本发明公开了一种果味型固体饮料,由麦芽糊精、γ-氨基丁酸、果粉、食用香精、甜味剂、酸度调节剂、维生素C、矿物质组成。本发明口味独特,便于携带,且制作简单,方便运输及储存,因添加了γ-氨基丁酸的缘故,本发明产品定会受到工作繁忙、学习压力大、想美容或减肥人士的青睐。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种固体饮料,更具体涉及一种含有γ-氨基丁酸的果味型固体饮料。
背景技术
随着人们消费观念的转变以及国内固体饮料企业的精耕细作,由于果味型固体饮料方便、快捷、品类繁多的特点,受到越来越多消费者的追捧。
γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)是一种天然活性成分,广泛分布于动植物体内。在哺乳动物体内GABA是一种抑制性神经递质,介导40%以上的抑制性神经信号,具有极其重要的生理功能,它能促进脑的活化性,健脑益智,抗癫痫,促进睡眠,美容润肤,延缓脑衰老机能,降血压,促进肾机能改善和保护作用,抑制脂肪肝及肥胖症,活化肝功能等。2008年7月GABA取得美国食品医药管理局(FDA)GRAS认证。2009年9月27日,我国卫生部批准GABA为新资源食品。
市面上销售的固体饮料尚未发现添加GABA的类似产品,本发明通过添加GABA这种“功能因子”,是工作繁忙、学习压力大、想美容或减肥人士的首选,因此,本发明具有潜在的市场价值,具有一定的推广意义。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种口味独特、便于携带的果味型固体饮料,并且特别添加了γ-氨基丁酸。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种果味型固体饮料,其特征是:由下列重量百分比的成分组成:
麦芽糊精         85~90%
γ-氨基丁酸      0.5-5%
果粉             3~6%
食用香精         1.5~2.5%
甜味剂           0.10~0.35%
酸度调节剂       0.005~0.35%
维生素C         0.01~0.3%
矿物质           0.004~0.5%;
上述各组分用量之和为100%。
果粉可选橙果粉、香蕉果粉、柠檬果粉、荔枝果粉、芒果果粉、蜜桃果粉、菠萝果粉、葡萄果粉中的任意一种或几种。
所述香精是与所述果粉对应的香精,是橙香精、香蕉香精、柠檬香精、荔枝香精、芒果香精、蜜桃香精、菠萝香精或葡萄香精。
甜味剂为麦芽糖、甜蜜素、阿斯巴甜、白砂糖或葡萄糖浆。
酸度调节剂为柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠或苹果酸。
矿物质为柠檬酸钾、葡萄糖酸钾或葡萄糖酸锌,且柠檬酸钾用量为0.01-0.3%,葡萄糖酸钾用量为0.05-0.2%,葡萄糖酸锌用量为0.004-0.01%。
果粉是由新鲜水果经烘干、粉碎而制成的粉末,具有纯天然、营养成分更容易消化、吸收,口感更好的特点,并且可提供不同果味,增加产品类型。
γ-氨基丁酸由希氏乳杆菌发酵,离心获得菌体细胞后,以L-谷氨酸钠(味精)为原料,继续发酵制造而来;或采用市售产品。
食用香精可提高相应果味的味道,使口感更加纯正、味道更浓郁。
本发明口味独特,便于携带,且制作简单,方便运输及储存。
本发明中γ-氨基丁酸,2001年日本正式将其列为食品级,台湾在2005年将其列为食品,在美国和欧盟GABA已被广泛应用于食品。根据卫生部2009年第12号公告规定,GABA使用量为≤500mg/天。
γ-氨基丁酸是一种天然存在的功能性氨基酸,是中枢神经系统主要的抑制性神经递质,介导神经系统快速抑制作用。目前研究发现GABA主要有以下功能:
1、纾压作用,日本曾在最高、最长的奈良谷濑吊桥(高54公尺、长297公尺)进行人体试验,实验组吃1公克的GABA、对照组仅喝水,在横渡吊桥前、位于中间处及结束后,各采集一次唾液,测试唾液中CgA(嗜铬粒蛋白A Chromogranin A,当有精神压力时、会从唾液中所释放出的物质,压力愈大,量愈多)的变动,结果发现服用GABA的受测者,其CgA分泌量较对照组少,表示吃GABA确有纾压的效果。 
2、助睡眠功能,γ-氨基丁酸是中枢神经系统主要的抑制性神经递质,能够纾缓身心压力、放松心情、帮助入睡、提升睡眠品质,改善抑郁症和提高记忆力。
3.健脑功能,由于γ-氨基丁酸为谷氨酸的三羧酸循环提供了另外一种途径,所以能有效的改善脑血流通,增加氧的供给,促进脑的代谢功能,可用于治疗因脑中风、头部外伤后遗症、脑动脉硬化后遗症等产生的头痛、耳鸣、意识模糊等病症。
4.降压功能,γ-氨基丁酸能促进脑部血流,增加氧气供给,促进脑的代谢,另一方面作用于延髓的血管运动中枢,使血压下降,同时抑制抗利尿荷尔蒙激素的分泌,扩张血管,降低血压。
5.美容、减肥作用,γ-氨基丁酸能防止皮肤老化,防止动脉硬化、改善脂质代谢,在临床上可以作为改善脑动脉硬化引起的各种症状的药物使用,改善高血脂、防止肥胖。
麦芽糊精:
能保持原产品的特色和香味,使产品口感醇厚、细腻,味香浓郁,速溶效果极佳,抑制结晶析出。乳化效果好,载体作用明显。
甜味剂:
甜味剂可增加食品甜度,口感好,可改善食品口味、可口性。
矿物质:
矿物质是构成人体组织和维持正常生理功能必需的各种元素的总称,是人体必需的七大营养素之一,是构成机体组织的重要原料,也是维持机体酸碱平衡和正常渗透压的必要条件。
维生素C:
维生素C的主要作用是提高免疫力,预防癌症、心脏病、中风,保护牙齿和牙龈、使皮肤黑色素沉着减少,使皮肤白皙、预防病毒的传播。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种果味型固体饮料,由下列重量百分比的成分组成:
麦芽糊精         88.1%
γ-氨基丁酸      2.5%
橙果粉            6%
橙香精           2.5%
麦芽糖           0.35%
苹果酸          0.25%
维生素C         0.29%
柠檬酸钾         0.01%。
制备时:将各原料通过40目筛网进行筛分,以便得到颗粒较均一的原料,再进行混合,混合时,混粉机转速10-20r/min,混合时间5-25min。内包装2g/袋。
实施例2:
一种果味型固体饮料,由下列重量百分比的成分组成:
麦芽糊精         88.7%
γ-氨基丁酸      3%
芒果果粉           5.5%
芒果香精          2.1%
阿斯巴甜          0.1%
柠檬酸钠           0.3%
维生素C         0.2%
葡萄糖酸钾       0. 1%。
制备时:将各原料通过40目筛网进行筛分,以便得到颗粒较均一的原料,再进行混合,混合时,混粉机转速10-20r/min,混合时间5-25min。内包装2g/袋。
实施例3:
一种果味型固体饮料,由下列重量百分比的成分组成:
麦芽糊精         89%
γ-氨基丁酸      4.862%
香蕉果粉          3%
香蕉香精         2.5%
麦芽糖           0.32%
柠檬酸          0.01%
维生素C         0.3%
葡萄糖酸锌       0. 008%。
制备时:将各原料通过40目筛网进行筛分,以便得到颗粒较均一的原料,再进行混合,混合时,混粉机转速10-20r/min,混合时间5-25min。内包装2g/袋。

Claims (6)

1.一种果味型固体饮料,其特征是:由下列重量百分比的成分组成:
麦芽糊精         85~90%
γ-氨基丁酸      0.5-5%
果粉             3~6%
食用香精         1.5~2.5%
甜味剂           0.10~0.35%
酸度调节剂       0.005~0.35%
维生素C         0.01~0.3%
矿物质           0.004~0.5%;
上述各组分用量之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的果味型固体饮料,其特征是:果粉可选橙果粉、香蕉果粉、柠檬果粉、荔枝果粉、芒果果粉、蜜桃果粉、菠萝果粉、葡萄果粉中的任意一种或几种。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的果味型固体饮料,其特征是:所述香精是与所述果粉对应的香精,是橙香精、香蕉香精、柠檬香精、荔枝香精、芒果香精、蜜桃香精、菠萝香精或葡萄香精。
4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的果味型固体饮料,其特征是:甜味剂为麦芽糖、甜蜜素、阿斯巴甜、白砂糖或葡萄糖浆。
5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的果味型固体饮料,其特征是:酸度调节剂为柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠或苹果酸。
6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的果味型固体饮料,其特征是:矿物质为柠檬酸钾、葡萄糖酸钾或葡萄糖酸锌,且柠檬酸钾用量为0.01-0.3%,葡萄糖酸钾用量为0.05-0.2%,葡萄糖酸锌用量为0.004-0.01%。
