Abstract
本发明公开了一种果味助眠水及其制备方法,以具有助眠功效的植物提取物、氨基酸等营养因子、浓缩果汁为主原料,添加酸味剂、稳定剂等辅料经过混合、均质、灭菌防腐和冷却灌装制备得到;本发明的果味助眠水能直接而高效达到安全又健康的助眠作用,并且其营养丰富、口感适宜、质地均匀,具有提高睡眠质量、抗焦虑、养心安神、改善脑部血液循环等保健功效。

技术领域
本发明属于食品制备技术领域,具体涉及一种果味助眠水及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,生活节奏也不断加快,很多人都出现失眠的情况,据世界卫生组织调查,全球约27%的人有睡眠障碍。我国目前有30%以上的人存在失眠症状,超过3亿人口有睡眠障碍,这已成为威胁人们健康的巨大隐患。大多数情况下,失眠人群采用安眠药来催眠,安眠药虽然能使人轻快地入睡,但醒来之后容易疲乏、迷糊,且注意力不集中。此外,长期服用安眠药很容易上瘾,对药物产生依赖性,对身体产生一定的危害。因此,我们需要使用一些安全、健康、高效且对人体不会产生副作用的食品来缓解失眠。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种果味助眠水及其制备方法。
本发明采取以下技术方案实现上述目的:
一种果味助眠水,由包含以下重量百分比的原料组成:
所述具有助眠功效的植物提取物包括胡椒科提取物、酸枣仁提取物、杏仁提取物、合金欢提取物、柏子提取物、缬草提取物、远志提取物和甜叶菊提取物等。
所述浓缩果汁选自奇异果、雪梨、苹果、葡萄、龙眼、荔枝及桑葚等。
所述氨基酸等营养因子包括γ-氨基丁酸、色氨酸、茶氨酸及褪黑素等。
所述稳定剂包括黄原胶、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠和果胶等。
所述防腐剂包括苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾和对羟基苯甲酸内酯等。
一种果味助眠水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先称取上述具有助眠功效的植物提取物(胡椒科提取物、酸枣仁提取物及甜叶菊提取物)进行均质混合,然后加入所述浓缩果汁(奇异果汁、苹果汁及桑葚汁等)、氨基酸等营养因子(γ-氨基丁酸、色氨酸及褪黑素)、黄原胶及防腐剂山梨酸钾进行混合均质并脱气,超高温瞬时灭菌后冷却灌装,即得。所述均质搅拌的转速为5000~8000rpm。
本发明中采用的原料组分各自有其优点如下:
胡椒科提取物从卡瓦胡椒根中获得,其主要药效成分:醉椒素二氢醉椒素、醉人素、二氢醉人素、羊高宁以及去甲羊高宁等,此外还有含有少量的生物碱和酰胺类物质,另外还有十八种有机酸、多种醇类、无机元素、葡萄糖类及15种氨基酸和多种维生素,作为饮品具有镇静催眠、安定情绪、缓解压抑感等生理效应,且未观察到药物依赖性。
甜叶菊提取物含有甜菊糖苷,是一种不会影响血糖水平的、纯天然、安全的极甜增甜剂,科学证明在食品和饮料中添加甜叶菊提取物,并没有出现副作用或过敏现象。
罗汉果提取物中所含罗汉果甜苷比蔗糖甜300倍,具有降血糖作用,可用来辅助治疗糖尿病;含丰富的维生素C,有抗衰老、抗癌、降血脂等保健功效。
褪黑素是一种内源性物质,通过内分泌系统的调节起作用,在体内有自己的代谢途径。随着年龄的增长,人体内褪黑素分泌减少,因而出现一些列的失眠、多梦、疲劳健忘等衰老症状;褪黑素作为普通的膳食补充剂,从体外补充褪黑素,可使体内的褪黑素水平维持在年轻状态,调整和恢复昼夜节律,防止老化、保持精神状态更可改善睡眠、提高睡眠质量、增强抵抗力和支持人体的免疫系统的功效。
茶氨酸是茶叶中提取的游离氨基酸,具有甜味和鲜爽味是茶叶中生津润甜的主要成份,在干茶中占1%~2%,在化学结构上与脑内活性物质谷酰胺、谷氨酸相似,具有提高学习能力和记忆力、镇静、改善经期综合症、保护神经细胞、降低血压、增强抗癌药物的疗效等保健功能。
γ-氨基丁酸是一种天然活性成分,广泛分布于动植物体内,其属强神经抑制性氨基酸,是抑制性神经递质,研究发现γ-氨基丁酸的生理活性主要为镇静神经、抗焦虑、降低血压和血氨、促进乙醇代谢和防止动脉硬化高效减肥等功效。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:
(1)本发明饮品中具有助眠功效的胡椒科提取物、酸枣仁提取物及合金花提取物等,同氨基酸等营养因子色氨酸、褪黑素及γ-氨基丁酸都能够起到镇定、安神、改善睡眠质量作用,果汁中的矿物质、维生素C、B族维生素能够增加饮品的营养价值、促进助眠,上述原料协同增效,直接而高效达到安全又健康的助眠作用。
(2)本发明的果味助眠水营养丰富、口感适宜、质地均匀,具有提高睡眠质量、抗焦虑、养心安神、改善脑部血液循环等保健功效。
(3)本发明的制备方法工艺简单、易于操作,和大规模批量生产。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明的内容,但不应理解为对本发明的限制。不背离本发明精神和实质的情况下,对本发明方法、步骤、条件所作的修改或替换,均属于本发明的范围。若无特别说明,实施例中所用的试验方法均为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规方法和技术,试剂或材料均为通过商业途径得到。
实施例1
果味助眠水由包含以下重量百分比的原料组成:
胡椒根提取物5%、酸枣仁提取物25%、合金花提取物15%、甜叶菊提取物1%、奇异果汁12%、雪梨汁6%、茶氨酸0.2%、γ-氨基丁酸1%、褪黑素0.003%。
实施例二
果味助眠水由包含以下重量百分比的原料组成:胡椒根提取物5%、酸枣仁提取物20%、合金花提取物15%、甜叶菊提取物1%、奇异果汁12%、苹果汁6%、色氨酸0.5%、茶氨酸0.2%、γ-氨基丁酸1%、褪黑素0.003%。
实施例三
果味助眠水由包含以下重量百分比的原料组成:胡椒根提取物5%、酸枣仁提取物15%、合金花提取物15%、甜叶菊提取物1%、奇异果汁12%、雪梨汁6%、茶氨酸0.3%、γ-氨基丁酸1%、褪黑素0.001%。
效果实施例1小鼠助眠效果试验
本试验测试茶氨酸200mg、褪黑素3mg及两者混合液的助眠功效,共分四项小试验,每项试验分4个测试组,每组7只小鼠,包括茶氨酸组、褪黑素组、混合液组和正常组。
(1)直接睡眠测试:本试验连续30天观察各组测试物灌胃15min后是否出现睡眠现象,若不出现睡眠现象,则为及格。

由表1可知,茶氨酸、褪黑素及两者混合液摄入后不会直接诱导睡眠。
(2)巴比妥钠潜伏期试验:借助巴比妥钠(300mg/kg)使小鼠进入睡眠状态,观察记录小鼠进入睡眠所需的时间,若比正常对照组所需时间短,则为阳性。

由表2可知,仅混合液组能使小鼠起到促进入睡的效果,相比正常对照组,其效果为8.1%。
(3)延长戊巴比妥钠试验:借助戊巴比妥钠(52mg/kg)是小鼠进入睡眠状态,观察记录进入睡眠的时间及结束睡眠的时间,若睡眠时间比正常对照组长,则为阳性。

由表3可知,茶氨酸、褪黑素及其混合液均能延长睡眠时间的效果,与正常组对比,以褪黑素延长50.36%的效果最优,混合液延长22.05%的效果次之,茶氨酸也能起到延长18.81%的效果。
(4)戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量试验:借助戊巴比妥钠(32mg/kg)是正常对照组仅有10%几率入睡(7只仅有1只入睡),观察记录各组小鼠睡眠个数,若比正常对照组多,则为阳性。

由表4可知,每组7只小鼠,注射的戊巴比妥钠为睡眠率10%的剂量,仅茶氨酸组能使小鼠睡眠个数增多,可通俗理解为能在17%的小鼠中起效。
综上所述,茶氨酸、混合液在四项测试中有3项测试及格,具有助眠功效。
效果实施例2人体试验
受试者:筛选焦躁失眠的志愿者120人,这些志愿者没有其他疾病。
试验方法:将志愿者随机分为4组,分别食用实施例1、2、3制备出的果味助眠水和服用正常剂量的助眠药物。食用方法为:在睡前半小时左右,直接饮用100mL该果味助眠水。
评价标准:以焦躁失眠的志愿者连续饮用1个月失眠症状减轻为有效,其余为无效。

由表5可知,焦虑失眠的志愿者在坚持食用实施例所述的果味助眠水,失眠症状得到较明显改善,有效率达70%以上;与助眠药物的效果相比,差异很小;但助眠药物中含有安眠成分,长期服用会形成药物依赖,且产生副作用,导致人体神经受损;本发明制备的果味助眠水由于添加了天然植物提取物、绿色安全,不仅营养丰富还具有养生、降血糖等保健功能,不会对人体造成伤害;在不影响正常饮食情况下,达到镇静助眠,提高睡眠质量,使人们有良好的精神状态。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

1.一种果味助眠水,其特征在于,由包含以下重量百分比的原料组成:

3.如权利要求1所述的一种果味助眠水,其特征在于,所述浓缩果汁选自奇异果、雪梨、苹果、葡萄、龙眼、荔枝及桑葚中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种果味助眠水,其特征在于,所述氨基酸等营养因子包括γ-氨基丁酸、色氨酸、茶氨酸及褪黑素的一种或多种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种果味助眠水,其特征在于,所述稳定剂包括黄原胶、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠和果胶的一种或多种。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种果味助眠水,其特征在于,所述所述防腐剂包括苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾和对羟基苯甲酸内酯的一种或多种。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任项所述果味助眠水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:首先称取上述具有助眠功效的植物提取物进行均质混合,然后加入所述指定的浓缩果汁、氨基酸营养因子、稳定剂及防腐剂进行混合均质并脱气,超高温瞬时灭菌后冷却灌装,即得。
8.如权利要求7所述果味助眠水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述均质搅拌的转速为5000~8000rpm。
