Abstract
本发明公开了一种改善睡眠的美容养颜果冻及其制作方法,该果冻由甜味剂、低聚果糖液、胶原蛋白肽、卡拉胶、γ‑氨基丁酸、魔芋胶、防腐剂、线叶金雀花、针叶樱桃粉、橄榄叶提取物、明胶和辅料制成。本发明提供的改善睡眠的美容养颜果冻,结合中医理论通过改善睡眠减轻肝脏负担,使机体加快新陈代谢;通过改善肠道平衡减少毒素积累;通过补充胶原蛋白肽,恢复皮肤弹性;植物成分可吸收促进剂,延缓机体衰老。发明所述的组分科学组合组分与组分之前除发挥该组分的功能外也可与其他组分协同作用,增强改善睡眠、美容养颜的效果。制成的果冻携带方便、口感良好,集休闲食品与美容食品为一体。

技术领域
本发明属于食品领域,尤其涉及一种改善睡眠的美容养颜果冻及其制作方法。
背景技术
当下自然环境日益恶劣,工作节奏加速,压力增加、睡眠不足、机体代谢功能迟缓等诸多因素成了亚健康的诱因、容颜的杀手。据研究机体睡眠时皮肤血管更开放;可生长激素分泌增加,可促进皮肤新生和修复,保持皮肤细嫩和有弹性;人体抗氧化酶活性更高,能更有效地清除体内自由基,保持皮肤年轻态。中医认为,“肝藏血”,如果肝脏无法休息,“肝气郁结,则血流不畅”,脸色自然容易变得干涩、粗糙、晦暗。
人类对美有着亘古不变的追求。从先秦的《黄帝内经》,到东晋的《肘后备急方》,再到明代《本草纲目》,均有大量关于美容的论述及组方。便于携带、口感舒适的美容食品应运而生,逐步发展成食品的一个重要分支。现有的美容食品种类繁多,然大部分组方单一、物料配比缺乏科学性、效果有限;传统中药验方使用繁琐、口感差。
果冻作为休闲食品起源于国外,其外观晶莹,色泽鲜艳,口感软滑,在休闲食品中独具优势,近年来呈现稳中有升的趋势,其总体市场规模已达到200亿。市场中有少数以果冻形式存在的功能食品。
中国专利申请CN 105380205A公开了一种瘦身紫薯果冻及其制备方法,该果冻由鱼胶粉、卡拉胶、魔芋粉、紫薯、洋葱、平菇、黄瓜、南瓜叶、金雀花、益母草、米粉、柠檬酸、甜味剂、植物油和水制成,其中的金雀花具有和血健脾的保健功效。
目前还未见兼具改善睡眠和美容养颜功效的果冻的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种具有改善睡眠的美容养颜果冻,该果冻含有多种植物成分,从改善睡眠质量、调解肠道平衡、延缓胶原蛋白肽降解、促进胶原蛋白肽吸收等方面协同作用达到美容养颜的效果。
本发明的目的之二在于提供上述果冻的制作方法。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:

所述胶原蛋白肽的平均分子量为300-600Da,胶原蛋白肽无需分解即可被人体吸收和利用。口服胶原蛋白肽可补充有益氨基酸,增强皮肤胶原活性,保持胶原纤维的完整,出具新陈代谢;可促进皮肤胶原纤维和透明质酸的合成,保持角质层水分并提高皮肤的含水量;可促进真皮层细胞增殖,提高细胞活性,有效提升肤质;其中所含的酪氨酸残基能够与皮肤总的酪氨酸酶活性中心结合,抑制黑色素产品,达到美白皮肤的效果。
所述针叶樱桃粉富含维生素C,每100克果粉中维生素C含量约为1600毫克。维生素C参与胶原蛋白合成过程中脯氨酸的羟化,起促进作用。同时维生素C还具备有抗氧化,抗自由基,从而达到美白,淡斑的功效。针叶樱桃粉与胶原蛋白肽协同作用增强美容养颜的效果。
所述橄榄叶提取物中所含的橄榄苦苷可以保护皮肤细胞不受紫外线的伤害,防止紫外线对皮肤膜脂质的分解,促进纤维细胞生成胶原蛋白,减少纤维细胞胶原酶的分泌,阻止细胞膜的抗聚糖反应,从而高度保护纤维细胞,自然抵御由氧化而导致肌肤的破坏,更免受UV紫外线伤害,有效维持肌肤柔嫩与弹性,达到扶肤、嫩肤的功效。
所述线叶金雀花含有丰富SOD,能促进胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白的合成,有利于改善肤质,能减缓氧化作用,有助于维持人体健康并延缓衰老,增强系统免疫能力。此外线叶金雀花不含咖啡因和草酸,有镇静中枢神经系统的效果,适合给有睡眠失常、失眠、神经紧张、轻微忧郁症及神经高度紧张等症状的人饮用,与γ-氨基丁酸共同作用改善睡眠质量。
所述低聚果糖液为一种水溶性膳食纤维,可以促进肠道双歧杆菌等益生菌生长,促进肠蠕动,软化粪便,使便秘改善。通过排便,排出体内毒素。
所述γ-氨基丁酸是一种天然活性成分,广泛分布于动植物体内,强神经抑制性氨基酸,具有镇静、催眠、抗惊厥、降血压的生理作用。在动物体内,GABA几乎只存在于神经组织中,其中脑组织中的含量大约为0.1-0.6mg/克组织,免疫学研究表明,其浓度最高的区域为大脑中黑质。它是抑制性神经递质(Inhibitory Neurotransmitter),可以抑制动物的活动,减少能量的消耗。氨基丁酸作用于动物细胞中的GABA受体,GABA受体是一个氯离子通道,GABA的抑制性或兴奋性是依赖于细胞膜内外的氯离子浓度的,GABA受体被激活后,导致氯离子通道开放,能增加细胞膜对氯离子通透性,使氯离子流入神经细胞内,引起细胞膜超极化,抑制神经细胞元激动,从而减少动物的运动量。其与线叶金雀花协同作用可改善睡眠质量进而达到美容养颜的效果。
所述的防腐剂为山梨酸钾、山梨酸或苯甲酸钠中的一种以上;
所述明胶为加工助剂,用于去除植物组分中的鞣酸,防止鞣酸在后续工艺中与胶原蛋白肽反应,影响终产品的感官。
所述的辅料包括纯净水;
所述的辅料还包括酸味调节剂和/或食用香精;
所述酸味调节剂的用量优选0.1-1.0份,食用香精的用量优选0.1-1.5份,纯净水的用量添加所有配料后补足100份;
所述的酸味调节剂优选柠檬酸和/或苹果酸。
上述果冻的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)针叶樱桃粉、橄榄叶提取物、线叶金雀花溶于20倍水中,充分搅拌使其均匀分散,加热至70℃,加入明胶,充分搅拌使溶解,静置1小时以上,取上清液,过400目滤网过滤;
2)将胶原蛋白肽、卡拉胶、魔芋胶与甜味剂混合均匀加入10倍水,加热至90-100℃,保持10分钟以上;
3)依次加入低聚果糖液、防腐剂搅拌均匀,待温度降至75℃加入溶解好的酸味调节剂、食用香精、γ-氨基丁酸;最后加入步骤1)的滤液,加纯净水定容;过120目筛网,备用。
4)溶液根据需要使用不同的包装材料包装,在一小时内完成灭菌,制得果冻;
步骤1)中,明胶与针叶樱桃粉、橄榄叶提取物、线叶金雀花合计数量保持重量比为1:1;此配比下可充分去除鞣酸与蛋白质反应引起的沉淀,且沉淀分层清晰,分离时间短,便于分离上清液。
步骤3)中,灭菌温度为80-85℃,灭菌时间为15分钟。
本发明相对于现有技术具有如下的优点及效果:
1、本发明提供的改善睡眠的美容养颜果冻,结合中医理论通过改善睡眠减轻肝脏负担,使机体加快新陈代谢;通过改善肠道平衡减少毒素积累;通过补充胶原蛋白肽,恢复皮肤弹性;植物成分可吸收促进剂,延缓机体衰老。发明所述的组分科学组合组分与组分之前除发挥该组分的功能外也可与其他组分协同作用,增强改善睡眠、美容养颜的效果。制成的果冻携带方便、口感良好,集休闲食品与美容食品为一体。
2、本发明提供的该组合物的制备方法中,针叶樱桃粉、橄榄叶提取物和线叶金雀花该三味组分预处理,经煮胶,去除鞣酸,控制组分的添加顺序,过滤,灭菌,有效保留了活性成分。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
一种改善睡眠的美容养颜果冻,包括按重量份计的以下组分:5.0份甜味剂、10.0份低聚果糖液、5.0份胶原蛋白肽、1.0份卡拉胶、0.1γ-氨基丁酸、0.5份魔芋胶、0.05份山梨酸钾、0.01份线叶金雀花、2.0份针叶樱桃粉、0.5份橄榄叶提取物、1.0份苹果酸、0.5份食用香精、2.51份加工助剂(明胶)、补足100份的纯化水。
该果冻的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)针叶樱桃粉、橄榄叶提取物、线叶金雀花溶于20倍水中,充分搅拌使其均匀分散,加热至70℃,加入明胶,充分搅拌使溶解,静置1小时以上,取上清液,过400目滤网过滤;
2)将胶原蛋白肽、卡拉胶、魔芋胶与甜味剂混合均匀加入10倍水,加热至90-100℃,保持10分钟以上;
3)依次加入低聚果糖液、山梨酸钾搅拌均匀,待温度降至75℃加入溶解好的酸味调节剂、食用香精、γ-氨基丁酸;最后加入步骤1)的滤液,加纯净水定容;过120目筛网,溶液备用。
4)溶液根据需要使用不同的包装材料包装,在一小时内完成灭菌,制得果冻;
所述实施例1制成可吸果冻。
所述卡拉胶与魔芋胶的比例为2:1,改比例可保证果冻软硬适中,易通过吸口吸入口腔。
实施例2
一种改善睡眠的美容养颜果冻,包括按重量份计的以下组分:25份甜味剂、1.0份低聚果糖液、10.0份胶原蛋白肽、3.0份卡拉胶、1.0γ-氨基丁酸、0.05份山梨酸钾、0.5份线叶金雀花、0.1份针叶樱桃粉、0.01橄榄叶提取物、1份柠檬酸、0.61份加工助剂(明胶)、1.0份食用香精、补足100份的纯化水。
所述实施例2制成果冻条。
实施例3
一种改善睡眠的美容养颜果冻,包括按重量份计的以下组分:20份甜味剂、5.0份低聚果糖液、6.0份胶原蛋白肽、1.0份卡拉胶、0.5γ-氨基丁酸、1.0份魔芋胶、0.05份山梨酸钾、0.4份线叶金雀花、1.0份针叶樱桃粉、0.01橄榄叶提取物、1份柠檬酸、1.41份加工助剂(明胶)、0.5份食用香精、补足100份的纯化水。
所述实施例3制成杯装果冻。
所述卡拉胶与魔芋胶比例为1:1,该比例下果冻可保持足够的韧性,方便是由小勺取食。
试验例1
改善睡眠试验
1.1试验动物:清洁级ICR健康雄性小鼠120只,体重18~22g。
1.2试验材料:实施例1、实施例2、实施例3制备的改善睡眠的美容养颜果冻样品;对比例1(实施例1去除γ-氨基丁酸制备的样品);对比例2(实施例1去除橄榄叶提取物制备的样品);市售果冻对照品。
1.3实验方法:将80只小鼠随机分为实施例1组、实施例2组、实施例3组、对比例1组、对比例2组和对照组,每组20只分笼居住,空腹后分别灌服实施例1、实施例2、实施例2制备的改善睡眠的美容养颜果冻样品;对比例1样品、对比例2样品、市售果冻对照品。连续灌服10天,每天2次,每次1g。末次喂养后空腹12小时,使各组小鼠自由活动,12小时后观察各组小鼠2小时内的入睡数量、连续睡眠时间;计算睡眠发生率(%)、平均连续睡眠时间。

由表1可以看出,与对照组相比,灌以本发明实施例1、实施例2、实施例3制得的改善睡眠美容养颜果冻的实施例1组、实施例2组、实施例3组的小鼠入睡发生率、连续睡眠时间明显优于对照组;与对比例相比表明γ-氨基丁酸对小鼠入睡率与连续睡眠时间起关键作用,实施例中的橄榄叶提取物起到协同作用,可以增加小鼠的入睡率和连续睡眠时间。
试验例2
皮肤改善试验
2.1试验人群:选取50名妇女(年龄在25-35岁之间)进行研究。
2.2试验材料:实施例1、实施例2、实施例3制备的改善睡眠的美容养颜果冻样品;对比例1(实施例1去除针叶樱桃粉、线叶金雀花、橄榄叶提取物制备的样品);对照组(同剂量的纯化水)
2.3试验方法:50名试验人员随即分成实施例1组、实施例2组、实施例3组、对比例组和对照组,每组10人。分别食用实施例1、实施例2、实施例2制备的改善睡眠的美容养颜果冻样品;对比例1样品、对照品。连续食用8周,每天2次,每次20g。每周观察皮肤感官变化,并使用皮肤水分测试仪测试皮肤含水率。

由表2可以看出,实施例组与对照组相比面部皮肤得到明显改善,实施例组与对比例组相比美白效果明显。
表3可以看出,实施例组与对照组相比,面部皮肤的含水率提升尤为明显,平均提升13.6%。实施例组与对比例组相比,皮肤含水率提升明显;对比例组与对照组相比服用8周后皮肤平均含水率高10.8%。
可见,本发明的线叶金雀花、针叶樱桃粉、橄榄叶提取物对产品起到协同和促进的效果。
实施例1-3提供的改善睡眠的美容养颜果冻,其建议的包装规格为20g/份,建议的食用量为成人每日2次,每次1个包装。实施例1-3提供了3种不同形态的改善睡眠的美容养颜果冻。
综上所述,本申请提供的改善睡眠的美容养颜果冻根据中医理论,通过改善睡眠养肝补血;通过低聚果糖液改善体内环境,通过胶原蛋白肽与植物组分的相互作用补充胶原蛋白;三者同时作用以事项改善睡眠、美容养颜的目的。

8.根据权利要求5所述的果冻,其特征在于:所述的酸味调节剂为柠檬酸和/或苹果酸。
9.权利要求1-8任一项所述果冻的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)针叶樱桃粉、橄榄叶提取物、线叶金雀花溶于20倍水中,充分搅拌使其均匀分散,加热至70℃,加入明胶,充分搅拌使溶解,静置1小时以上,取上清液,过400目滤网过滤;
2)将胶原蛋白肽、卡拉胶、魔芋胶与甜味剂混合均匀加入10倍水,加热至90-100℃,保持10分钟以上;
3)依次加入低聚果糖液、防腐剂搅拌均匀,待温度降至75℃加入溶解好的酸味调节剂、食用香精、γ-氨基丁酸;最后加入步骤1)的滤液,加纯净水定容;过120目筛网,备用。
4)溶液根据需要使用不同的包装材料包装,在一小时内完成灭菌,制得果冻。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中,明胶与针叶樱桃粉、橄榄叶提取物、线叶金雀花合计数量保持重量比为1:1。
