随着经济的发展,人们越来越关注身体的健康。雄蜂蛹因其富含多种营养物质,受到了许多消费者的喜爱。雄蜂蛹含有高蛋白、低脂肪、多种维生素和微量元素,尤其是维生素A的含量大大超过牛肉,蛋白质仅次于鱼肝油,而维生素D则超过鱼肝油10倍,其所含丰富的保幼激素和脱皮激素还具有抗癌作用。同时,经医学证明,雄蜂蛹含有几丁多糖,有显著抗衰老和抗细胞突变的作用,这点在李时珍的《本草纲目》中就有记载:蜂子(蜂蛹)"甘,平,微寒,无毒"……补虚羸,伤中,久服令人光泽,好颜色,不老,轻身益气等。

进一步其优选方案为所述的雄蜂蛹保健膏,其特征在于包括按照重量份数计的如下原料:雄蜂蛹冻干粉2.5~3.5份、天然成熟蜂蜜50~52份、番茄红素10.8~11.2份、红枣44~46份、破壁灵芝孢子粉0.6~0.7份、改性大豆磷脂1.2~1.4份、去离子水12~14份、山梨酸钾0.1~0.2份。

本发明还提供了雄蜂蛹保健膏的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将红枣去核,干燥,研磨成细粉,得到红枣粉;
(2)将天然成熟蜂蜜倒入融蜜箱中去除结晶,将其溶于去离子水后,然后依次向溶液中加入雄蜂蛹冻干粉、番茄红素、红枣粉、破壁灵芝孢子粉、改性大豆磷脂,搅拌均匀,灭菌,浓缩成膏状,即得。
进一步其优选方案为步骤(1)中的研磨是采用冷磨技术。
进一步其优选方案为步骤(2)中的浓缩方式为减压浓缩,浓缩温度为室温。
本发明的作用原理:
番茄红素是植物中所含的一种天然色素。主要存在于茄科植物西红柿的成熟果实中。它是目前在自然界的植物中被发现的最强抗氧化剂之一。番茄红素清除自由基的功效远胜于其他类胡萝卜素和维生素E,其淬灭单线态氧速率常数是维生素E的100倍。它可以有效的防治因体内单线态氧和氧自由基的侵害导致的衰老、免疫力下降等问题。
破壁灵芝孢子粉可改善微循环,增强免疫系统的机能,延缓衰老,预防和治疗肿瘤及癌症。
红枣能提高人体免疫力,并可抑制癌细胞:药理研究发现,红枣能促进白细胞的生成,降低血清胆固醇,提高血清白蛋白,保护肝脏,红枣中还含有抑制癌细胞,甚至可使癌细胞向正常细胞转化的物质。中国的草药书籍「本经」中记载到,红枣味甘性温、脾胃经,有补中益气,养血安神,缓和药性的功能。现代药理研究现,红枣能使血中含氧量增强、滋养全身细胞,是一种药效缓和的强壮剂。
天然成熟蜂蜜具有很强抗氧化功效,蜂蜜中含有数量惊人的抗氧化剂,他能清除体内的垃圾——氧自由基,达到抗癌,防衰老的作用。
本方案采用番茄红素、红枣、破壁灵芝孢子粉与雄蜂蛹复配,具有良好的协同作用,再加上使用乳化剂——改性大豆磷脂增加体系的稳定性,使得本产品在长时间保存中依然稳定存在,无分层、沉淀等现象。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:(1)本发明将雄蜂蛹与几种特定的天然物质相结合,强化了雄蜂蛹的抗衰老的功效,使得本发明具有很强的抗氧化、防衰老的保健功效;(2)本发明的雄蜂蛹保健膏采用纯天然原料,不含任何添加剂,对人体无任何毒副作用;(3)本发明还具有增强人体免疫力、抑制癌细胞等功效;(4)本产品制备方法简单,易于推广应用。
具体实施例
雄蜂蛹保健膏,包括按照重量份数计的如下原料:雄蜂蛹冻干粉2~4份、天然成熟蜂蜜40~60份、番茄红素10~12份、红枣40~50份、破壁灵芝孢子粉0.5~1份、改性大豆磷脂0.9~2份、去离子水10~15份。
还包括食用防腐剂。
所述的食用防腐剂为山梨酸钾、苯甲酸钠、尼泊金甲酯或尼泊金丙酯。
雄蜂蛹保健膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将红枣去核,干燥,研磨成细粉,得到红枣粉;
(2)将天然成熟蜂蜜倒入融蜜箱中去除结晶,将其溶于去离子水后,然后依次向溶液中加入雄蜂蛹冻干粉、番茄红素、红枣粉、破壁灵芝孢子粉,搅拌均匀,灭菌,浓缩成膏状,即得。
其中,步骤(1)中的研磨是采用冷磨技术。
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1~6所述的雄蜂蛹保健膏的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将红枣去核,干燥,研磨成细粉,得到红枣粉;
(2)将天然成熟蜂蜜倒入融蜜箱中去除结晶,将其溶于去离子水后,然后依次向溶液中加入雄蜂蛹冻干粉、番茄红素、红枣粉、破壁灵芝孢子粉、改性大豆磷脂,搅拌均匀,灭菌,室温减压浓缩成膏状,即得。
实施例7
雄蜂蛹保健膏,包括按照重量份数计的如下原料:雄蜂蛹冻干粉2.5份、天然成熟蜂蜜50份、番茄红素10.8份、红枣44份、破壁灵芝孢子粉0.6份、改性大豆磷脂1.2份、去离子水10份、山梨酸钾0.1份。
本实施例的雄蜂蛹保健膏的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将红枣去核,干燥,研磨成细粉,得到红枣粉;
(2)将天然成熟蜂蜜倒入融蜜箱中去除结晶,将其溶于去离子水后,然后依次向溶液中加入雄蜂蛹冻干粉、番茄红素、红枣粉、破壁灵芝孢子粉、改性大豆磷脂,搅拌均匀,再向其中加入山梨酸钾,搅拌均匀,灭菌,室温减压浓缩成膏状,即得。
实施例8
雄蜂蛹保健膏,包括按照重量份数计的如下原料:雄蜂蛹冻干粉3.5份、天然成熟蜂蜜52份、番茄红素11.2份、红枣46份、破壁灵芝孢子粉0.7份、改性大豆磷脂1.4份、去离子水15份、山梨酸钾0.2份。本实施例的雄蜂蛹保健膏的制备方法与实施例7相同。
实施例9
雄蜂蛹保健膏,包括按照重量份数计的如下原料:雄蜂蛹冻干粉2.7份、天然成熟蜂蜜50.8份、番茄红素10.9份、红枣44.6份、破壁灵芝孢子粉0.65份、改性大豆磷脂1.3份、去离子水12份、苯甲酸钠0.19份。
本实施例的雄蜂蛹保健膏的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将红枣去核,干燥,研磨成细粉,得到红枣粉;
(2)将天然成熟蜂蜜倒入融蜜箱中去除结晶,将其溶于去离子水后,然后依次向溶液中加入雄蜂蛹冻干粉、番茄红素、红枣粉、破壁灵芝孢子粉、改性大豆磷脂,搅拌均匀,再向其中加入苯甲酸钠,搅拌均匀,灭菌,室温减压浓缩成膏状,即得。
实施例10
雄蜂蛹保健膏,包括按照重量份数计的如下原料:雄蜂蛹冻干粉3.5份、天然成熟蜂蜜51.7份、番茄红素11.2份、红枣46份、破壁灵芝孢子粉0.7份、改性大豆磷脂1.3份、去离子水14份、尼泊金甲酯0.18份。
本实施例的雄蜂蛹保健膏的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将红枣去核,干燥,研磨成细粉,得到红枣粉;
(2)将天然成熟蜂蜜倒入融蜜箱中去除结晶,将其溶于去离子水后,然后依次向溶液中加入雄蜂蛹冻干粉、番茄红素、红枣粉、破壁灵芝孢子粉、改性大豆磷脂,搅拌均匀,再向其中加入尼泊金甲酯,搅拌均匀,灭菌,室温减压浓缩成膏状,即得。
实施例11
雄蜂蛹保健膏,包括按照重量份数计的如下原料:雄蜂蛹冻干粉3.1份、天然成熟蜂蜜51.4份、番茄红素11.1份、红枣44.2份、破壁灵芝孢子粉0.66份、改性大豆磷脂1.3份、去离子水13份、尼泊金丙酯0.16份。
本实施例的雄蜂蛹保健膏的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将红枣去核,干燥,研磨成细粉,得到红枣粉;
(2)将天然成熟蜂蜜倒入融蜜箱中去除结晶,将其溶于去离子水后,然后依次向溶液中加入雄蜂蛹冻干粉、番茄红素、红枣粉、破壁灵芝孢子粉、改性大豆磷脂,搅拌均匀,再向其中加入尼泊金丙酯,搅拌均匀,灭菌,室温减压浓缩成膏状,即得。
实施例12
雄蜂蛹保健膏,包括按照重量份数计的如下原料:雄蜂蛹冻干粉3.3份、天然成熟蜂蜜51.5份、番茄红素11.1份、红枣46份、破壁灵芝孢子粉0.68份、改性大豆磷脂1.3份、去离子水13.5份、山梨酸钾0.15份。
本实施例的雄蜂蛹保健膏的制备方法与实施例7相同。
本产品实施例1~12的毒理安全性评价报告结果:本发明产品实施例1~12的Ames试验、小鼠骨髓PCE微核试验和精子畸变试验结果均为阴性;对本产品进行大鼠急毒试验,结果显示本产品属于无毒类;
本产品对人体安全性评价:经体检合格的100名受试者,服用本发明产品30天,受试者无过敏现象,且血常规、尿常规和血生化检验无明显改变,说明本产品对人体无不良影响。
抗衰老实验检测:将健康的小鼠随机分为4组,空白组、模型组、蜂五宝膏组、雄蜂蛹保健膏组;将小鼠适应性的喂养1个月,除空白组外,其他组注射25%D-半乳糖溶液125mg·kg-1·d-1,连续28天;空白组每日皮下注射等计量的生理盐水,制作模型组。雄蜂蛹保健膏组喂食实施例12的雄蜂蛹保健膏20mg·kg-1·bw-1,蜂五宝膏组喂食蜂五宝膏20mg·kg-1·bw-1,用蒸馏水溶解其等体积灌胃,空白组和模型组灌胃等体积生理盐水。对小鼠肝组织、脑组织及血清中SOD和GSH-PX活力,和小鼠肝组织、脑组织中MDA的含量进行检测,结果如表1~3所示:

以上数据表明,本发明雄蜂蛹保健膏能显著提高模型组中小鼠肝组织、脑组织及血清中SOD和GSH-PX活力,同时,能够降低小鼠肝组织、脑组织中MDA的含量,说明本实施例的雄蜂蛹保健膏具有较好的清除氧自由基,具有良好的抗衰老作用,与蜂五宝膏组相比,雄蜂蛹保健膏组具有更好的效果。
Claims (6)
1.雄蜂蛹保健膏,其特征在于由按照重量份数计的如下原料制成:雄蜂蛹冻干粉2~4份、天然成熟蜂蜜40~60份、番茄红素10~12份、红枣40~50份、破壁灵芝孢子粉0.5~1份、改性大豆磷脂0.9~2份、去离子水10~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的雄蜂蛹保健膏,其特征在于由按照重量份数计的如下原料制成:雄蜂蛹冻干粉2~4份、天然成熟蜂蜜46~53份、番茄红素10.4~11.5份、红枣42~46份、破壁灵芝孢子粉0.6~0.8份、改性大豆磷脂1~1.5份、去离子水12~14份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的雄蜂蛹保健膏,其特征在于由按照重量份数计的如下原料制成:雄蜂蛹冻干粉3份、天然成熟蜂蜜51份、番茄红素10.8份、红枣42份、破壁灵芝孢子粉0.72份、改性大豆磷脂1.1份、去离子水13份。
4.权利要求1所述的雄蜂蛹保健膏的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将红枣去核,干燥,研磨成细粉,得到红枣粉;
(2)将天然成熟蜂蜜倒入融蜜箱中去除结晶,将其溶于去离子水后,然后依次向溶液中加入雄蜂蛹冻干粉、番茄红素、红枣粉、破壁灵芝孢子粉、改性大豆磷脂,搅拌均匀,灭菌,浓缩成膏状,即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的雄蜂蛹保健膏的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(1)中的研磨是采用冷磨技术。
6.根据权利要求4所述的雄蜂蛹保健膏的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(2)中的浓缩方式为减压浓缩,浓缩温度为室温。
