Abstract

背景技术

发明内容

具体实施方式
以透明的方式绘出该液压块,以呈现出其孔结构。附图应理解为为了理解和解释本发明而示意的且简化的图示。
在图1中示出的具有防滑控制功能的双回路车辆液压制动设备1具有液压组件2、双回路主制动缸3和车轮制动器4,液压组件2连接到所述双回路主制动缸3上,车轮制动器4连接到液压组件2上。该液压组件2包括在以下段落中阐述的车辆制动设备1的防滑控制装置的液压结构元件。
车辆制动设备1的每个制动回路I、II通过隔离阀5连接到主制动缸3上。车轮制动器4通过制动增压阀6连接到隔离阀5上。在每个制动回路I、II中,液压蓄能器8和液压泵9的吸入侧通过制动减压阀7连接到车轮制动器4上。常常也被称为回流泵的两个液压泵9共同地被电动机10驱动。阻尼腔11连接到液压泵的压力侧上,阻尼腔11通过节流部12连接到将隔离阀5和制动增压阀6相连接的连接管路13上。此外,车辆制动设备1在每个制动回路I、II中具有吸入阀14,该吸入阀将液压泵9的吸入侧与主制动缸3相连接。这种具有防滑控制功能的车辆制动设备1的结构和功能是已知的并且在此不再赘述。

1.一种用于具有防滑控制功能的、车辆液压制动设备(1)的液压组件(2)的液压块,所述液压块带有用于制动增压阀(6)的容纳部(6′)和用于制动减压阀(7)的容纳部(7′),所述用于制动增压阀(6)的容纳部(6′)在所述液压块(15)中并排布置在一行中,所述用于制动减压阀(7)的容纳部(7′)在所述液压块(15)中布置在与用于制动增压阀(6)的容纳部(6′)的行平行的一行中,其特征在于,所述液压块(15)具有用于阻尼腔(11)的安装空间(11′),所述安装空间在所述液压块(15)中布置在用于制动增压阀(6)的容纳部(6′)的行和用于制动减压阀(7)的容纳部(7′)的行之间。
2.按照权利要求1所述的液压块,其特征在于,用于制动增压阀(6)的容纳部(6′)和用于制动减压阀(7)的容纳部(7′)布置在所述液压块(15)的正面(16)上,并且用于阻尼腔(11)的安装空间(11′)布置在用于制动增压阀(6)的容纳部(6′)和用于制动减压阀(7)的容纳部(7′)与所述液压块(15)的背面(17)之间。
3.按照权利要求1所述的液压块,其特征在于,用于阻尼腔(11)的安装空间(11′)布置成与用于制动增压阀(6)的容纳部(6′)的行和用于制动减压阀(7)的容纳部(7′)的行轴向平行。
4.按照权利要求1所述的液压块,其特征在于,节流部(12、12′)被插入用于阻尼腔(11)的安装空间(11′)中,所述节流部为带有至少一个用于制动液的通流部的盘形拉深件。
5.按照权利要求1所述的液压块,其特征在于,所述用于阻尼腔(11)的安装空间(11′)在所述液压块(15)中具有与用于隔离阀(5)的容纳部(5′)和/或用于制动增压阀(6)的容纳部(6′)连接的连接管路(22),并且所述连接管路(22)在靠近所述液压块(15)的窄侧(19)的部位处通入所述用于阻尼腔(11)的安装空间(11′)中。
6.按照权利要求5所述的液压块,其特征在于,所述用于阻尼腔(11)的安装空间(11′)的连接管路(22)引导到所述液压块(15)的窄侧(19)或者通入引导到所述液压块(15)的窄侧(19)的连接管路(13)中。
7.按照权利要求6所述的液压块,其特征在于,用于所述阻尼腔(11)的安装空间(11′)的连接管路(22)所引导到的或者用于所述阻尼腔(11)的安装空间(11′)的连接管路(22)通入的连接管路(13)所引导到的所述液压块(15)的窄侧(19)具有用于车辆制动设备(1)的车轮制动器(4)的连接部(4′)。
