰富的蛋白质,含有多种人体必需的氨基酸,可以提高人体免疫力,大豆中含有一种抑制胰酶的物质,对糖尿病有治疗作用。大豆所含的皂甙有明显的降血脂作用,同时,可抑制体重增加,大豆异黄酮是一种结构与雌激素相似,具有雌激素活性的植物性雌激素,能够减轻女性更年期综合征症状、延迟女性细胞衰老、使皮肤保持弹性、养颜、减少骨丢失,促进骨生成、降血脂等。
胡萝卜性温味甘,性平,颜色艳丽,嫩脆多汁,味道鲜美,甘甜可口,营养丰富,被人们称为“小人参”,胡萝卜中植物纤维含量很高,具有很强的吸水性,进食胡萝卜后这些植物纤维在胃肠道内吸水膨胀,增加饱腹感,减少机体对其他食物的进食量,同时纤维素还能促进胃肠道的蠕动,促进排便,减少食物在胃肠道中的停留时间,减少机体对食物中脂肪的吸收,有一定的减肥效果。胡萝卜中还含有木质素,能增强机体内吞噬细胞的活性,提高吞噬细胞的识别、吞噬能力,预防各种感染类疾病,及预防癌症的发生;胡萝卜含抗氧化剂胡萝卜素,皮肤中抗氧化剂浓度高的人,皱纹明显比皮肤中抗氧化剂浓度低的人少。
香菇又名冬菇,香菇性寒、味微苦,是一种食用真菌,富含碳水化合物、粗纤维、灰分、钙、磷、铁、维生素、维生素等物质,营养价值高,是不可多得的保健食品之一。香菇的水提取物对过氧化氢有清除作用,对体内的过氧化氢有一定的消除作用。香菇还有利肝益胃的功效,香菇菌盖部分含有双链结构的核糖核酸,进入人体后,会产生具有抗癌作用的干扰素。香菇中所含微量元素及丰富的维生都是美容养颜、护发养发的好原料。能促进血液循环,抑制黑色素,滋养皮肤,可使肌肤红润光泽而更富有弹性,是健美中的佳品。
芦笋又名"荻笋"、"南荻笋",为百合科植物石刁柏的嫩芽。芦笋味甘、性寒,归肺、胃经;有清热解毒,生津利水的功效。它天赐野成,营养丰富,风味独特,集天然野生和绿色有机等特点于一体,有"蔬菜之王"的美称,芦笋富含多种氨基酸、蛋白质和维生素,其含量均高于一般水果和菜蔬,特别是芦笋中的天冬酰胺和微量元素硒、钼、铬、锰等,具有调节机体代谢,提高身体免疫力的功效,在对高血压、心脏病、白血病、血癌、水肿、膀胱炎等的预防和治疗中,具有很强的抑制作用和药理效应。祛燥养生又防癌、保护血管又降脂、清口解腻又减肥。
西兰花是一种秋冬蔬菜,营养成分,不仅含量高,而且十分全面,主要包括蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂肪、矿物质、维生素C和胡萝卜素等。味甘性平,有清热润肺的功效。菜花的维生素C含量极高,不但有利于人的生长发育,更重要的是能提高人体免疫功能,促进肝脏解毒,增强人的体质,增加抗病能力,提高人体机体免疫功能。尤其是在防治胃癌、乳腺癌方面效果尤佳,研究表明,患胃癌时人体血清硒的水平明显下降,胃液中的维生素C的浓度也显著低于正常人,而菜花不但能给人补充一定量的硒和维生素C,同时也能供给丰富的胡萝卜素,起到阻止癌前病变细胞形成的作用,抑制癌肿生长。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:该时蔬豆浆汤制作简单,成本低廉,绿色健康,风味独特,营养丰富,没有致癌物质,本发明所使用的原材料新鲜绿色,还能起到美容美白,清热解毒,降低脂肪的功效。

具体实施例三:黄豆33份,水42份,胡萝卜22份,香菇12份,橄榄油7份,芦笋12份,西兰花12份,玉米7份,黑胡椒7份,盐7份。
具体实施例四:黄豆33份,水43份,胡萝卜23份,香菇13份,橄榄油8份,芦笋13份,西兰花13份,玉米8份,黑胡椒8份,盐8份。
具体实施例五:黄豆34份,水44份,胡萝卜24份,香菇14份,橄榄油9份,芦笋14份,西兰花14份,玉米9份,黑胡椒9份,盐9份。
具体实施例六:黄豆35份,水45份,胡萝卜25份,香菇15份,橄榄油10份,芦笋15份,西兰花15份,玉米10份,黑胡椒10份,盐10份。

1.一种时蔬豆浆汤配方及其制作方法,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料组成:黄豆30-40份,水40-50份,胡萝卜20-30份,香菇10-15份,橄榄油5-10份,芦笋10-15份,西兰花10-15份,玉米5-10份,黑胡椒5-10份,盐5-10份。
2.一种时蔬豆浆汤配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的黄豆洗净,加水浸泡3小时,放入榨汁机榨出汁。
3.一种时蔬豆浆汤配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的胡萝卜洗净,切丁。
4.一种时蔬豆浆汤配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的香菇洗净,切片。
5.一种时蔬豆浆汤配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的芦笋洗净,切片。
6.一种时蔬豆浆汤配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的西兰花洗净,切碎。
7.一种时蔬豆浆汤配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的玉米为甜玉米,洗净,剥粒。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种时蔬豆浆汤配方及其制作方法,其制作方法如下:
(1)将黄豆洗净,加水浸泡3小时,放入榨汁机中榨出汁。
(2)把步骤一材料过滤掉豆渣,煮沸。
(3)将胡萝卜、香菇倒入适量橄榄油炒3分钟。
(4)把步骤二所得的豆浆与步骤三材料相结合。
(5)将芦笋、西兰花、玉米粒放入开水中煮3分钟。
(6)将步骤五材料与步骤四材料相结合煮沸后再煮3分钟。
(7)最后把适量的盐和黑胡椒放入步骤六材料即可出锅。
