一种保健莲藕粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:莲藕80-90、白糖3-4、膳食纤维粉1-2、木薯淀粉12-15、糙米7-8、薏仁米8-10、苹果4-5、乌龙茶3-4、肉苁蓉2-3、山药2.5-4、黄芪2-3、冬瓜皮4-5、桑白皮1.5-3、蒲公英2-3、胡颓子1.5-2、胡枝子2.5-4、料酒2-3。本发明香糯爽口,易于消化,具有补肾保肝、润肠通便、利水消肿、健脾消食、清热解毒、抗衰老的功效,长期食用有益于人体健康。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种藕粉,尤其涉及一种保健莲藕粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
藕粉是我国的一种传统食品,是以莲藕为原料制成的,广受人们喜爱。目前,市场上销售的藕粉种类繁多,但不具有保健功能,已不能满足于消费者对健康的追求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种保健莲藕粉及其制备方法,本发明具有香脆可口,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种保健莲藕粉,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
莲藕80-90、白糖3-4、膳食纤维粉1-2、木薯淀粉12-15、糙米7-8、薏仁米8-10、苹果4-5、乌龙茶3-4、肉苁蓉2-3、山药2.5-4、黄芪2-3、冬瓜皮4-5、桑白皮1.5-3、蒲公英2-3、胡颓子1.5-2、胡枝子2.5-4、料酒2-3。
所述的保健莲藕粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将苹果去皮核、切块,加10-15%的水打浆,过滤分离得到苹果汁与苹果渣;
(2)将乌龙茶、肉苁蓉、山药、黄芪、冬瓜皮 、桑白皮、蒲公英、胡颓子、胡枝子用纱布包裹,与莲藕、糙米、薏仁米混合投入锅中,加入4-5倍的水,大火加热,煮至沸腾,将纱布包裹的中药捞出,所得的莲藕米粥打浆,过滤分离得到莲藕米浆与莲藕米渣;
(3)将苹果渣、莲藕米渣混合,加入料酒,投入锅中,翻炒10-15分钟后送入微波干燥机,干燥至含水量降至7-9%,然后进行超微粉碎;
(4)将木薯淀粉倒入锅中,小火翻炒,同时喷洒苹果汁,炒干后加入莲藕米浆与剩余物料,小火熬膏,经冷冻干燥、研磨所得粉末与步骤(3)所得物料混合均匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明香糯爽口,由于了膳食纤维粉,与其它藕粉相比,更易于消化,且本发明在加工过程中添加了多种中草药,具有补肾保肝、润肠通便、利水消肿、健脾消食、清热解毒、抗衰老的功效;为消费者提供了一种营养丰富、风味独特的休闲保健食品,长期食用有益于人体健康。
具体实施方式
一种保健莲藕粉,其特征在于由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
莲藕80、白糖3、膳食纤维粉1、木薯淀粉15、糙米8、薏仁米10、苹果5、乌龙茶3、肉苁蓉3、山药4、黄芪3、冬瓜皮5、桑白皮1.5、蒲公英3、胡颓子1.5、胡枝子2.5、料酒3。
所述的保健莲藕粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将苹果去皮核、切块,加10-15%的水打浆,过滤分离得到苹果汁与苹果渣;

1.一种保健莲藕粉,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
莲藕80-90、白糖3-4、膳食纤维粉1-2、木薯淀粉12-15、糙米7-8、薏仁米8-10、苹果4-5、乌龙茶3-4、肉苁蓉2-3、山药2.5-4、黄芪2-3、冬瓜皮4-5、桑白皮1.5-3、蒲公英2-3、胡颓子1.5-2、胡枝子2.5-4、料酒2-3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健莲藕粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将苹果去皮核、切块,加10-15%的水打浆,过滤分离得到苹果汁与苹果渣;
(2)将乌龙茶、肉苁蓉、山药、黄芪、冬瓜皮 、桑白皮、蒲公英、胡颓子、胡枝子用纱布包裹,与莲藕、糙米、薏仁米混合投入锅中,加入4-5倍的水,大火加热,煮至沸腾,将纱布包裹的中药捞出,所得的莲藕米粥打浆,过滤分离得到莲藕米浆与莲藕米渣;
